Nice location, clean. But very small bedroom and loft. Stairs really slippery and steep. Friend broke his toe trying to use restroom at night.

This unit was perfect for my husband and I! The place was well equipped and very clean. The grounds of the resort were absolutely beautiful! We would definitely stay again.

We enjoy staying at the Landmark Resort and enjoy all of the amenities they have to offer. Great place to stay.

This is our second stay in this condo. The location is great, the price is right, and the condo suits all of our needs. We will be back!

This was our first time staying at a condo at the Landmark. There are a number of great amenities, mainly the pools, common area decks and lobbies with amazing views. However, I found the Flagship building (where this unit was) to be significantly out of date. Neighbors were definitely smoking (property is listed as non smoking), and we had to call several times before that stopped. There was a food spill on the hallway staircase that did not get cleaned up the entire time we were there. The unit itself was okay (it also could use some updating...). The space is tighter than I expected from the photos. The lower level bedroom really only has room for the bed, not your luggage (unless you stash it in the built in closets). The sound travels very clearly from the main room to the upper loft, so if someone wants to sleep upstairs, you basically cannot use the kitchen or shared living space at the same time. The water pipes were quite noisy as well, especially for the people who are in the loft. This unit faces the parking lot and the sound does travel up despite being on the upper level. Overall, not my favorite place to stay in D.C. I am still giving 4 stars, since it is hard to find something of this size at this price point in peak summer.

Landmark Resort-Great resort. Pools and whirlpools were a big hit with the kids. Beautiful lake/woodsy setting. Room-Quiet/Comfortable room. Rarely heard any other guests. Some light maintenance in the room is needed (anything that has a screw needs to be tightened, fresh coats of paint). Egg Harbor- Great spot to stay to move about the peninsula. Could have used two more days to see more. Next time.

Really enjoyed the stay in door county. Plan to go back. It is easy to check in and everything worked seamlessly. The unit itself is a bit older in some details, but clean and on a top floor so quiet. Due to the units location in the resort it is easy to get down to your car and/or out the back to where the pool is located. Overall resort property is great for families and I would recommend it - especially if you have little ones.

It was excellently located and the amenities were wonderful. We would be happy to stay there again.

We loved staying at this property. It was clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable.

The Landmark is in a central location in Door County. Close to activities, shopping, and hiking. The unit we stayed in was exactly as advertised, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a hot tub in the building, and we had a really wonderful stay.

Property could be modernized a little. Carpeting needs to be updated.

The owner of the property went above and beyond to fix a miscommunication with the resort. The condo was a perfect place to rest and fuel up between adventures!

Overall our room was good. But it would have been nice to have more than 1 small waste basket. The bottom of the shower curtain had mildew on it.

Beautiful views, lovely indoor and outdoor pools, well-equipped kitchen. Bring extra towels if you are coming for longer than a couple of days, unless you want to do laundry. Enjoy Door County from a great location!

The property was accurately described. I was disappointed that there wasn’t any salt and pepper or seasonings. There were very few spoons available. The stairs going to the loft were steeper than I prefer them to be.

We have stayed at several places in this building and this has been our fav. Great location, clean, quiet. We love the pools and hot tubs. Beautiful hiking opportunities and lots of space. Will be booking for next year!

My friends and I stayed here for a long birthday weekend, and it was a perfect place. We utilized the indoor and outdoor pools daily and absolutely loved the location. There were 5 of us total and fit us comfortably, the only downside being one bathroom which ended up being fine. Egg harbor is a fantastic area to stay since it’s a very central location.

Landmark Resort is convenient to everything Egg Harbor and the rest of Door County has to offer. This unit was clean and quiet (located on top floor) with plenty of room for the family and all our luggage and bikes.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. It was very nice and Peaceful close to town and very nice outdoors. We would stay again.

Great amenities and location!

Everything about this place was fantastic and we can’t wait to stay again the next time we visit Door County.

We had a great time hiking in Door County and using the condo for our home base. The condo was just the right amount of space for us, well-kept, comfortable and cozy. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

The room was clean and we had plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. The kitchen needs salt and pepper shakers and some cooking sprays, olive oil or spray butter would’ve been nice. We stayed on the third floor and had to go to the first floor for ice, which was inconvenient. Overall our stay was great and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Egg Harbor. We will stay here again.

The condo was nice and clean and was able to hold our family of 6. The property had several amenities we enjoyed esp the indoor pool and hot tubs. The only down fall was the arcade room listed no longer existed and we called the office on a couple of occasions due to no WiFi signal in condo except the bathroom. They did reset it and it worked good for bout half a day then back to nothing except bathroom. My tweens ended up spending lots of time in the common area to use WiFi and we missed several calls due to the issue.

The property is beautiful and the rooms were beautiful. A couple of issues. The coffee maker does not work and the couch is very very uncomfortable. Other than that we loved our stay and would definitely come again!

We had a very nice stay in Egg Harbor at the condo. It was a short drive into town to walk around and shop. The resort itself is very nice and clean.

On an average day that we were there I could get about five minutes of Wi-Fi connection for my laptop worst connection status I have ever had…. I had a better connection in the remote areas of New Zealand than I had in this resort. ☹️ Everything else was very nice I wish there had been a half bath or some thing upstairs it could’ve benefited from that.
