-L’emplacement de cet appartement est top à 2 mn des arènes et 5 mn de la cathédrale ! - Il y a un ascenseur dans le hall. - L’appart est agréable et de bonne taille avec ces deux chambres et deux salles de bain. - la cuisine est sympa, bien équipée (après nous ne préparions pas nos repas, nous y déjeunions seulement) - La literie des chambres est très confortable.

- le ménage pourrait être un peu plus minutieux au niveau des salles de bain. La douche italienne n’était pas propre (cheveux, poils…) et à la première utilisation nous avons compris. L’eau ne s’écoulait pas normalement, s’était bouché alors au lieu de perdre du temps à contacter le propriétaire nous avons enlevé la bonde et nettoyer ce qu’il y avait à nettoyer nous même ! Le problème était résolu. - il serait sympa d’ajouter un ou deux torchons à la cuisine nous avons dû essuyer la vaisselle utilisée avec des serviettes en papier achetées. - nous n’avons pas trouvé de draps pour le canapé nous avons trouvé un genre de couvre lit blanc qui a servi à couvrir le matelas et une couette.

The kitchen was very well equipped, the living room spacious . Beds very confortable and linens nice. With windows closed there was silence in an area that could at times be noisy with AC not a problem . Underground parking is available for an additional cost but well worth it. A little tricky getting onto the car elevator but I made it without scratching the car. Communications to and from the group that runs the apartment excellent with very good details of how to get to and into the place

Minor things, we were in four and there were just three sets of bath towels left. No kitchen towels or paper towels to use in the kitchen but they did leave us capsules for the caffè macchina and plenty of sugar that was very pleasant to find .

This property has the right location, however, attention to basic details was very disappointing. For a few examples; why have a dishwasher and no powder or tablets, why have a washing machine and no powder, why have a very poor iron and no ironing board. There was no tea towels, cutting boards and basic kitchen amenities for this price were disappointing. Also, the house needs maintenance. The air conditioners looked like they had not been cleaned for 10 years and they were struggling to even operate, the shower drainage was very poor and you were left in a pool of water. All up, bags of potential but not worth the money unless they pay some attention.

We were greeted at arrival by John Charles, he introduced us to the apartment and easy underground parking & gave us maps and directions and suggestions on getting around Seville. The central location to everything made our stay such a pleasure, bull ring at one end, theater at the other , river a block away and central square 3 blocks the other!! Hop on bus, metro all steps away Amazing!! The apartment has everything you could need, air conditioning & ceiling fans, full kitchen, washing machine, cleaning supplies and shampoo and body wash, elevator. Many appliances, iron, coffee maker, microwave. Internet is fast, TV is smart so you can watch anything. Grocery store and restaurants & bars are close by. We wished we could have stayed longer.
