We had a fantastic week in Ossipee in this condo. The unit was just as described/pictured in the listing - and being further from the streets made it a quiet unit. It was perfect! The owner was very quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be renting this unit again next July!! Thank you!!

I think the only very minor problem I had is the pictures seem a little misleading. It doesn’t show the surrounding condos or the proximity to the water. Otherwise, great spot. Easy and fast communication and the house was well equipped with kitchen, towel, accessories. Thanks for a great time!

The property was bright and airy. Beautiful lake view from the front porch, and plenty of space for our family.

Jessica's home is perfect for a lake get-a-way. Her home is very well stocked for all your lake needs. It is clean and very roomy. Grandchildren loved the lake. Nice sandy bottom and shallow for children in the swim area. If you enjoy fishing there is a pond close by that has some good size bass. There are fish in the lake too!!

Clean condo with plenty of room. Would rent the condo again!

Place was big, comfortable and had plenty of closets. View from 2nd floor deck was incredible. Unfortunately had no cable TV. Beach was great for small children, but not really big enough for adults or teens. If you wanted to fish , you had to bring or rent a boat. Fishing was not permitted from community pier. Owner communication was terrific. Answered very promptly.

We had 5 adults and 2 kids, and the house was perfect for us. We all loved being able to go out the back door and walk to the beach. There was very little traffic on the roads so my son and I enjoyed being able to run in the area. The house had lots of room so we could all be together but have time by ourselves as well. I really liked the cozy decoration of the house and while we didn't use much from the pantry it was nice knowing it was stocked if we needed it. The beds were all very comfortable as were the couches in the family areas. As someone who is always hot I really appreciated the AC units in the bedrooms. The 4th floor was a bit hot but we opened the window and my 4 yr old and 8 yr old grandsons slept there and it was perfect for them. With 7 people we really appreciated the bathrooms on every floor. All in all it was a great stay that lived up to everything the owner had posted online and more.

Just a beautiful townhouse on the most perfect lake. Had a wonderful week- both kids and adults had a blast.

We had a great time staying here. The location was great. Close to Route 16 so easy to get to close by attractions. The condo is less then a hundred yards to the water and the swimming area was great and never crowded. It does say not suitable for children but our kids are pre-teen/teen and were fine- might just be due to the stairs. Only little FYI for hot summer was that the AC doesn’t make it to the top floor bedroom, but fans in the window helped. We totally enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the condo for three nights while my son was at Camp Marist. The condo is very clean and roomy with the four bedrooms. Jessica is very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The private beach is right out the back door. We would definitely rent the condo again.

Lots of space, clean, easy to find and Jess was very responsive to every question.

Jessica was super helpful, we booked at last minute and worked with us on priority basis. Property was clean and nice and hopefully will visit again in future!
