We were very pleased with the cabin we rented. It is very clean, well appointed, and in great shape. The yard was amazing and the pillows were better than what you get even in nicer hotels.
If you’re looking for a wheelchair accessible location, there is a small step at the front door. But a 1.5’ suitcase ramp will work perfectly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our third year there, and there were great updates to the property. Lots of fun playing frisbee, having a family cornhole tournament, and sitting by the fire.

My 12 yo daughter, our dog Twinkie and myself spent a long weekend there and we had such a comfortable, cozy, fun time. Very clean, close to Breezy Point Marina, quaint Nisswa and several beautiful trails. The fenced in yard is a big plus for dogs and also privacy. We will be back for sure!

This is our 2nd stay and we absolutely love the house! It is so clean and tastefully decorated! The backyard is amazing, as is the fire pit! Kelsey and Ryan are tremendous hosts. We really enjoyed the great communication, and the new washer/dryer unit! Can’t wait to return next year!!

We Stayed at Breezy Point to be near friends. The cottage was perfect. Roomy but not overly huge. Complete kitchen with coffee available for us.
The back yard was wonderful and fully fenced. Next time we will bring the dog.

I loved the cabin. It was extremely clean and cozy. The backyard was amazing and the dogs really enjoyed running and playing. The amenities in the cabin were great. I really appreciated the fast internet and also the fact that there were lots of electrical outlets near the beds. Communication with Kelsey and Ryan was a breeze via the app. The only thing that slightly detracted from my stay was the busy slightly noisy road in the back. The pups and I will definitely be back the next time we need a break from city life, however!

Wow! We were so impressed with this rental. Easy check in, they had cleared snow and was absolutely immaculate! And we are picky about things being clean. Everything you need, they thought of everything, gas fireplace, smart TV’s, WIFI, very comfy beds and bedding. We had our dog who loved the fenced backyard and could run and jump and play. We will definitely stay here again!

This cabin was a perfect place for a short getaway and had all of the comforts of home. Check-in/out process was very simple & instructions for everything were easy to follow & use. You literally just need change of clothes! If you forget anything from home, you could probably find what you need in cabinets or closets. Our dogs had a blast in the fenced in backyard, definitely a perk of the property! Kelsey & Ryan were super helpful answering questions before we book & also communicating the day prior to check-in.
Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months so we can enjoy that fire pit in the backyard!!!

My highschool girlfriends and I had an absolute blast at this property! The house was cozy, and the backyard was our favorite!! We would recommend 100% to anyone! The owners of the property were so welcoming and so awesome at responding!

Small rustic cabin but nicely updated inside. Great fenced backyard for kids and dog to play. 6 foot wood fence for privacy and very nice fire pit area. Didn't use sofa couch, but beds and pillows were top notch. Perfect size for my 3 adults, 3 year old and my dog. Any more might get cramped. Nicely provided everything for kitchen, bath, games, fire pit extras and good supply of firewood. Had great contact with owners and can't wait to stay there again.

Properly described, clean. Fenced backyard was great for our dog. Fire pit with a nice supply of wood was a perfect addition. Ryan & Kelsey worked with us on a couple of small issues. No complaints.

We had a wonderful vacation at Pelican Lake and Breezy Point. The house was so clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit. The location is close to restaurants and Breezy Point. We could hear the bands playing from the backyard, which we LOVED! Kelsey & Ryan are exceptional hosts. We had zero issues and have already re-booked our stay for next summer!

This house was perfect for our family of 4 (plus our dog). Big fenced in backyard, good sized family room for hanging out, and 2 good sized bedrooms. And the location is awesome! Short drive or walk to the beaches and restaurants in Breezy Point. Highly recommend!

Nice Quant Cabin-outside noise level disappointing
The cabin was close to restaurants and easy to walk to them.
The noise level from the highway was very loud and took away from trying to relax while we were sitting outside.
I am only 4' 11" and couldn't reach a lot of stuff-like the towels.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. Kelsey and Ryan provided a welcoming and clean environment. Our dog loved the big, fenced in yard, and our family took full advantage of the fire pit, grill, and proximity to Breezy Point!

Cute, comfortable & close to resort
My husband and I stayed here with our two black labs, so we could be close to the Breezy Point resort where we attended a wedding, and then to explore and go hiking the next day. The cabin was super clean and cute, and offered a very big, secure back yard where our dogs could easily go outside. Kelsey provided easy check-in directions and was flexible on our arrival time so we could get changed and to the wedding on time. Would easily stay here again!

Fantastic Accommodations
The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. It was super close to the snowmobile trails with plenty of room for the snowmobile trailer. I’d definitely consider staying here the next time we’re in Breezy.

Fun weekend up north getaway
My wife and I visited this property for a get away weekend. We really liked the property, it was a fun northern Minnesota cabin, but was also very comfortable. A big plus is that they are dog friendly and our pup was able to join us. Big fenced in yard. Absolutely would visit again!
