Amazing location! Easy street parking. Enjoyed the steam shower and heated tiles after long day of skiing!

Not a lot of space but we weren’t in the unit a lot. Would also have been nice to have access to covered/garage parking (appears there’s some under the building but we didn’t get to use it?).

ground floor- convenient -the staff was friendly and followed up

the big windows let light in hard to sleep at sunrise. no extra toilet paper in unit. wish there had been a designated parking spot, a bit on the small side

The location was perfect but the pictures were deceiving. The Ballard South pics show at living room and we were in a one bedroom room with private bath and one single chair to sit in. The bonus was a steam shower and that was wonderful.

The heater could not be turned off and the room was extremely warm and stuffy in the evenings.

RUN AWAY!!! Booking.com/Vacasa advertised one property and gave me another one AFTER I paid in full. They advertised an apartment with a bedroom, a kitchenette, and living room at just over 1,000 s.f., and send me the confirmation for a single bedroom with barely enough room to walk around the bed on one side, and a bathroom - 300 s.f. at best but still described at over 1,000 s.f.. Cancellation charge was more than half of reservation cost. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with them both (mostly booking.com) to cancel with full credit (all recorded), but they kept blaming each other. When I got in town they texted me they unlocked the door for me to check in. I told them I had canceled, so they wanted the reservation details. I told them they should have it since they're the ones that reached out to me (I was driving), and they should stop bothering me - I'm on vacation. Never stayed there, never even touched the door - I'm not responsible for anything that happened to that space. After our trip was over they asked for a review - the nerve. Well, here it is.
