BAROONA BY THE BEACH
Baroona 'by the Beach est une maison de vacances de deux étages comprenant quatre chambres, deux salles de bains (plus une douche extérieure), deux salons et une impressionnante terrasse à l'étage.
Chaque chambre comprend un placard et des ventilateurs de plafond.
Il est proche de la plage (à 400m à pied de la plage de Bawley), des cafés et d'un petit centre commercial (chimiste, iga, marchand de journaux, bottleo etc.)
Il existe de nombreuses activités auxquelles participer, y compris la marche dans la brousse, la natation, le surf, le paddle board, le kayak, la pêche et la visite de sites.
A l'étage, le loungeroom offre un coin salon avec un siège et une table en osier rouge, un grand salon modula confortable et une télévision à écran plat. Le loungeroom s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse.
La terrasse est un endroit idéal pour se détendre avec un salon et une salle à manger en plein air, une chaise Jack & Jill, une télévision murale, un barbecue à gaz et des aperçus de l'océan.
La salle à manger a une table à manger en bois avec des sièges pour 6 et une chaise haute pour le petit.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, bouilloire, bases de cuisine, machine à café Delonghi, four et plaque de cuisson électrique.
La salle de bain principale a une baignoire profonde et une douche et une lampe chauffante au plafond.
Le linge de maison est inclus dans cet établissement.

We have been holidaying at Bawley Point for many years and love it there.
Baroona On The Beach was a great place to stay....perfect location for the beach and the lake.
Clean and comfortable,with a lovely outlook and partial water view.
Overall everything from the self checkin to all the little extras the owners have provided was wonderful!!

Baroona by the Beach is a very pleasant, well-equipped and comfortable place to stay. In our case, it was mostly a good home base for a short stay while we attended a wedding and related events the day before and the day after. I would recommend it to anyone needing a long or short stay, with just a short walk to Bawley Beach and other places of interest within a short walk or drive.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay at Baroona by the Beach. The house was pretty much as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Its location is ideal for strolling down to either one of our favourite beaches - Bawley or Cormorant.

We stayed here with another family. The place is well laid out for 2 families with 2 bedrooms upstairs and the same downstairs as well as 2 generous living spaces and a toilet / shower on each floor. Very close to Bawley and Commerant beaches. Nice water glimpses marred only slightly by a building site next to us that drew the eye from what was otherwise a great deck where we spent lots of our time. Highly recommended for a large family or 2 families who wish to holiday together.

Was looking at somewhere I have not been to, so chose Bawley Point. I wasn't disappointed from the time we set foot in the accomodation. It was a breeze to checking and just perfect family location with all the ammenities you could think off.
The large bedroom downstairs (kids retreat) was just ideal. Kids never left that room. Rest of us just enjoyed bit of the ocean view and sea-breeze sounds from the balcony.
The beach was close by and we didn't need to drive at all. Was just a perfect location. Bella pty did an amazing customer service from start to finish.
Will definitely be back!!!

Great Easter Trip
Was looking at somewhere I have not been to, so chose Bawley Point. I wasn't disappointed from the time we set foot in the accomodation. It was a breeze to checking and just perfect family location with all the ammenities you could think off.
The large bedroom downstairs (kids retreat) was just ideal. Kids never left that room. Rest of us just enjoyed bit of the ocean view and sea-breeze sounds from the balcony.
The beach was close by and we didn't need to drive at all. Was just a perfect location. Bella pty did an amazing customer service from start to finish.

Great location and stay
Fantastic location, just a short stroll to coffee shop, beach and playground (even with little ones). The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Lots of books, puzzles and toys for the kids. We loved our stay and will be back.
