We like everything

The place was gorgeous! So clean and pretty. My family loved it.

1- We had planned to have some good family time, cooking together, baking cookies etc. during our stay and chose this place based on reviews that said the kitchen was stocked. I contacted the host about a week in advance of arriving to ask if there was a Crockpot in the kitchen we could use. The host responded by saying that there was NOTHING in the kitchen, no pans, no cookie sheets, no spices, not even sure there were plates and cups. This was frustrating and disappointing! So we changed our plans :( bought disposable cups, plates, dinnerware, a few breakfast items, and convenience foods) before showing up at the condo, only to find that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The host either lied to us or was woefully uninformed. This was a real downer, caused unneeded frustration, and caused us to change our plans. 2-This condo is quite far away from everything. It is a 10-minute drive to the gondola to go down to Telluride. Although it is advertised to be conveniently located next to a chair lift, the convenience only applies to winter guests as the lift is closed during the summer. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known this. A more accurate description of this feature would be very helpful. 3-An alarm went off one night in a bathroom to notify us of dripping water. We were happy that we were able to reach the host to let them know. My smart sons figured out how to turn the alarm off so we could get to bed (again--yes--this happened after most of us had gone to bed) We are pretty sure that nothing was done to fix this problem, but at least we figured out how to turn the alarm off. 4- I am usually not a complainer---- but the GAS GRILL was OUT of propane too or broken! So we ended up grilling chicken in a pan. :(

Great location

Poor upkeep. Broken patio door kept us from using the balcony and grill. We reported this and we’re told that they couldn’t get it fixed during our stay but would work out some compensation. Haven’t heard further about that refund
