Luxurious Home on "The Lakes"! Heated Pool & HOT TUB! Great Golf Course!
Belle maison sous le soleil de Glendale, en Arizona! Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans notre magnifique maison de 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bains et 2350 pieds carrés située sur les pittoresques lacs Arrowhead, prête pour votre plaisir! Accueillant un bain à remous invitant pour 5 personnes, une table de jeu de palets, une piscine privée chauffée et une vue magnifique, cette maison est nichée dans la belle communauté d'Arrowhead Lakes, à Glendale, en Arizona. À proximité des parcours de golf, du parc aquatique Wet N Wild, du stade AZ Cardinals, des terrains de base-ball d’entraînement de printemps et de l’excellent restaurant. Les avantages supplémentaires de la maison incluent deux kayaks à emporter sur le lac, WiFi, barbecue, Alexa Echo, Roku TV avec Netflix, Hulu et Sling en streaming (ESPN, TNT, FSAZ, NFL, etc.) fournis. Également des antennes de télévision avec toutes les chaînes locales (CBS, FOX, NBC, ABC ...).
Pour l'aménagement de la maison, il y a 3 chambres à l'étage et 1 chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Les chambres à l'étage ont un lit queen dans chacune et un lit king dans la chambre principale. La chambre du bas a 2 lits superposés (4 lits). Il y a un téléviseur LG à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et un téléviseur à écran plat Samsung de 65 pouces dans la chambre principale.
* Petit supplément pour chauffer la piscine de 200 $ par semaine. Nous gardons les frais peu élevés, simplement pour récupérer une partie des coûts de chauffage de la piscine. (Doit me prévenir 1 semaine à l'avance si vous optez pour une piscine chauffée, car il faut plusieurs jours pour chauffer)

We had a wonderful relaxing long weekend in the Arrowhead Lakes area. This home is beautiful, had everything we needed. We are returning in Jan and are really looking forward to it-more than ever now that we have stayed there. Thanks to our hosts! Mary

The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean, with everything you’d need for a great stay. It was lovely to look out on the water, and the kids loved the pool.

Our family feels so blessed to have the opportunity to stay here. The couple was amazing with answering any questions and concerns about our stay. We felt very at home in the house and enjoyed the awake hours as well as the asleep hours. The location is a perfect spot for so many adventures. We would recommend this home away from home to anyone at any age.

This is a beautiful home! Plenty of amenities and extras that made our stay easy. The beds were comfortable too! Even the pull out sofa bed was great. Lots of towels for the pool, pool toys, kayaks, fishing poles, toys for the kids, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, extra pillows, and lots of games made our stay feel like a home away from home. Communication with the property owner was always prompt as well. We were here with our cousins and their kids for a funeral and this place was just what we needed to make a difficult time better for everyone. Thank you!

We loved our stay! House was clean and had convenient amenities for all of us. Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sitting out on back patio playing scrabble game that was provided. Great place to enjoy spending time with family!

BEST property ever! We booked this place and from the second we checked in we were so happy that we found this place. Super clean, roomy, and tons of amenities. We had teenagers who loved fishing in the backyard. Our kids bonded over all the board games and videogames that the house provided. I was impressed by the "extras" it had like the Keurig pods and detergent and quality towels and washcloths. The beds were extremely comfortable and I'm very picky. The property was extremely clean and the welcome binder had all of the instructions that we needed, we didn't have to ask the owner for any questions, it was all so easy. We will book this place the next time. We all highly recommend. Parent and teenager approved. (we were in town for a baseball tournament)

We loved our stay. House was immaculate and had everything we needed. We were here for baseball and the proximity to everything was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery store/gas/restaurants all near by. We will be back for sure!

We just spent 14 days here with our 2 little kids. The house was very well suited for young kids (2 and 4). Retractable gates at the ends of the steps, gate around the pool, and bunk room made the house work well with the little. The backyard hang out area was primarily outside the gated pool so we were not cramped back there when relaxing and letting the kids run free. Jared was super friendly and accessible for communication. Would stay here again no problem if we come back to Glendale. House is also super close to stores and restaurants.

We had family coming in grandchildren from out of town and we had an amazing stay at the house. It's perfect for everybody in the family. Everything is organized and clean. The pool was amazing. The kids loved seeing the ducks come every morning

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house we clean and well stocked with product needed in the kitchen and around the house. There was a full gym in the garage which which was a bonus. Our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub along with the shuffleboard and arcade system. We would definitely stay here again if we visit glendale.

PERFECT
From the moment when we first arrived to when we left this property was everything and more. Jared (owner) met us and showed us the home and answered all of our questions, it was a late arrival for us that evening it was so kind and thoughtful for him to do that. The property was super clean and ready to go which put us in a situation to relax and enjoy. The home was super well stocked with any and everything that you will need from toiletries, games, condiments, ect ect. It was so great to go out on the patio and enjoy a hot tub in the early morning and have the great pool for the afternoon, what fun we had! If there was ever a place that we will come back to it is this home. A really big thank you from our family for sharing this wonderful property.

Beautiful house, great location!
We stayed for a week with our extended family (6 adults, 3 kids). The house was spacious, wonderfully decorated, in a great location and fit all of our needs. It felt like our home away from home. We would recommend this awesome home to any of our friends and family. I’m sure we’ll be back!

5 STAR VACATION HOME for large family+friends
Our family & friends had An absolute blast vacationing together. Home was equipped with all kitchen essentials, bedding was very comfortable, everything was clean and tasteful. Property owners were very quick to respond. We Loved watching the gorgeous sunsets from our private hot tub in the evening while kids played in pool; the views of the golf course are spectacular! We Can’t wait to book this getaway again in the springtime!
