Great location near Kierland shops. Adjacent to busy Greenway so very noisy, especially on deck. Not for small children or guests with mobility issues as living area is up a flight of stairs. Kitchen nice but, compared to other VRBO’s, condiments were missing, only salt & pepper. Likewise for bathroom accessories. Also, counter is only for standing as it is too high for the stools. Garage is great. HVAC worked well. ROKU is included which was very nice. Nice community pool.

Overall, the condo served us well and was nicely furnished. We enjoyed the beautiful heated pool, grill area and workout room. We loved the close proximity to Kierland Commons which offered wonderful dining and shopping.The reason we didn't give it 5 stars for location was because within the complex, this particular unit backs up to a very busy road with a lot of traffic noise and our balcony overlooked the parking lot. Also, there are a lot of stairs from garage/front entry to main floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but if we return we would search for a unit located away from the busy road.

Wonderful Condo - enjoyed our stay!
My friends and I really liked staying in this condo and feel happy to know, after our stay, that the great reviews of previous guests, were right on the money. It’s clean, pretty, and the beds were super comfy! Joseph was very easy to communicate with and hopefully, we will be staying there again.

Beautiful property in great location. Great floor plan and amenities. Only critique is that the condo does not three beds as we originally thought with the listing but two beds and a pull-out sofa. Worked out well anyway and we enjoyed our stay.

The perfect place!
We loved this condo for our family of four! It’s even nicer than the pictures, super clean, perfect location next to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter for shopping and wonderful restaurants. The complex pool is very nice and it’s close to lots of fantastic golf courses. The property manager Joseph was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this condo!

The property was beautiful and convenient to Kierland Resort and Commons. I have been staying at Kierland Resort for the past couple years and like the autonomy of staying at a private home. I will happily look to this property and owner in the future.

Great Location, Beautiful Condo
The unit is exactly as pictured, located in a great part of scottsdale adjacent to the Kierland golf course. Easy and fast communication with the property manager, spotless on check-in. Large garage for a SUV. Excellent location for golfing, relaxing. Hughly reccomend!!!

Great place.
Beautiful condo and complex in a great area of town. The hosts were quick to answer questions and process to check in etc.. went great. There was a lack of extra toilet paper and a couple of missing light bulbs, but a grocery store across the street so problem was easily solved.

Short weekend getaway to Scottsdale
Great property for a short weekend getaway to Scottsdale area. Property was exactly as pictured and manager was great to work with as he allowed us to check in early as the unit wasn't rented the day before our arrival. Nice common space for visiting and watching television. Beds were comfortable with very nice linens (I am picky in this regard). Would definitely stay here again. Nice location too as it's close to many nice restaurants and shopping. I don't know the area too well, but it also seems fairly close to the airport. Overall, a great upscale property and value for the price.

Great location close by to restaurants, stores, etc.
Excellent layout for two couples with spacious kitchen, dining area, and living area. Outside porch with table and chairs was nice as well.
Property Manager was quick to answer questions and very helpful.
We were here for 10 days and will be back!

The location is excellent. Walking distance to Kierland Commons which has amazing shopping, dining and movie theater, 5 min walk to grocery store etc. Barely a need to rent a car. The property was super clean, bed was amazing and had everything we needed; right down the the nice touches like water bottles in the fridge, chocolates and fully stocked coffee maker. Owner was cordial, communicated well and was easy to reach. 2 car garage was handy for us but in reality; with the proximity to all amenities, we really didn't need a car much.

Great place. I have been going to Scottsdale and staying at the Westin for 10 years. This was a great upgrade for space and newly renovated that made very enjoyable. The process to rent was flawless and owner/manager was great with any questions or issues.

We just loved this vacation rental and location. Both the owner and property manager were very responsive. Condo was clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated! Beautiful Place
We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and updated. It was perfect for what we were looking for. We used the gym, pool, and hot tub every day that we were there. All of that area is extremely well-maintained. The owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect!!!
Pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very clean, well equipped with essentials, comfortable beds and well decorated. The grounds of the complex are well maintained the the pool and hot tub are fantastic. The location is perfect. You can walk to the grocery store, Westin, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarters and you are steps from a paved walking trail. Had a wonderful time.
