The swimming pool area was perfect for our party consisting of 4 children. The pool was ideal and perfectly clean and obviously well maintained. The villa was quite and very secure and all accessories possible were supplied.

Having a two bedroom annex was not ideal and hence sleeping arrangements were a bit dis organised.

The house was spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of spare blankets for cooler nights. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of hot water. There was some interesting artwork on the walls. The outdoor area was well maintained and provided a shaded area with a large table for eating outside. There were plenty of sun loungers and the pool was very clean. There were some small shops for essentials, within easy walking distance and a big supermarket which was was further away, but Uber taxis were plentiful and very reasonable. There was also a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Also within walking distance of the beach and the strip.

The cutlery drawer had no stop and was overloaded, which could be a hazard for a small child. Some of the bed linen, although clean needs to be replaced.

The location was excellent, close to the strip and the old town but quiet where the villa is situated

The beds and pillows could do with updating as some family members found the beds were uncomfortable and pillows worn, but that was the only complaint in an otherwise great stay

We had a really great stay. The pool and patio area were excellent. The table could be extended by another table to accommodate 12 people. The kitchen was very well equipped. The 4 bathrooms across the two buildings meant no one had to wait to have a shower or use the bathroom and there was always plenty of hot water. The area was lovely and quiet and just a short walk away from a lovely beach. We also had a lovely walk along the beach to the old town of Albuferia. I recommend a trip to see the dolphins and caves. Try and get a small boat to see the caves in more detail. Ilda was very quick to respond with restaurant suggestions.

These are just suggestions rather than complaints: A key safe would have been better rather than having to pay an extra 40 euros because we arrived later than 9pm (due to easyJet changing our plane). There is a discrepancy on what 'toiletries' actually means. I was expecting shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and toilet roll for the week. There was only 1 small toilet roll and part used hand wash per bathroom. We arrived very late at night and had to go out the next day to get supplies. A folder with a map of the area showing recommended main shops and restaurants with their menus would have been very useful. It would have been good to have important phone numbers such as a doctor as well (this may have been there but I missed it). The showier curtain in the small apartment could do with replacing. If it rains and you have a large party then the inside space in the main building will struggle to accommodate you all.

Outside the villa pool area

There was not enough sun beds for family of 11, pool was not clean at one side, tiles missing from pool which left sharp edges a couple of family members cut there feet, beds uncomfortable needs updating
