Federico was very welcoming and provided great information about activities that can be done in the area. Room was well equipped and was tastefully furnished. The location cannot possibly be better.
Wifi - it was very difficult to deal with any work related emergencies due to the connection.

This place was amazing and definitely exceeded our expectations!
Federico is a kind and professional host and you can see he wants you to experience the real Chianti life surrounded by all the comfort of his B&b.
Our room was on the top floor and was huge! Had a very comfy bedroom, a big bathroom with a great shower plus a kitchen and sofas to relax on a rainy day. It also had a bathtub in front of the bed!
We were not lucky with the weather as rained most days but there are some wonderful and traditional restaurants and bars really close to the B&b, loads of great recommendations given by Federico helped us during our stay. Pienza is a wonderful city but we enjoyed even more thanks to this magical place.
Check in and check out were perfect, we can't wait to go back!
Minor thing that we already mentioned to Federico was the TV - probably our fault but we couldn't understand how to connect to the smart TV to watch Netflix

A warm and hospitable welcome from Federico. A great place in central location, the room is very well fitted out. Very clean. We only stayed one night, would have happily stayed more. A very nice breakfast was provided.
An issue with the shower not draining. It meant when showering I had to keep turning the water off to prevent a flood, which had apparently occurred before. It has been mentioned in a previous review and the problem still persists. Come on Federico - get it fixed

Omg! You just need to stay at this B&B! It was soooo comfortable, we wanted to stay there forever. ❤️ Communication was swift, the room and bathroom clean and extremely comfortable. There's also TV with Netflix which is perfect for rainy days like we had and air conditioning during the hot ones. Please, do yourself a favour and book it now. Trust me. ☺️

The appartient is nice and spacious and has a central location. The host, Frederico, is the real star. He speaks english, is extremely helpfull and service minded. When we arrived 2 hours before check-in, there was no problem getting the key, even though he had to drive from his home 5 min away. He gave us some recommendations for a late lunch both in Pienza and in Montepulciano and they were exquisite.

The host Federico was great. He went out of his way to help us as we were in Pienza for friend's wedding and we needed a couple of items and he helped a great deal. He also gave a lot of great reccomandations for places to see and restaurants/bars in Pienza.
The room itself was small but comfy, with a very nice bathroom, and very clean. Recommended.
The fridge was a little noisy, especially at night and the air conditioning was difficult to control and always coming out too cold (regardless of the temperature settings).

We sat in the kitchen (next door to our room) with our host and the breakfast and company were excellent. Sandra was kind and engaging, and offered help with finding information in town. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

Sandra was just great! She has a really beautiful apartment right in the middle of Pienza, which can easily be reached by foot when you park your car at the free parking spots right outside the city center. The communication was super comfy and the gave us many tips about restaurants, cafes and points of interest in the region. The breakfast she is preparing every morning was really delicious as well! We can definitely recommend this B&B at our fullest! Grazie mille Sandra!

We had the Suite.
It has really nice and new furniture, robust wooden floor everywhere, air conditioning and many lights. At night it was quiet.
Breakfast was good, our individual wishes could be fulfilled.
There was a corner with information about the town, the surrounding area, places to see etc which was quite helpful for us.
The Incanto is in the centre of Pienza, which is a really nice town to visit.
Very friendly and helpful hostess.

Located on one of the nicest streets in Pienza, the place is amazing. We stayed in the room nr 3, on the last floor and it was the perfect place to stay: a spa in the room, which we used, small place as a kitchen, TV with internet connection, great sofa to look over the window, overall, very romantic!
The host was very nice. We arrived a little earlier and we could do the check-in, Sandra was very welcoming.
The breakfast was nice and she could bring in the room in the morning.
I strongly recommend it for couples!
