Villa fantastica,dotata di ogni comfort e gestita in maniera ottimale.Comunicazione con la direzione semplice e persone molto gentili e disponibili. Ampi spazi per un intera famiglia,camere confortevoli e grandi,molto silenziose. Cucina molto organizzata con ogni dotazione possibile. Spazi esterni fantastici,molto ampi,silenziosi e molto ben curati. Pulizia piscina ogni 3 giorni,ragazzo molto gentile! Questa villa è davvero TOP!

Direi tutto perfetto.unica cosa si potrebbe fare un po più di manutenzione al fondo della piscina,leggermente scrostato...ma direi nel complesso tutto ottimale!!!

The villa and pool far exceeded the price we paid for it all, so I would say it's an absolute steal at its price!!! The location was perfect as it was a 5 minute drive to town centre. Very quiet location but only 5 minutes away from everything!!

Nothing to whinge about as such and deserves a 5* star rating, although some of the fixtures and fittings will need updating within a year or 2 to keep it at such a high level

La vivienda esta muy bien equipada, decorada y ubicada.

El servicio no fue bueno. La piscina tenia programada su limpieza para el martes, nuestra llegada fue el sabado noche y la salida el miercoles. No tiene sentido. Por no contar que se nos vendió piscina climatizada y no lo estaba. El baño del dormitorio principado tenia muchas hormigas y los lavabos atascados. Faltaría iluminación exterior. Y todo esto se lo he comunicado a la propiedad antes de abandonar el alojamiento.

De villa was schoon en ruim en voorzien van een goedwerkende airco.

Er waren geen BBQ accessories. En een schepnet voor het zwembad.

i loved the place so these are minro things but the shower over the bath's head fell off a number of times and the garage door wouldnt close.

From the moment we booked staff were so helpful and kept in touch to make our checkin hassle free .villa was way beyond our expectations- spotless clean, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful pool area with toilet shower and shaded sitting area. Ensuite bedroom had seaview. All beds very comfortable. We had one minor problem with electricity on first day but this was dealt with immediately even though it was outside office hours and we received callback within 10mins. To sum it up this is easily the best place we ever stayed! Well done all.

A little bit further from Marina than we realisedand taxi service a bit slow but reasonable price.

Nothing really... Being hypercritical, the villa is starting to get worn in places, but this is expected from a holiday let. It is a bit out of town but we had a car so it wasn't an issue. If you don't have a car there are plenty of electric scooters or taxis about. Neither detracts on how good a villa it is.

Very quiet location villa grounds are huge you really felt that you were in an upmarket villa - biggest main shower. Local supermarket is great for fresh bread in the mornings. Pool was the warmest we have ever had on the first day is was like being in a bath - hot tubbers will love it none of this getting use to the temperature stuff. You can walk (uphill) to the volcano directly from the villa.

I know this has been a vacation property for sometime and it may have changed hands recently as it it almost felt over equipped in some areas but under in others. the villa had lots of electrical gadgets from a paella maker and tins for cooking large quantities but lacked simple things a chopping board, oven gloves, garlic press, barbeque tools. Also there was no manual to tell you how anything worked. Maybe we don't get out enough but to turn on the oven you have to push the centre switch so it pops out and then twist trust me unless you know you would not find this - I searched for an hour on the internet to finally find the instructions. Struggled with the tv also, uk nationals will find only a couple of news channels available but you can screen cast from a laptop which is what we did. We used the location as a trial to see if we liked to a bit further out and we didn't but that's our personal choice.
