We asked about early check in , which was great, but I don’t know if it rushed the cleanup from previous,as some things needed more attention, we ran through clean up before we left swept,mopped an did all but 1load of linens which were washed only needing dried, overall it was pleasant little pricey on adding our additional pets ,but they are 5lbs. Pets ( family members in our eyes) I would definitely consider it again if we decide to vacation that way again…

We were very impressed with this property & will likely book again! It's a tri-plex, but there was so much space that you'd never guess that from the inside. We were within walking distance of the beach, all the best spots to eat, & a couple shopping spots. Patty was a pleasure from the beginning. I was able to speak with her on the phone personally when booking & communication was wonderful throughout. Highly recommend this property.

Cute, clean, updated unit in a great spot. Walking distance from beach, pier, shops, dining, breakfast, ice cream, and coffee. 10 min drive to old St Aug. Dog friendly. Would def recommend.

We had a great stay for our first trip to St Augustine! We will definitely be back. Accommodations/amenities were very nice and we loved being so close to the beach, ice cream, donuts, and other restaurants. The only thing that was a little bothersome was the air conditioner doesn’t seem to keep the temperature inside cool enough. It was pretty uncomfortable at night time especially. Setting was on 72 degrees and most of the time temperature inside was 75-76, which was a little too warm for our liking. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Excellent property located a few houses from the beach. Several walking distance dining options. Very clean and nice house. Lots of ammenities on site like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay

This place was a perfect location for our family of 5. The beach access was close and the beach was not busy at all. It was super close to restaurants, shops, and ice cream.m (all within walking distance). St George street was about 15 minutes away. The place was clean and had everything we needed from high chairs to beach gear. We will definitely be returning.

The property was conveniently located steps from the beach and local restaurants. It was spicy and comfortable. There was a mixup with my reservation but after it was resolved we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and clean property!

This was our second year in a row staying in this home and we had a great time. You truly can't beat the location and the home has everything you could need. Tons of restaurants and ice cream within walking distance.

The owner is very responsive and very friendly. Answered any questions and concerns. Everything was just as expected and very clean. We had stayed before and enjoyed it then as well. Very close to beach and very close to several restaurants and stores.

We found this home to be a cute and comfortable place to stay with a very short walk to the beach. No having to cross any busy streets. The home was very clean. We enjoyed the extra touch of books to read, puzzles to put together, bikes to ride, and toys for the beach. I would definitely recommend this property.

This property is so convenient. The beach is just a short walk away, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The overall atmosphere of this property is very welcoming, we would definitely stay there again.

The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for six adults. The garage was stocked with floats, chairs, beach buggy and beach umbrellas, but I suppose some have been left behind from previous guests. The bikes were lots of fun and a nice touch! We had a great time although there was some construction noise on a home right behind us. It didn’t bother me but I did want to mention it for future guests (even though it is a temporary issue). We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time to stay in this townhouse, and it was just as nice. The rental is so clean, has plenty of room for family, and is so close to shops and restaurants. The proximity to the beach was a short and easy walk. Patty was great to work with and always responded quickly. We are thankful for a treasured week spent with family at such a nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location

We have been spending a month near a beach on the east coast for at least fifteen years -- more often than not in St. Augustine. This year we booked 37 days and had a great time. This home is kept in good shape and is well appointed. Also the location is perfect -- a two minute walk to the beach and only a few minutes more if you are looking for a restaurant. We would have booked it again next year EXCEPT the price for the same time period would have cost almost twice the amount we just paid! Yes we know all about the current inflation (we live in Florida full time), but a price increase of this amount is not called for (and certainly not in our budget)! Too bad! The kitchen is well appointed if you care to cook. There is lots of room in the living/dining area and plenty of parking. We did have a small problem in the advertising ( but it really didn't affect us) -- one of the smaller bedrooms show a flat screen tv -- which was in fact there. The problem was, it is not a smart tv and is not connected to the cable nor an outside antenna?! So yes there was a tv but it was useless and couldn't be used. Also be forwarned that the beach chairs aren't what we would consider "beach" chairs. There are 6 or 7 smallish folding canvas camping chairs (brand new). They are not real comfortable if you plan to spend hours soaking up the sun! The host is attentive to your concerns and check in/out is a breeze. Sure wish the price hadn't been changed!

Our vacation home was located in wonderful location, super close to the beach, in walking distance of nice restaurants, stores and a farmers market. House was comfortable. Did not give the check-in process an excellent rating as we couldn’t enter the house at the regular, agreed upon time. The house had not been cleaned yet as property manager wasn’t expecting us. Cleaning staff came immediately and worked very hard to remedy situation.

We were able to walk onto the beach each morning to see the sun rise and watch the dolphins. Thank you for having all the kitchen supplies we needed beach towels, and beach toys. We had a great week.

Location Location Location! Beach right there, Clean, and well thought out amenities. I really appreciated having a bicycle to use during my stay.

Perfect location nice rental for a week vacation.

Condo was perfect for our family! Great location within a few steps to the beach, walking distance to good restaurants, and fishing from nearby pier. Condo was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. When we visit St. Augustine again, we will definitely try to stay here again.

The townhouse and area was perfect for our family. We walked to wonderful restaurants and the beautiful beach is at the end of the street (@ 5 houses down). The townhouse had everything you need and more. Very clean throughout with nice furnishings. The carpet has seen better days, but it is a pet friendly rental so that is understandable. My only feedback was I felt that two of the three mattresses need replacing. FYI- You will complete your booking with a local agency instead of directly with the owner. I recommend this property.

We were in town for an event, so didnt spend much time in the unit, but it was perfect for what we needed and we saved a bunch of money by staying here rather than the new Embassy Suites down the road (where most of the wedding guests stayed). The hosts were super friendly and helpful, picked up their phone when I had a question on the unit and even left a welcome bag for us with some snacks! Only walked over to the beach once, but the access is great without having to cross any roads or go to some other public access. Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was very nice and close to everything St. Augustine has to offer. We really enjoyed the bikes! The only 2 things that weren't right... the TV in an upstairs bedroom wasn't connected and the beach tent was broken :( those are very minor though, We highly recommend this rental :)

Perfect Location, steps from the sand, Publix was right down the road, beach shop across the street. The townhome was very clean and cozy. I would defiantly stay here again!!

This townhome was perfect for our family's fall break trip with dog. Steps from beach. Everyone had plenty of space. Nice and clean with all the amenities. We will rent this unit again!

We have found our vacation home. This duplex is the 5th house from the beach. It’s in a great location. You can walk (or ride one of the bikes that are provided) to many restaurants, stores, coffee shops or ice cream places. Also walking distance to the pier and sand volleyball courts. House is very spacious. Felt like home. We can’t wait to return.
