Das Personal ist wirklich extrem aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie haben bei allem unterstützt und sogar angeboten, separates Essen zu kochen, als ich krank war. Die Lage ist sehr gut und mit einem in der Unterkunft gemieteten Roller ist man schnell überall. Das Frühstück ist Abendessen ist sehr gut.

Es gab nur kaltes Wasser zum duschen, was nicht stört, wenn es sehr heiß ist. Der Strand selbst ist nicht so gut zum Baden geeignet, hier gibt es schönere auf der Insel.

L’hotel s’intègre parfaitement dans ce jardin luxuriant et la cocoteraie qui borde la plage. La piscine est également très agréable.

Côté hébergement, la salle de bain est complètement ratée. On se croirait dans une guest house très sommaire avec une douche non séparée. Dommage car le décalage avec la chambre est flagrant. De même que les serviettes de toilettes sont en synthétique et non en coton … cheap !

Sehr freundliches Personal- super Frühstück. Wir hatten einen Strandbungalow mit Ventilator. Die kleine Terrasse hatte 2 Liegen mit Polstern, das war sehr gemütlich. Alles sauber, mit ausreichend Stauraum und sehr geräumig. Der Pool war sehr sauber und sehr schön. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Ich würde jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Auch die Lage ist gut, ein Moped ist von Vorteil, aber in der Nähe gibt es genug Restaurants und Bars.

Wir waren im September da, da ist Ebbe und der Strand ist nicht so schön. Auch nicht sehr sauber. Das muss man einfach wissen und hat eigentlich nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun.

The staff were lovely. The swimming pool was great.

The beach had a lot of plastic rubbish. The sand disappeared below the water line and became a silty mud, which extended out a long way. This shallow mud flat did not make it conducive for swimming. You need a tricycle to get anywhere.

Lot of Ruster round, Impossible to have a good sleep. Outdoor need a big renovation. The rooms need to mordenite. The staff truly done the best to accommodate us the best way possible.

Only the staff was the best overall. The position was good, and the food was not too bad.

The resort is beautiful and has its own secluded beach. The pool is big. The staff are extremely lovely and attentive. The rooms were clean. Location was great. You can easily rent a bike too. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Air con is absolutely an essential - we upgraded and had a much better sleep.

The places was not well maintained. The door of the bathroom in my room was broken and it really made a bad impression.

Lovely quiet resort with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem for them, and they even gave us breakfast early on our last day as we had to leave at 7am. The pool is a lovely treat, and the garden is great to chill in - definitely leave time to while away a few hours reading a book in one of the hammocks! There's a restaurant at the hotel, or quite a wide selection within a 10-15 minute walk/quick tricycle ride away. Rooms have everything you need, are very clean (with cleaning offered daily) and the terrace is a great addition to chill on.

The Charisma is a nice place to switch off and relax. The complex is small and cute, the pool is clean and the employees and the boss are friendly and nice. The beach is beautiful and equipped with sun loungers and hammocks. The beach is only partially suitable for swimming because of the tides. The restaurant offers a good and sufficient menu and the food is good. Thank you for the hospitality and support. We can warmly recommend the Charisma. Best regards Luke and Laura

The pool, the location and the staff were amazing. The staff was really helpful with stuff, like renting a moped. The location is beautiful with the beach next to it with amazing sunsets.

There's no fridge in the room which means you can't keep drinks cold in your room. Our room only got cleaned after 5 days.

Beautiful, small resort right on the beach. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, the team is very nice and the included breakfast delicious. Beach chairs and hammocks are available on the beach. You can't really swim in the sea most of the time because of the low tide, but there is a clean pool and an outdoor shower.

Location was superb right on the beach. Bungalow had two very comfortable day beds on the verandah. Friendly staff. Good food. Lots of cold water to drink.

Felt it was overpriced as cold shower only and poor wi-fi.

They could do better with the toiletries provided. For the price they charge... Daily cleaning, change of towels and providing sufficient toiletries was expected.
