Situé juste à côté du peuple, ce qui rend possède l'avantage d'être proche de la ville mais à son tour était dans un quartier calme et résidentiel.

Amazing property. Everything well thought out and catered for.
Highlights absolutely are the tennis court and stunning surrounds.
We stayed 6 adults and 2 teens. Well equipped all around, nice comfortable kitchen, driveway big enough for 2 cars. 11 minute walk to nearest supermarket and pizzeria. 6 min walk to petrol station and local donner kebab shop.
Great location for walks and hikes to the castle.
Communication with the owner was great, easy check in and check out process.
Areas that could be improved:
WiFi is ok. It’s not lighting fast so if playing Netflix on multiple devices, will struggle.
There is 1 tv in the living room. If you are TV viewers, note there is only 1 TV.
Swimming pool is beautiful but not heated.
Other than that, everything is wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great!
You can rent this house with your eyes closed, all the facilities are of qualities, the house was super clean and we had everything at our disposal: towels, sheets, shower gels... Andres was even kind enough to prepare fig jams from his garden.
Everything is very well maintained, the terrace and the outside are consistent with the photos and our expectations. We strongly appreciated the pool and the lighted tennis court which allows to play at night.
Andrés was very good advice and very welcoming.
The area is beautiful, I still advise you to have a car on site to move more easily.
We will relive in this house with pleasure!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The villa was immaculately cleaned and maintained. The tennis court and pool likewise. We enjoyed the floodlit tennis court and barbecue in the evenings. Alaro town is a 10 minute walk and offers reallynice quality bars, cafes and restaurants. Andres was the perfect host. He showed us round and made sure we knew how everything worked on our arrival. The nicest and most unexpected touch was that the villa was completely stocked with everything we would need and eliminated the need to rush to a supermarket for essentials.

We spent 10 days at this beautiful villa, it has everything you need and more to enjoy an amazing time in Mallorca.
Very clean and fully equipped, you don't need to worry about anything. Andres is such an amazing host, we arrived very late and he was there waiting for us, with thoughtful details (homemade orange jam by his wife, wines and coffee). Our kids enjoy the pool, tennis court and he even had there for them bikes and many other toys. Location is great, less than 30 mins from Palma and many of the main cities ( Soller, Valldemossa, Fortnalux and Pollença)
We hope we can come back next year!

The villa is stunning- beautiful views, lovely swimming pool which our 3 yr old granddaughter spent every day in, full size tennis court and lots of various areas to sit and relax.
The villa itself was very clean and fully equipped. Andreas was so helpful- nothing was too much trouble. He even brought us a baby car seat so we could collect our daughter and family from the airport. His wife makes the most delicious marmalade from the oranges at the villa and he left us a nice bottle of wine which was really appreciated.
The location of the villa is perfect- very quiet but just a 15 min stroll into Alaro which has a lot of lovely restaurants and a pharmacy. You can drive 5 mins to the train station to take a train into Palma- free parking at the station!
We enjoyed lemons from the trees in the garden in our drinks. Sadly it’s not a good year for the oranges but we did get one from the tree!
We had a brilliant family holiday here with 3 generations. There were loads of toys to keep our 3 yr old busy too.
Highly recommend. We would definitely come back to stay here!

We had a wonderful week. The Villa is to a very high standard. Best equipped place we have stayed. Everything has been thought of.
Very clean and good communication with Andres. The terrace, pool, tennis court and lots of toys for the children made for a very relaxing stay. We also loved the village of Alaro. We would definitely stay again if in Mallorca

We had a fantastic week in the house. Plenty of room for two families and great facilities at the property as the lovely garden with fresh oranges and lemons, the tennis court and pool. We also really enjoyed the big terrace and the toys for the kids to enjoy.
Excellent host with quick and clear communication made the stay a true pleasure.

It was a pleasure to stay in the house for a long weekend with a lot of biking. The house was wonderful and had a perfect location for road biking in the mountains.
Everything was perfect, clean house, perfectly equipped and the host were very kind and highly service minded.

We just spent a wonderful week in the vill with another family. The villa was spotlessly clean with great facilities (kitchen, laundry, pools etc) and really brilliant for kids as it is walled and self contained with a little orchard for the kids to explore. Air con in the bedrooms meant for a great night’s sleep and somehow the layout of the house meant that sound didn’t carry and we were able to sleep in even as the kids played in the lounge.
The host was very friendly and responsive to any and every request.
Location was also great as it was central Mallorca, 25min to Palama, easy access to basically everywhere

The villa was lovely, very clean and well equipped with a fantastic swimming pool and tennis court. It was a great location for our holiday as allowed us to privately enjoy family time but be close enough to the town to walk out for meals, drinks, shopping etc. and centrally located so we could drive around and explore the rest of Mallorca.
Andres was there to welcome us and available to help out whilst we were staying which was very reassuring a caring host. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect villa in a beautiful setting
Our family of six had a wonderful vacation in this villa situated next to both the Tramuntana mountain range and the fine little village Alaró with both restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance.
The welcoming host Andrés does everything to make sure you can enjoy a nice stay in his villa which very much lives up to both the photos and facility descriptions in general.

Alt var som beskrevet - og villaen var fint velholdt og i meget hyggelig stil - lige hvad vi søgte .
Vores meget vellidte vært Andres havde sørget
for mad og drikke samt morgenmad - da vi ankom sidst på dagen - bedste service.
Det blev til masser af tennis - hele dage lang - med god afkøling i den fine pool - vi havde de bedste grillaftener og hygge stunder i loungen på Terrassen .
Vi giver helt klar vores varmeste anbefaling til Villa Salina .

Beautiful Villa
What a wonderful find, we booked this beautiful villa for 16 nights in October. The villa is so well equipped everything we could possibly need .
Our flight arrived late into Palma meaning there was no supermarkets open but Andreas had arranged for a wonderful array of delicious Mallorca food ,beautiful homemade Spanish omelette, jams ,olives as well as milk ,bread etc.
This was our first holiday with our 4 month old grandson staying in this beautiful home was perfect, space to relax and enjoy the surrounding area.
Andres was a wonderful host nothing was too much trouble!
Highly recommended this property.

The mountain view is amazing, we have never played tennis in such a breathtaking environment.

The perfect holiday home
Thank you for a wonderful holiday in your fantastic house.
We were welcomed by Andrés, who is the very friendly and helpful owner of the house. During the entire stay, Andrés was always available either by phone, SMS or email.
The house and its facilities are exactly as in the pictures. Everything is in super condition and very nicely maintained.
Everything was VERY clean throughout the house, both inside and outside.
There was nothing missing in the house and we were welcomed with fruit, lemons, coffee, water and homemade orange jam, made from oranges from the trees around the house.
The lovely pool and tennis court were used every day. There were tennis rackets and tennis balls that we could borrow.
We would like to give the house and the owner Andrés our best recommendations and we will return again for sure.

Tolles Haus mit super Lage
Haus wie auf den Bildern, sogar noch ein zusätzliches Bad außen, neben der Küche. Super sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Verschiedene kaffemaschienen, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Gewürze, Spühlmaschiene , Spiele, Reiseführer. Einfach Traumhaft !!!
Der Aufenthalt im der finca war einfach super. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, alles ist sehr modern und sauber eingerichtet, Sportartikel sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden.
Die Finca und das Grundstück (Sportanlagen) befinden sich in einem sehr guten und modernen Zustand. Die Lage der finca ist ruhig und abgelegen, Alaro‘s Stadtkern mit diverse Einkaufs und Ausgehmöglichkeiten wie Restaurants /Cafés ist nur 5min entfernt .
Wir können die finca nur weiterempfehlen, es war einfach toll.

Picked this location based purely on what we hoped the villa would offer. We were not let down by the villa it was everything we wanted and more. Add to the fact that Alaro is a beautiful little town only 10 minutes walk away it was the perfect family holiday.
Andres was a great host. He has really thought about the layout of the property and offers lots of little extras you wouldn’t expect. Remote enough for our two year old to make plenty of noise and not bother anyone and close enough to Alaró to walk in and sample the restaurants which are great.
The couple of times we had issues Andres had sorted them within an hour. Issues he couldn’t have done anything about, a faulty iron and a freak storm. Massively impressed with how he sorted it all so quickly.
Couldn't recommend Andres, the villa or Alaró any higher.

Entspannung pur
Die Beschreibung passt wirklich absolut zu dem, wie wir die Finca erlebt haben. Wir haben zwei Wochen dort verbracht und die Zeit wirklich genossen. Einziges Manko, wenn man tatsächlich mit 7 Personen reist, dann könnte der Schrankraum und auch zwei der vorhandenen Schlafzimmer etwas größer sein. Es wäre toll, wenn die beiden kleineren Schlafzimmer jeweils mit einem richtigen Schrank ausgestattet würden, das würde das verstauen des Gepäcks für zwei Wochen einfacher machen. Ansonsten ist die Finca wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man muss die ländliche Umgebung mögen, was bei uns der Fall war, denn es gibt jede Menge Hähne, die schon sehr früh am morgen aktiv sind ;-). Der Vermieter ist toll und super zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wunderschön, sehr gepflegt, komplett ausgestattet
Dieses Haus ist ein Volltreffer. Alles ist sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet: Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Müllbeutel, Tesafilm, Anti-Brumm, Sonnencreme, Essig, Öl... egal was man brauchte, es war da. Handtücher für die Dusche und für den Pool bzw. Strand. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle. Bei Ankunft standen sogar Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank und Obst auf dem Tisch. Wir hatten eine herrliche Urlaubswoche mit Pool, Tennis und Barbecue. Die Lage von Alaró ist prima. Von dort kann man super Ausflüge machen. Ganz klar: Dieses Haus und der nette Vermieter haben 5 Sterne verdient.

Tolle Finca am Rande Alarós
Die Finca ist sehr zu empfehlen! Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist wunderschön (mit Orangenhain, Zitronenbäumchen und Tennisplatz). Wir haben hier wunderbare Ferien verbracht! Es gibt ein größeres Zimmer mit Doppelbett, ein kleines Zimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wir waren zu viert, hatten also Platz genug. Her Andres ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal für den wundervollen Wein und die köstliche Orangenmarmelade. Herzliche Grüße

The perfect Villa and Owner
Truly blown away by how amazing this villa was and how nice Andres the owner is.
Based at the bottom of the mountains with incredible views, the location and views could not be better. 20 mins from Palma, and a 1 minute drive in to Alaro also back that up.
We've been lucky enough to stop at lots of nice villas on Mallorca but this has been our favorite.
You have large secure grounds totally enclosed so nice and secure. Swimming pool is beautiful and the tennis court is un real. Playing tennis looking up at the mountains in the back ground was such a perfect experience.
The villa itself is lovely. Very clean and spacious with everything you could think of needing. The master bedroom is really nice with a fully glass ensuite bathroom.
Andres really was the perfect host so huge thanks for your hospitality and we hope to be back some day soon.

This is our second visit to Alaro and Andres house. We had a such a wonderful time previously and we wanted to repeat this. We weren't disappointed! As always, Andres the host was very friendly and accommodating.
We hired a car and parking is available on the property.
We love the house and the outdoor space for the growing kids was absolutely perfect.
Fresh oranges every morning from Andres orchard is incredible. And, of course, lemon trees by the swimming pool supplied that perfect twist for Gin and Tonic at the end of a beach day.
We will definitely be back. Thanks again Andres.
