The whole place is absolutely beautiful! Breakfast was nice, very cool to see some wild monkeys, even though they did steal some food, the staff would always try to chase them off and replace missing food! Overall pleasant stay here.

I didn’t like the amount of sand in the rooms (my own issue with sand though as the hotel was a beach hotel). The noise is also no joke! I thought the other reviews were being OTT but wowwww it’s like you’re in a nightclub until 3am every night, understand this cannot be helped due to the very loud beach club along the beach :( the ear plugs really did help to drown it out though !

Sand in the walkway will always find its way into your room. The room was a lot smaller than the photos made it out to be. The room is made of bamboo and it’s incredible to see however in no way sound proof or practical. There was gaps in the ceiling in the bathroom and noise wise it was extremely loud. We were pre-warned by the hotel of the noise however we didn’t expect for it to be as loud as it was.

Great location, walking distance to the centre. Amazing pool and beach huts. Breakfast was good, the usual buffet with an egg station. They transported all of our luggage from the pier and back to the pier when leaving so we never had to lift a finger.

The music is noisy but we were pre warned of this. We actually found the noise of other guests staying near us to be more irritating. You can hear everything, including people talking in the huts around you. We were unlucky on the last night to have people still up at 3am.

the breakfast was amazing, the room was great and it was very close to the city center and the beach

the only thing is the noize from the parties

The individual cabins were lovely, the cleaning staff were great and the beds were very comfortable

The staff were not very friendly and in particular the bar staff took a lot of time to serve - so much so guests made it a joke when they were waiting to be served . The worst part is you are not told about the really loud music that goes on until 0330 each night until AFTER you book

The location was good, room was great and bamboo beach huts unique. We spent a few days here on our honeymoon.

The main thing that spoilt it for us was the extremely loud disco music from nearby beach bars and clubs. We complained but were told they can’t do anything about it and police do nothing. It has put us off returning to Phi Phi Don. It goes on until the early hours every night. They supply ear plugs which don’t work that well.

Huts are quite small and cramped. Staff could be friendlier. The thumping music from the nearby nightclubs is super loud, music goes from 9pm-3am.

Location and the hotel were outstanding

The music from the nightclub was unbelievably loud it went on untill 4 o’clock in the morning so if your looking for a good nights sleep definitely not going to get one here!

Great location, and cute bungalow style accommodation .

Unfortunately pool bar was lacking atmosphere , no music and bar tender was unapproachable seems he didn’t want to be there . And the saddest thing for me was the beach out the front is covered in plastic old mattresses bags straws all the way up the beach as far as I can see and just mountains of rubbish no care from anyone ,so sad to see such a beautiful place covered in rubbish. Beach out the front of resort is not swimmable so very sad . We went to the front side of Island to swim. Please cleanup rubbish work together as a team to clean beach area , please educate yourself on water Pollution is doing to the waterways around phi phi islands . 

Good food, great pool and location

Noise from beach parties at night was very invasive. This noise happens every night and detracts from the otherwise great hotel. The hotel should declare this issue as it goes on to 3am every night. I would have not booked the hotel if I had known of this issue.

Cute bamboo units offering a exclusive beachfront holiday. Eco friendly property. Beautiful beachfront pool. The restaurant is fantastic. Visited twice and both times loved it. Leaning to more high end which is rear to find on Phi Phi. Away from craziness but close enough to walk into town if you please.

Location was great. The rooms were also adorable. You can stay by the pool area rooms (#100’s) to have the view of the ocean. Just know you will have a bit more noise than other rooms in the property. The staff was great.

The property did advise us there was going to be loud noises from music and parties during night time. They provided some ear plugs as well. The music is quite loud so if you can deal with it, cool. We were tired so got over it but it is something to know. Also some areas of the place has a mild smell but I think that goes for the entire island. Again nothing to major but something to note. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Even though the cabins are cute, they are very compact with not much room and all so close to each other you can hear people in their cabins. Nothing to do with resort BUT the noise from across the island at night is horrendous. Non stop extremely loud doof doof from 8pm until 230am.

the location, 10 mins walk from the Center. the beauty of the resort, it feels like you’re in a jungle

no slippers… No good recommendations from hotel in terms of boat tours…..

the rooms are ok place is clean and breakfast also good. also the pool is really nice and u have nice beach u can take boat (kano) 10 min near .

well everything is just great beside the noise at night . u can ear the load music every night ( even though its 1 km on the beach). when we asked they moved us to another far room but still it was noisy.

The place is nice. The room is a bit small.    and there is a disco club around so we won't  be sleeping  till after 3 AM .
