Excellent location, Quiet (yes, even w/Bottle & Cork on the corner!), Cozy, Clean, Beautiful Bay View! Owner was promptly response and this was a great experience for our family. Home was very comfortable and inviting, it felt like we asked to stay a friends house for a week rather than it be a rental! Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants!

Fantastic location with short walk to beach! Property is well very appointed, kitchen well stocked with cooking tools and utensils. As described, it’s just up the block from restaurants and music (but quiets down at 10pm). Everything we needed was provided; host is proactively communicative and responsive. Perfect for a family stay!

We had a great stay, with two parents, a teenage son, five of his friends and the family dog. It’s a cozy condo for eight, but it worked great as a home base for lots of time out at the beach and on the town. Kelly was very helpful with communication, and the provision of a large dog crate was a big space saver in our packing!

We loved staying at this townhome. It was very comfortable with many amenities include which it made it easy. Great use of space. Great parking and location. Owner very responsive and accommodating!

Our family of four + one grandparent had a great long weekend getaway by the bay. The location is great, walkable to everything in Dewey. Views of the bay, and music from the Bottle & Cork at night made the deck especially nice for hanging out. Kellyann was a fabulous host.

The location of this property cannot be beat! Close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a great time!

We had a great time at this beautiful townhouse. All bedrooms are on first floor. There was no problem with noise because everyone was quiet by 10 pm. It’s so walkable to everything; restaurants, stores, beach, you name it. There are lots of cute glass knickknacks, which we put away until we left because we were worried they’d break. The beds are extremely soft and we slept well. There are plenty of small bathrooms so you don’t have to share. Host also has everything you could need under every bathroom sink. We did some extra cleaning when we got there. That’s just us though. I think this host reads reviews and really tries to make any improvements suggested. The couch has been updated to a new, larger sofa. Very comfortable.

We loved the townhouse. Pretty, perfect location and suited all our needs. Beach towels and chairs provided super helpful. Nice to just hang out at night. Deck gave sunrise and sunset views! Thank you!

The house is beautifully decorated, beach-themed and beautiful bay views, convenient to both Dewey and Rehoboth. Our daughters sleeping in front bedroom (bunk room) were kept up not by bar noise but by motel lights flashing on and off and by the neighbors. Also, high bed in second back bedroom did not work well for one daughter who was uncomfortable with the height of the bed and getting in and out. She slept on the pullout couch upstairs. The yard is NOT secure for a curious dog, must have small table on top of wood bench to prevent escape. I loved the laundry room / powder room and stocked kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Were looking for a place to comfortably house 4 adults and 3 teens plus a dog. The house worked perfectly. Lots of flexibility with the bed arrangement. Great location - a short walk to the beach. House was clean and provided everything we needed.

We had a wonderful week at this amazing property! The location is perfect and the house was super cute With lots of extra touches we appreciated! This is our second time staying here and we loved it

Kelly was great and the location of the property was perfect for college-age kids wanting to go to the beach, do water sports and experience night life. The only negative with the property is that it didn’t have enough comfortable seating in the living room for 8 people, with a sofa and 2 chairs there was only room for 5 people to be in the living room at one time. Definitely a down side when our family wanted to hang out in the evening.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect. We did not have to drive anywhere. We felt like we were at home. The property had everything anyone could need and was so cheerful.

Rental property was exactly as advertised. Lots of kitchen aids to help with cooking. My family and I love the location. Next to major restaurants & bars. Host was kind and helpful with tips on the community. Highly recommended!
