Close to the beach and the room was very clean. The wifi signal was fast.

The toilet seem to be leaning. The wood underneath the new vinyl seems to be old. Felt like I was about to fall through.

The condo was clean and just about everything you'd need for an extended stay. The location is more than great. The Whitecap Beach is half a block away. You can easily walk there.

The shower handle. Normally to turn off the water you would turn the handle to the 6 O'clock position and there is a hard stop. Well, the handle turned all the way around and then some. I finally just parked it around 6 O'clock and it did stop the water from flowing. I was afraid the handle was going to come out completely.

It was a cheerful atmosphere.. seating was a little uncomfortable but overall I really enjoyed the stay.

VERY COLD AC Place is well kept by owner/guests and we did our best to keep up with it. Loved how well stocked the kitchen was and the basket of little beach extras innthe livingroom was sweet

Minor minor things. We were a little on the taller side, so the shower was pretty low to us (under my head) and water pressure was LOW in the shower and the cold side of the kitchen sink.

The HOST is welcoming. The LOCATION is excellent and walkable distance to the beach wall (4.2 mi there & back); walkable to a nice restaurant down the street. I love the bright ATMOSPHERE of the condo! Got to meet some of the owners and they were very NICE PEOPLE. The sheets for the extra pull out bed in the living room smelled FRESH and nice!-). Kitchen is well stocked with all the little basic amenities one might need; but whether you want to use them or not is another story (see cleanliness). The unit is spacious enough for myself and a friend. He is 6'2" and did fine in the QN bed; and I am only 5'2" and I was quite comfortable on the pull out couch. Any more than that would be too tight and feel crowded.

CLEANLINESS: needs work! The blinds, window sills, and lamps have not been cleaned for awhile. The shower curtain needs either washing or replacing; it was turning orange/mildew, something you don't want to touch after you are clean. The toilet scrub needs to be replaced; looked over 50 years old and not clean. The kitchen drawers need to be lined and cleaned to make using the items more appealing. The pool water was also not clean. Based on how much use it gets with so many guests within the other rentals, it could use more upkeep. I could go on and on with this topic but basically, the unit is outdated; but that is not the problem, however. It doesn't matter if the unit is old, if it was cleaned to a higher standard, guests would be more comfortable. I bet once the owner reads this, he would do something about the issue as I sense he has a high value in business ethic and service.

It was a perfect size for me, within 2 blocks from the Public Beach !! Nice and quiet, very relaxing 😀 The lady who lived in the Unit below me was very nice and gave me some tips on where to see the sea turtles and warn about the rip tides and currents. Very helpful!

I had difficulty with the remote, but not a big problem. The lights for bedroom difficult to figure out, maybe a note would be helpful. The fan lights in bedroom need cleaned.

Location and would stay again.

We’re older so steps to condo were incovenient. Should have instructions for tv. Supply detergent if asked to do laundry. Need longer cords to operate fans. New pillows for bed would be appreciated.
