very good aesthetically designed interior with Indian culture and heritage. Good Location. Well behaved, polite staffs.

door knobs were not working properly. particularly of washrooms. Bed linens should be more neat.

Location of hotel is excellent and so is the size of the rooms.

The stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel is central.

The breakfast option were limited. Taste needs to be improved and would have loved if the restaurant offered local Odiya cuisine.

Only Limited items are offered in breakfast No North India dish notice. Food choice for vegetarian are limited at the Hotel. Staff was excellent specially receptionist . Location is wonderful but inside road of hotel need to be improved.

Breakfast was okay, the staff there tried their best to serve with their available sources. Location is nice.

In 3 days, I changed 7 rooms at the hotel. The major problem with the hotel is the Air Conditioner system, which is quite old and never cools. The AC vents are two small in the room to blow proper air. if temperature is over 30 degree than never ever dare to check in-to this hotel. On the last day there was rain, and my entire room floor was water drenched as windows don't have proper locking to prevent water.
