Réveillez-vous et profitez d'une vue panoramique complète sur la rivière, profitez de toutes les activités nautiques, de la faune et des célèbres couchers de soleil de l'Arizona. Avec beaucoup de randonnées locales, de sentiers désertiques et d'endroits à explorer, nous espérons que vous apprécierez notre petite escapade confortable. Compte tenu de certains animaux de compagnie avec caution, veuillez me contacter si vous envisagez d'amener votre animal de compagnie pendant votre séjour. La zone de l'autre côté de la rue n'est pas développée et possède des zones de marche en terre et en sentier pour les animaux de compagnie. Seulement quelques maisons en bas de la rampe principale pour que les animaux y pénètrent et lancent facilement des embarcations. Beaucoup de stationnement supplémentaire disponible de l'autre côté de la rue et de la place pour les remorques de motomarines, l'allée s'adapte facilement à 3 véhicules et 2 sur la zone supérieure. We had a fabulous time together as family celebrating Christmas. Thank you Kim for your promptness in communication and replies. I communicated a few cleanliness issues, however, he has already addressed this and made changes to improve that. When we had a concern w tv not working, he sent his handyman within a short amount of time which was appreciated. Again, we were grateful spend our time his property. We all loved being on the water and beautiful view.

This beautiful home is in an ideal location. It is a river front property with a dock to secure your watercraft and umbrellas to provide shade. There is plenty of parking and the boat ramp is just a few houses away.
We enjoyed how clean, comfortable, and spacious this house is. It has top of the line air conditioning, televisions in all rooms, and is dog friendly. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s a barbecue to use too.
Also, the promptness, professionalism, and thoughtfulness of the property managers, Jim and Amanda, added to our amazing family vacation. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Best views of the water
Would definitely stay here again. House had great views of the water from living room and kitchen/dining room. Great dock out front was able to have 2 boats tied up too. Lots of parking close to launch ramp. We loved our stay can’t wait till next time

Great Vacation Home
Perfect vacation home with an amazing dock and view of the Colorado river. Top notch location and plenty of parking. Steps from public boat ramp, five minutes from grocery stores, Walmart etc….

We had 7 Jeeps and all fit in the parking spot. Lots of room across the street, where we could see, for the trucks and trailers.
Great communication! We basically used it for the parking space. We couldn’t find anywhere that we could put 7 Jeeps and be able to make sure no one messed with them. We will defiantly come back and stay again.
Even though we didn’t come to use the lake, it was nice to sit on the water for lunch. Very peaceful.

Our stay here was pleasant. The home is very nice. The cleanliness could use some professional attention. Most of the cushions were not clean and stained/torn. The refrigerator needed attention as well. Some rooms have cobwebs and dust on the ceiling fans. These are just small factors that could be easily fixed by professional cleaning. Otherwise, this home is perfect for large family gatherings. We had a great stay and we all enjoyed ourselves.

The property was amazing. It’s a perfect place for a guys weekend or family time. The kitchen was very well stocked, house very clean and well organized. Parking was not an issue. The boat ramp was nice and close too. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and all 4 of us said we’d be back with our wives and children. Thank you for sharing your home.

The property was amazing. It’s a perfect place for a guys weekend or family time. The kitchen was very well stocked, house very clean and well organized. Parking was not an issue. Unbeatable views! Sunrise out front, sunsets off the deck!! Best Picts! Could use a little love in cleaning department. Kitchen drawers needed attention. Only complaint and feel bad about even mentioning that!! Home is inviting, best for entertaining and location is unbeatable. Home owner is easiest to deal with. So flexible with our mishaps. We’d love love to rent again!!

River Fun
This was our 2nd trip to this river house. We love the location on the water, with the ease of pulling a boat up to the dock. The 4 bedrooms accommodate our families with plenty of space. We enjoyed playing cornhole. A fire-pit would be a nice addition.

What a beautiful home. Perfect for large crowds. Child or adult, there is something for everyone to enjoy here. The homeowners are relaxed, understanding and accommodating! This truly is the best location on the Colorado river!

River Rats Dream House
04/23/19-04/29/19 Our first stay at the Leek House and it was fantastic. Getting to know the owner Jim Leek made our stay even better. So much care and love put into the house’s Decor. The house is awesome and set up so you have a panoramic view of the River from Living Rm, Dining Rm and 2 great decks. Location is perfect for boating, swimming and fishing, Access to stores, gas and Nice Casino with great food 5min Away. Lots of parking and local boat launching ramp. You couldn’t ask for more. The Parker Strip brought back so many great memories of the years we spent there most of our lives. Was so hard to leave after the perfect vacation and we will be returning every year. Thanks Jim for sharing your home. ☮️

Great Location With Everything We Needed For A Fun Weekend At The River
Just returned from our 3 day weekend at Jim's house and it was everything we wanted it to be. The house comfortably accommodated our crew of 10 plus 2 dogs and after the initial grocery run we were able to park the cars until Sunday night and spend the rest of the time on the water. There was plenty of dock space for our boat and jetskis and the patio was a great place to spend the evening BBQ'ing and watching the sunset over the river. Jim was quick to respond to my questions and the house was clean and nicely setup for our arrival, covering two key points that are a pain at most vacation rentals - providing enough towels for a large group, and maintaining a working kitchen with spices/condiments, paper towels, etc. TL;DR - We had a great time and would stay here again.
