The location and attentiveness of the host

Apartment and grounds very clean and well kept. Apartment has everything you're likely to need. Well furnished / equipped. Lovely host.
The only thing was bedrooms backing onto one another.

Location was perfect for exploring Sirmione, we wanted a pool and close to the lake, this gave us both. Several very good restaurants within a short walk.

The apartment was a ten. Spacious, clean, beds comfy, well situated and the host was very helpful and charming.
It was modern, cosy and super clean. We all loved it.
