Vous serez heureux d'avoir réservé celui-ci au lieu d'un autre. La propriété est centralement située et proche de tout, nichée dans un quartier calme. 25 minutes de l'aéroport et du centre-ville de Salt Lake City, à 35 minutes de Park City et à 14 minutes du centre de conventions / expositions. Sur le banc est des monts Wasatch, à l'embouchure des canyons Big et Little Cottonwood, abritant les 4 meilleures stations de ski du pays. Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude. This property is outstanding in its location close to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude. Park City isn't too far either. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with a grocery store just around the corner. The property is extremely clean, well stocked and maintained. Garage is spacious with plenty of room for ski storage in between ski days. Dipping into the hot tub after a day of skiing was a welcome luxury. For two generations the separate bedrooms and living rooms on upstairs and downstairs worked perfectly.

Great place to stay as advertised. Pictures actually did justice to the place. Justin was very easily reachable. Very close to the mountains. Place was very comfortable and very relaxing post-skiing. Would def stay here again in the future

The house was super cute and perfect for our trip! 4 bedrooms with really comfortable beds. 2 great showers. Sadly, we were too tired from skiing to enjoy the great game room and all the options. The kitchen is stocked and ready to go. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We could not have dreamed up a better location for skiing 4 different resorts during our stay. This was a 3 generation family trip and the downstairs worked great for our teenagers to have their own space and upstairs we could get up early and have kitchen access without disturbing anyone. Beds are perfect comfy with 4 different pillow choices. Justin was spot on with his communication during our stay. Could not have gone better!

Best Place for Skiing Multiple SLC locations
We could not have dreamed up a better location for skiing 4 different resorts during our stay. Awesome family ski trip!
This is a great find- the location is perfect for skiing solitude/brighton/snowbird/alta. We had two families- 4 adults, 4 kids and had plenty of space. The bedding and showers are amazing. The owner is super helpful- shared updates on conditions and a few tips and tricks that helped make our vacation perfect. We will be back!

Great location, great amenities.
Loved our stay in Cottonwood Heights. Owner, Justin, was communicative and his home was a great fit for our family. The 20-somethings loved the game room, as would kids of all ages. Best of all, the slopes were a short drive up the canyon.

Wonderful home and experience
This is a fantastic place to stay and Justin is a wonderful host. The home is super clean and accommodating with a beautiful view of the mountains. We were greeted with a personalized note feeling welcome and at home. Justin was a super responsive and friendly host. The games and big back yard made it fun for our two boys and we were able to settle in with all the supplies and comforts of home to carry about our normal routine during an extended stay away during our own home remodel. I would highly recommend this home, particularly if you are visiting for a ski vacation...perfect location to enjoy both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons and not too far to also travel to Park City.

Perfect Once Again
Loved everything enough to re-book this property. Kitchen is a highlight as it is stocked with every standard utensil, pots and pan, which made cooking easy. Also a bonus that the pantry had standard items like sugar, cooking spray, olive oil and every spice you could think of. These are the little details that make staying a a VRBO property worth it.

Perfect House Especially for a Long Term Stay
This was the perfect house for the 3 weeks + that we stayed. We felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood close to everything! Justin did an excellent job communicating with us and we have already booked another stay. While our experience was long term, I would absolutely recommend this house to friends or family coming in for the ski season.

Great place to stay and close to a grocery store. We thought we were going to have 11 people but ended up having 9. Everyone had a place to sleep but if we would have had 11, Justin had extra sleeping pads. The beds were comfortable and the games were fun! Thanks Justin!

Nice house and perfect location.
This is a nice property with plenty of room. We had 8 adults in our group and never felt crowded. Location is great. Short drive to downtown Salt Lake City and many great tourist spots are within a short drive. Mountain view from the kitchen table, deck, and hot tub was excellent.

Spring break
My family of 5 visited Utah from Colorado to make us of our ikon pass. We stayed at Justin’s house so we could have access to Alta/snowbird and Brighton/solitude. It is a short drive up both cottonwood canyons to these resorts. The house is great- fully updated indoors. Convenient to the grocery store. Justin was very responsive to any questions I had. If you are serious about skiing all 4 mountains- this is a great place to stay.

Everything is new and excellent. House is unbelievably convenient to little and big Cottonwood Canyon resorts (snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton). skis on in less than 20 minutes. Fresh tracks are easy from this house. hot tub is great, kitchen and beds are excellent, all appliances, furniture and baths are brand new. game room is a blast; great setup for us (a few families on a ski vacation).

Our family of 4 stayed at this wonderful home for almost 2 weeks over the holidays. It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with beautiful surrounding mountain views. Upon entering the house, we especially appreciated the owner's thoughtfulness when we discovered delightful treats and a nice welcoming note awaiting us. :) This clean and spacious 2 story home was recently remodeled into a contemporary open layout. It is tastefully appointed with comfortable furniture and entertainment paraphernalia which made our stay quite comfortable and enjoyable. Grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently nearby (a few minutes drive). Access to the various ski resorts was quick and easy (about 20ish minutes drive to Snowbird and Alta). The owner, Justin, is extremely responsive, professional, and kind. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning. Thank you Justin for the wonderful hospitality and we can't wait to come back!!!
