Bienvenue dans notre maison de rêve sur le lac Keowee! Nous l'avons construit en 2017 et continuons à le mettre à niveau et à l'améliorer depuis lors. Aucune dépense épargnée, cette maison est magnifique! La maison est située dans une petite communauté fermée isolée et privée sur la partie sud du lac Keowee. La propriété offre une vue à 180 degrés sur le lac depuis presque toutes les pièces de la maison. À gauche de la maison se trouve une belle crique de sable bordée de deux îles inhabitées qui s'étendent sur ½ mile reliées par deux bancs de sable. Directement en face de la maison et à droite, 300 pieds d'accès privé au bord de l'eau rivalisent avec un grand quai pour bateaux. Alors que le quartier offre un cadre privé et calme, la maison est pratique pour tous les grands restaurants et activités de Seneca et de Clemson,

La maison se compose de deux salles familiales surdimensionnées. La chambre Lodge au niveau principal, a des plafonds de 23 pieds, une belle pierre du sol au plafond, foyer au gaz. La salle familiale de niveau inférieur est aménagée en zone de divertissement et dispose d'un billard, d'une télévision de 70 pouces et d'une cuisine complète.
Il y a deux porches au niveau principal et deux au niveau inférieur. Les deux porches plus grands sont pour se détendre et profiter de la vue sur le lac. Chacun de ces porches a importé des carreaux italiens et de grands foyers à bois personnalisés de 50 pouces. Les deux autres porches sont à l'extrémité opposée de la maison, dont un pour les repas et les grillades.
L'arrière de la maison est à seulement 50 pieds de l'eau et offre une pente facile vers la cour arrière plate qui a 3000 pieds carrés d'espaces de loisirs paysagers, y compris un foyer et des sièges à l'extérieur.

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as fabulous as the first time! Fran is always available and very responsive to address any questions. Their property has everything you can dream of from a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, plenty of porch space to gorgeous outdoor spaces. We traveled with a wide age group from 15 months to 87. Most of our group never left the property. Three of us left for my daughter’s Clemson graduation which was a nice 30 minute drive. It was a wonderful place for us to gather to celebrate our daughter, Grayson, and also our mom and aunt for an early Mother’s Day. After returning home, I received a message from Fran that her cleaners had located an iPad which ended up being my 87yo aunts. She was kind enough to mail it back to us. We will return for a 3rd stay sooner rather than later. Thank you Fran for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

This beautiful, well-designed and manicured lake house was perfect for 3 families of 4 and our father. It is spacious with a gorgeous porch and view of the lake. The host was very quick to answer with a question when we first arrived.

This house is JUST PERFECT for our group. We are 6 couples coming back for a weekend at the lake and a Clemson game and this house has everything we need to cook, relax, enjoy the view and play. We will be back every year.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the location on the lake is perfect - you are on big water, but there are sandbars so you avoid boat traffic. We had 4 families so each couple had a king bed, and 2 rooms for the kids. It was perfect. House was super clean and kitchen was well stocked.
We had one family that wanted to use the sauna and the owners were very quick to respond to our request.
My only suggestion is that, for a house of this caliber, I would have expected a box of tissues in each bathroom along with a starter bar of soap.
We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this lovely house! There was so much space to spread out with all the wonderful porches and two separate living rooms. We enjoyed the lake and all the fun lake toys too. The house was very convenient for us to attend the Clemson game as well. Looking forward to renting again!

We had a family with 3 generations (8 adults and 5 children under the age of 7) at the house for a week and had a wonderful time. The layout of the house is perfect for a group our size and everyone had their own space to retreat to, while still having large gathering spaces for everyone to be together. We especially loved the screened-in porches!

We LOVED this house!! We had four adult couples getting together for a family get together and the layout allowed plenty of personal space plus loads of options (dining tables, kitchen, porches, living room, fire pit) for bringing everyone together. The place was clean and well-appointed. The neighborhood/cove are quiet; the views are great; the kayaks/paddle boards were a nice benefit; and the binder of local info was very helpful as newbies to the lake.
Thank you to the hosts!!! Wish we could have stayed longer but we all left with the intent of making our stay at this particular house a regular thing.

This home had everything … the best lake views, wonderful porches, well appointed rooms (all updated), two docks, fire pit, paddleboards and kayaks. We enjoyed our week and will definitely be back. Easter weekend retreat
Property was amazing and wonderful. Had lots of amenities, loved the spices available, all TVs worked well, nothing broken and nicely kept. Kitchen pretty much stocked with anything you would need, so our stay was amazing.
Only recommendation to make stay a little easier and this is picky, we don't always pack shampoo and soap as most of the VRBO properties we stay in supply samples. This is a lake property so I suspect many renters drive there but since we were flying and we carry on it is harder to pack anything over 4oz. Just would be a nice convenience since property is not close to any local store to get simple supplies. Overall a wonderful stay!

Oh my goodness what a perfect place for our family! The house is so well designed with an absolutely perfect floor plan! We all loves the modern clean lines, look and feel! Family time!
What an amazing home! The location is about a halfway meeting point for us and family in Florida. We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children (ages 3-10) and certainly had plenty of room to spread out. Almost every part of the home has amazing views of the lake. Absolutely love all of the porch room, the swing and the fireplaces. The kitchen is well stocked and has high-end appliances. We rented a boat to explore the lake and had an easy time docking. Absolutely had an amazing time. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Birthday getaway
My family and I enjoyed 4 days at this beautiful lake house. Living on the coast of South Carolina we have our fair share of beautiful sights but our morning views over the lake were absolutely gorgeous. We have rented many homes on Keowee over the years but have never received such a thorough orientation with all of the suggestions of where to buy food, where to grab lunch and where to hike. Our group consisted of an age range from 85 to 1. We try to gather each year to celebrate our mom’s birthday. She loves having her 2 daughters and their spouses along with her 5 granddaughters and their significant others and her great grandson under one roof for a few days. This house allowed for plenty of togetherness with the great outdoor spaces and then enough private spaces for each family to have quiet time. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us and allowing us to create many memories!

The pictures don’t do it justice. Came down with family for a Clemson game and to relax with family. We wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy all the amenities. It was a little farther from the school but worth the drive.

Luxury Living on the Lake
Stunning home in every detail! Owners have exquisite taste in lot, style of home, landscaping, home layout, fixtures, lighting, furniture, dock, kitchen wares, etc, etc.! This is a true dream home on Lake Keowee. This beautiful home sits on a very quiet park of the lake and the views from every room are fabulous - landscaping and dock are amazing. This house is tastefully appointed and luxurious but incredibly comfortable surroundings throughout make it extra special. Too much to name - but clearly they thought about every inch and it shows.
Loved the furniture, towels, linens, etc. - house was pristine, everything spotless!

We loved our stay. Have been renting on lake keowee for 10 years. This was our favorite home. Home is in excellent condition. Lots of cooking supplies which we enjoyed. We prefer the north side of the lake so the location was the only down side for us.

2. Beautifully decorated
3. Full functional kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. It had everything we needed to cook hearty meals as a family
4. Quiet and cozy cove - allowing the kids to feel safe at swimming. Almost felt like our own private lake area. Water is so clean and clear (absolutely gorgeous)

Amazing Family Vacation!
This home is beautiful! It was the perfect setting for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were so comfortable! The home was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. The views of the lake were stunning! We loved enjoying coffee on one of the relaxing patios while watching sunrise. Can’t Wait To Return!
This property is absolutely amazing. We went during off season so it was very quiet on the lake, a little chilly and with some rain. We so enjoyed using the kayaks, nearby waterfall hikes, and cozying up inside by the fireplace on rainy afternoons. We had three families in total and never felt crowded - the home is perfect for spreading out and giving everyone their space, with a big beautiful communal kitchen and dining area where we could all cook and enjoy evenings together. Every one of us said that we would do the exact same trip again and hope to one summer!

Wonderful property
This was our first visit to Lake Keowee. We could not have chosen a nicer home to spend Thanksgiving week. Very spacious, well equipped and a house that was so well designed . My husband is in construction and was so impressed with all quality of the property. The rest of us just loved the pool table, fishing off of the docks and the fire pit. Fran was so easy to contact and helpful. We just can’t say enough about this home. Anxious to return.
