Elisabetta and her husband were generous, warm and helpful. The B&B was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The room was large, had a fridge with cold water, a cozy feel and amazing breakfast. Elisabetta was helpful in making dinner suggestions, recommendations. The location was magical. Not grand, but beautiful and charming!!

Nothing could be better

Stayed here last year and liked everything about the place. Only slight problem was slow internet, so gave it a 9. This year Elisabetta remembered my review (!) and triumphantly pointed out that they are now on fibre which is indeed very good. So I have to give it a 10 this time! I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Pienza - good location, good facilities and pleasant hosts. Parking is in the public carpark nearby and cheap by Italian standards.

I have nothing negative to say about this property.

We are 75+ , so the 24 steps up and down to/from the room was a bit of a challenge.

The perfect location, comfortable, clean, charming helpful host Elisabetta and a rooftop terrace with amazing views where we enjoyed a superb breakfast.

Amazing accommodation in the centre of Pienza, with a great view from the room, very supportive host, great breakfast (with an even better view!), and close to nice restaurants.

The only downside is the lack of parking (we traveled there by car). The nearest free parking space is around 10 min walk.

The B&B is perfectly located, small and cosy (only 4 rooms) and the host Elisabetta is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Beautiful rooftop and really good breakfast with local specialities. Everything is really clean.

Everything was fantastic. Would go back in a heartbeat! Elisabetta was super accommodating and her and her husband made an incredible breakfast. Everything was really clean with a great bed and shower! To top everything off, amazing view from the terrace!

The property is in a perfect position in the heart of Pienza. Pretty roof terrace for breakfast. Delicious breakfast with home-cooked cakes and pastries. Elisabetta and her husband were friendly and helpful.

Very little to complain about. Wifi is a bit slow by modern standards but usable.

Elisabetta and her husband were lovely hosts and looked after us during our stay at their BnB in the heart of Pienza. We enjoyed the morning breakfasts on the terrace and their recommendations for local attractions and restaurants were great. The accommodation is also great and very central for visiting nearby towns as well. We’d recommend this accommodation and would love to visit again in the future.

Host Elizabeth was charming and very helpful and accommodating and made an extra effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooftop area is amazing. Location is great. Breakfasts were great.

Minor complaint, but not a lot of storage space in room for clothes. But loved the room besides that.

We stayed one night, it’s such a lovely B&B, a favourite of our time in Italy. We particularly enjoyed the terrace with amazing views and the breakfast was delicious. It was extremely clean and well looked after and the host was so genuine and kind. We had everything we needed and wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely, kind, and generous hosts, who were so helpful and flexible with our check-in and other requests. Beautiful room with rooftop views and very comfortable amenities. We especially enjoyed the delicious, homemade breakfast served on the stunning rooftop terrace!

Breakfast was excllent - lots of food. Loved the roof terrace for breakfast. The owner went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. Great location right in the middle of old town. Air conditioning, good shower.

Fabulous breakfast on the terase with amazing view

This is great B&B in center of Pienza. Room is beautifully decorated and very clean. A great bonus is terrace where we had delicious breakfast (yummy homemade cakes, local cheeses, prosciutto and other delicatesse). Owners were so welcoming and helped us with advice on parking, good places to eat... At the end we were so sorry we could not stay in this beautiful B&B longer.

Staying at La Bellavita in Pienza was my Tuscan dream come true. The B&B is really nice and clean, serves a delicious breakfast on an amazing roof terrace, and is located in a very romantic little square. But what matters most of all is that it is run by a "super host", a very nice lady, kind, warm and genuinely guest-oriented. She gave us excellent advice about the area and even arranged a winery visit for us (which I would recommend if you are interested in Montalcino DOCG wine). Everything seemed like a fairy-tale! I am looking forward to returning to Pienza and the breath-taking Val d'Orcia.

Everything was perfect from start till finish. Very helpful and nice hosts. That man can sure bake some great cakes! We got an upgrade because of a cancelation as well. Breakfast was really good and full of fresh ingredients and those amazing cakes! Perfect b&b in the most perfect town and environment. We will be back here for sure and thank you so much for making us feel at home!

The room was beautiful, but the terras and the hospitality of the owners were absolute superb. We planned to go by bus, but unfortunately we stranded in Siena. The owner offered us a ride to Pienza. Topclass hospitality. Besides that, the breakfast was delicious and homemade by one of the owners.
