Beautifully decorated hotel that makes you feel like you’re in an upscale, five star place. Large rooms that exude comfort. Excellent location in old town without any of the disadvantages.

Pricey - though value for money.

The room was very clean and comfortable - the counter people were very friendly especially Nine who served us. We had a clogged shower on the first night but they fixed it very promptly for us and were very responsive at every hour of the night. Qe were given daily snacks and drinks and water (including additional bottles given free of charge). They also helped us order a taxi to the airport which was very comfortable. Location was also excellent and very walkable. Overall we were very happy with our choice.

Insgesamt war das Hotel einfach Top. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Ausstattung war gut. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfreich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Im Hotel ist ein Museum integriert über die Geschichte der Familie der Besitzer. Mit Herz gemacht und sehr interessant. Die Lage ist zentral in Old Town, alles fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Für Phuket war es verhältnismäßig teurer, wir haben aber auch sehr kurzfristig gebucht.

Loved everything. The hotel has the best location and the most helpful, and welcoming staff. We had an excellent stay. I highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful decor, very well maintained. Location was very central in the Old Town, room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary snacks were a nice treat.

Architecture details in every corner of the hotel that was refurbished with attention to detail , owners were warm and inviting with personal hospitality . The museum attached is a wonderful note for the stay . The rooms are well designed and comfortable beds , great coffee and snacks for provided in the room . A must stay !

This boutique hotel was a dream! I was only here for one night and when I walked in I contemplated cancelling my itinerary to just chill. Very clean, incredibly hospitable staff, the rooms are gorgeous and it’s right in the centre of old town so you can walk anywhere and come back to the cutest oasis. Loved it! Bookmarking this place for next time.

Breakfast starts at 7, if you have an early flight you’ll just need to grab something at the airport. Would suggest a breakfast plate request for guests departing early.

My room was facing the main road. Quite noisy and hot in the afternoon sun.

Woo gallery is the ultimate stay experience when in phuket. We visited the island last year, and we came again (stopped over) only to stay one more night here. Everything is pure beauty around, from the rooms, the people, the service along with the boutique of wonderful items around.

Amazing place in the middle of Phuket old town. A place with a soul. Staff extremely helpful. Respect to the owners for holding the heritage of previous generations. Fantastic opportunity to try a traditional breakfast.
