Location, Clean Rooms

First of all NO receipts given despite repeatedly asking, the charges for an extra bed per night were like a 5 star hotel charges and they charged me Rs. 350 per night (seriously this is looting) and bonus is water heater is didn't work and none attended despite multiple reminders. Thank god we didn't order food here else it would have cost us our entire trip budget !!!

Worst receptionist ever. When I asked if I could order food from outside, he said that outside food is not allowed. When I asked if this was the hotel policy, he then said u can order from outside with no issues. Also got charged 1600 extra for staining the bedsheet with dal. The bedsheet won't cost more than 500 bucks.

They denied to accept booking on the rates quoted by booking.com and charged a lot more. Rooms are sick and small. Refused to accomodate in middle of nights unless we paid their demands.
