Amazing property in every way. Incredibly clean and well organised. I was extremely happy with great wifi and an amazing pool straight outside the lounge room doors. Very private and only shared with one other apartment. The garden and pool area were highly maintained and all questions were answered about the property immediately. Super quiet apartment and easy parking. Great Cable Tv as well. An excellent property! It really was great value.

location and neighborhood is perfect for chilling. Studio is very well equipped and clean and its even nicer than the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful

It was one of the best places I used so far, away from home. Kids actually felt like home and enjoyed each and every moment. The landowner "Mr. Ramez" did not spare a sec to provide support and help when needed. I strongly recommend this place and I will for sure, use it again..

If you are planning to spend sometime outside and around the pool especially at night time, you need to be prepared in advance for Mosquitoes. A simple spray or a small device will help, but this is a know issue in most places especially in summer time.. It was not of a major issue anyhow....

Really nice apartment with pool. Very well kitted out in great quiet neighborhood near festival city. The check in process was quick and easy and every little detail had been thought about, so you could relax during your stay. We had the pool to ourselves, which was a bonus, although i think it can be shared with a neighbor upstairs. Really easy to get to other parts of New Cairo. We loved being close to nice cafes and shops, plus great activities for children at festival city. A welcome treat after staying in Giza, which is hustle city. Apartment can sleep 3 comfortably. Will defo use this place whenever I'm in Cairo.

I liked the location and the facilities

The structure is very nice and cozy, located in one of the best neighborhood of Cairo. The flat is provided with all the necessary and everything works pretty well. The external environment is very enjoyable and the pool outside is a blessing, considering Cairo's temperature. It's to be shared with another unit but we didn't have any problem (we mostly were alone). Bonus: the host is lovely, caring and always available. Me and my friends enjoyed our week there, I'd definitely chose it again.

it was clean and quite 15 minute drive near to the cairo featival mall and easy to find. i found all basic cooking necessities. wifi is great .

only cell service was week in basement but if you go to swimming pool the service is good

Wifi was terrible and no phone signal unless outside.
