Cette grande unité confortable au rez-de-chaussée a un lit queen size, un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes, une entrée privée, une salle de bain privée, une garantie de stationnement pour 1 voiture sur mon entrée, une cour arrière et une cuisine, elle est à seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport SFO, à 15 minutes de San Le centre-ville de Francisco, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Colma Bart et la gare routière est à seulement 1 pâté de maisons, les banques, les distributeurs automatiques de billets, de nombreux restaurants, supermarchés, magasins sont à proximité, endroit très attrayant pour découvrir la Bay Area.

This a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. It provided a parking space which is a plus and it is about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to Colma BART station. We felt very safe walking at night from train station to this private unit. The communication with Zack was superb. Zack will reply in a timely matter. It was very clean unit.

Although the listing is part of a residence, the room has private access. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host was great about communicating and keeping us informed throughout the stay.
My son and I navigated SF area exclusively using nearby public transit.
Every morning we graba bed breakfast at family owned donut shop.

It was a good location, enough space and we got help from the Owner when we had any questions! However the listing photos were very confusing as it showed me the whole house, but we only rented one room downstairs!! Otherwise, great stay!

Excellent experience and property! Zach was awesome and the property was clean, comfortable and an awesome location. Should be more specific with a shared kitchen was was good also.

We had a great stay at Zack's place! The suite was nice and spacious, with a comfy bed and couch. Good neighbourhoos Zack was great to communicate with. Having a parking space was awesome (not always an easy thing to come by in the Bay Area), and the suite was in a great spot: short walk away from the train station and maybe a 15 to 20 minute ride to downtown.

The host was great to work with. Communication was prompt, and he was there for any Questions. Even to let me know name of SUPER comfortable mattress! Great location, quick drive to everything. Would def suggest this as a terrific and reasonable clean place to stay.

Clean, quiet room very close to pretty much every retail, dining, and entertainment offering you could ask for. Walking distance to BART. 15 minutes to Chase Center; 25 minutes to the Financial District.

I write good review as long as the host/staffs are friendly. Host here was pretty helpful so I gave good score, but you should specify that you are providing 'shared' kitchen. Private kitchen and shared one makes huge difference. Can use free laundromat and dryer here, which can be an advantage(bring ur own detergent).

Perfect easy stay, half mile from BART station
This was exactly what we needed after long days of exploring San Fran. Easy walk to the Bart station, even with a toddler in a stroller.

Great location 15 min from San Francisco. 20 min BART train ride into the city & 10 min walking distance to train. Very clean, has microwave & Keurig machines with coffee & shared kitchen upstairs. Parking spot was a plus.

Best hostel you will ever stay at
This is a quiet neighborhood. The living space is as seen on the internet. One parking space is available and it was in a driveway in front of a two car garage. For San Francisco, this is a great situation. The host was very friendly and provided tasty croissants for breakfast treats. The kitchen is shared with others. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ideal budget property for exploring San Francisco. BART within walking distance and easy connections to downtown SF. Zak was very friendly and welcoming. Would happily stsy here again.

Great place to stay just outside of San Francisco. Easy access to the freeways or the BART. Little noisy from the guests upstairs but nothing horrible. Washer/dryer a nice perk. Would stay again if in town.
