Ce chalet classique de la Nouvelle-Angleterre est le refuge familial parfait dans une communauté de plage privée. Profitez de votre café sur le porche avant pendant que vous regardez le soleil se lever sur la baie. Faites du kayak à travers les backwaters le matin et détendez-vous sur l'une de nos trois plages l'après-midi. À marée basse, regardez les enfants craquer pendant que vous vous détendez avec un livre. À marée haute, sortez les flotteurs ou nagez jusqu'au radeau. Le soir, jouez au croquet ou à la pétanque sur la pelouse pendant que le dîner grille sur la terrasse arrière. Après le dîner, faites une balade à vélo autour de la Pointe ou jouez à l'un de nos nombreux jeux de société vintage. La Black Point Beach Association possède de nombreux équipements, dont le marché de Black Point, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket, une aire de jeux et une rampe de mise à l'eau.
Niantic a d'excellents restaurants, une belle promenade, des boutiques, un musée pour enfants et une salle de cinéma. Il est également à seulement 30 minutes en voiture des nombreuses attractions du sud-est du Connecticut: les centres commerciaux de Clinton et Westbrook, les casinos Mohegan Sun et Foxwoods, les parcs d'État Hammonasset et Rocky Neck, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, Jonathan Edwards Vineyards et Fox Farm Brasserie, et bien plus encore!

We had my two sons, daughters in laws, and 4 grandchildren ages 6 - 12 for our first visit to CT. It was wonderful and relaxing family time. The beach was a short walk and the weather was perfect. We went to the submarine museum, Mystic shops, Flanders Seafood restaurant, and outlet shopping. All had a great time!

Our family had a great time enjoying all that the property and the area have to offer, from kayaking, biking, walking to lazing at the beach. Perfect place to unwind, with plenty of space indoor and out to relax.

We had a wonderful time at the property! It was just what we needed, the house has plenty of space and bathrooms! It's a quick walk to a quaint private beach and the house provides plenty to bring to the beach as well! I enjoyed coffee each morning from the screened in porch and walks around Black Point! The kids absolutely loved it and the beach was perfect for them!

Great Getaway!
We had a wonderful time at the property! It was just what we needed, the house has plenty of space and bathrooms! It's a quick walk to a quaint private beach and the house provides plenty to bring to the beach as well! I enjoyed coffee each morning from the screened in porch and walks around Black Point! The kids absolutely loved it and the beach was perfect for them!

We thoroughly enjoyed our months stay at this beach cottage. It was large enough to fit our growing family. Fun was had by all and we are looking forward to returning in the summer if 2020!

Wonderful location. Great stay.
We had a wonderful stay. The house worked out very well for our extended family. Being close to the beach was great. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing. All in all, we had a fantastic time.

We were staying with family in CT and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Rain or shine (and we had some rain) it was wonderful. The porch overlooking the beach was especially nice. Any questions were quickly answered by the owners too! Use of the beach chairs and toys, kayak and bikes was a great bonus (I recommend the Around the Point bike ride). The only improvement we might suggest are a few inside kids toys for rainy days. Thanks for a great place to stay!!

We were staying with family in CT and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Rain or shine (and we had some rain) it was wonderful. The porch overlooking the beach was especially nice. Great property, great location
This cottage had plenty of room and all the essentials. We loved relaxing in the screened in porch. Only downside of the stay was that we had a heat wave at the beginning of the week and it would have been nice to have more air conditioners.

Love this beach house and location, many extras, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks. The porch is a beautiful place to relax and look out at the ocean. We hope to return in the coming years.

Cozy and clean with that New England beach feel. Walk to the beach and walk to the Black Point Market for breakfast or lunch. For a small house it had plenty of room but our favorite spot was the screened porch with views of Niantic Bay and Long Island Sound.
