El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, muy céntrico, con habitaciones muy cómodas. Me dieron una habitación con vista panorámica a Plaza Murillo y a la ciudad. El personal con muy buena disposición. Es un hotel muy recomendable para turistas extranjeros que visiten La Paz por primera vez.
Hay pocos servicios de alimentación en los alrededores del hotel orientado a turistas. En calle Comercio a pocas cuadras del hotel hay algunas alternativas, pero si estás afectado por la altura durante tu estadía en La Paz sugiero solicitar un delivery, el hotel podría ampliar las alternativas a sus clientes en este punto.
El hotel tiene un buen servicio de desayuno. Solo recomendaría que incluyan un sistema de chequeo con el personal ya que en dos oportunidades me encontré sin cubiertos a disposición, aunque lo solucionaron rápidamente. Todo lo además muy bien.

The fitness centre was reasonable for the price (a couple of resistance machines, cardio machines and weights going up to 20kg).

Room was miserable, bed was uncomfortable, window and walls dirty. A bit of a ghost hotel.
Breakfast quite basic and the cook was very protective over her eggs when I asked for an extra one.
Faecal residue in the communal toilets.

Very quiet location (although day time building works on same street - day time only). Very modern, spacious room with everything you needed. Apartment was spotless.
Checkin was horrible. We waited for 2 hours. They kept saying there would be someone there in 5-10 minutes but nobody showed. Phone data is non existent in the lobby and theres no wifi either. I had my young son with me and had to go out of the lobby every time to message the hosts. it was a cold night. I had urgent work meetings that I had to cancel. Got the standard text book apology. Felt quite insincere, definitely need to pickup their service levels.
Room had a slight fishy odour, and towels were damp smelling.

location was incredibly central but quiet. close to church that rang bells every 15 min but anything in the centre would wear them. Really quaint. our room looked over western La Paz and the Parliament which was such a treat. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast is simple but enough considering the good rate. $5 BOB I happened to leave on our table was still there after cleaning. Nice.
Because of Covid most restaurants in the neighbourhood were closed down so eating was a trek to the west side. Still very central though. Needed to request a second towel which was easy given.

The location is amazing! everything is at walking distance. Even if you go for business because of the location you get to do a little touring around town, you're right in the heart of the city.. The staff is very polite and helpful, specially the guy at the front desk, he was very understanding with my check out time. I definitely recommend this place.
I didn't think the room would be small, you go straight into a bed, I figured for the price I would get a space separating de bedroom from the bathroom. I didn't mind that so much though as I minded the fact that the room didn't come with a toiletry kit. There was no conditioner, the bottle that seemed to be shampoo had no label on it, no toothpaste nor toothbrush, I had to go out and purchase all of these, they do give you a soap though.

The view from the hotel's window is amazing. There's an electric heater in the room. Breakfast is okay, but not much choice. You can also play ping pong or billiard in the breakfast area.
The staff doesn't speak English. The shower and sink were clogged.
