The condo is very spacious and has nice screened balcony for our little one to enjoy. The lake walk is very pleasant and our property manager responded quickly. The only downside is the long checkin process.

We enjoyed our trip/ our room so much! It's in a great location close to the pool and water park. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I would suggest is getting oven mittens along with pans we went to cook something and there were none. Other than that it was great!! Can't wait to come back ☺️

Everyone we encountered at this spacious property was friendly and helpful. It was great having several pools, a water park, and other entertainment options.

Floors were filthy, didn’t get a room above the first floor, lack of kitchen utensils, pans, etc. Lightbulbs were out and. Or replaced as well as the air conditioner not working and wasting 6 hours waiting for someone to fix it.

Very nice property located close to Sea World and convention center, also located between Universal and Disney. Several pool options at resort. Nice security and very clean. Did not feel pressure to comit to ownership.

Overall the resort was nice, but a couple of things should be addressed. The first is the WIFI is terrible. you have to sit outside your rooms to get some sort of connection. The pool areas stay open until 11pm but people don't go by the rules. Loud music and people are out way past the 11pm times, it was almost 12am by the time people left.

Property was as described in the listing. Property was clean and tidy, no issues at all. Only thing for me was there is no kettle. There was a coffee machine but for hot water for a cup of tea, we had to use a saucepan on the hob (this didn't change our views on the Property though). We would definitely return here again.

We read reviews from Vrbo but also offsite and the Reviews were HORRIBLE. We were scared to check in. Upon check in, we had issues with the wrong room type given. We had to wait 40 mins to get a new reservation at 1030 at night. Luckily I was able to reach someone. Reviews said rooms were dirty, I begged front desk to put us in a room with no issues. We had no issues other than minor cleanliness-hairs on floor, cobwebs, some deep cleaning is definitely necessary but not too bad. Overall we enjoyed out stayed and actually wanted to stay longer, but I didn't get a reply from manager.

I’m super picky about my sleep and the beds were great! Plenty of space for the 4 adults. It was clean. Fairly easy check in process. It was very crowded in the lobby but still went smoothly. No problems getting Uber eats delivered one of the nights. No complaints at all! It was close to idrive and attractions without having to deal with Orlando traffic. We wild stay here again!

Stayed up this and similar properties on the complex for a number of years. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

The resort was nice though some parts were flooded from Ian and at check in they failed to tell me that and I walked forever to go check out stuff I couldn’t even get to but luckily they got a shuttle to drive us all back. The room was big and comfortable. The view was amazing we actually could see one of the parks firework shows from our balcony every night. The tv in the living room would sometimes go black but still have sound. The kitchen wasn’t very clean I think honestly the cleaning lady forgot to finish cleaning it cause you could see where she had put cleaner in the stove top and just forgot to wipe it down so it was all white and pasty. Also, the master bedroom light would randomly turn on and I kept having to wake up in the middle of the night and turn it back off. Also only two of the jets worked in the bathtub which was disappointing. Oh and parking was awful. If you got there early enough you could park but if you went out to dinner and came back there was no parking. I had to park like two buildings over and walk all the way to my building. Also everything closes so early in there little shops and stuff I traveled with a group of adults so that was kind of disappointing that if we wanted to go out and explore at night we had to leave the resort and come back to no parking. There ice cream shop closes at 3 so don’t expect a nice night time dessert. Also the check in desk didn’t give me hardly any information but I believe it’s because they wanted me to do the tour thing to try and get me to sign up for a time share but since I was there for work I wouldn’t have time so they just rushed me off and went to the next person. The water park you have to pay for which they didn’t tell me any of that at check in. Honestly though despite all that I would stay here again lol it was a comfortable room and the pillows were great.

The room it self is awesome it has everything you need, great views from all around, the amenities it offers is great. The resort it self is pretty good it has nice pools and water parks and every night they have events

I went to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday. I have a Disney pass but this place offered so much on site he didn’t even want to leave to go to Disney. Will def be staying here anytime I am in Orlando

Response was fast. The condo was clean and overlooked the Waterpark. The family loved it ! So much to do and the checking process was better than the Ritz ! Thank you for a wonderful vacation !

Family week getaway at Westgate was overall great! There was a slight hiccup at check in, and property manager efficiently handled it. Property had useful amenities. The arcade/bowling/ convenience store were definitely used. Plenty of pools to checkout in the property. The water park in the property did require a separate fee, but worth it. Located near everything! Location Location Location. We visited the parks for the family + night life for the adults. The room had a few spots that could be cleaner, I just have an eye for that kind of stuff, but it was clean. Loose drawer handles, wiggly doorknobs for bedrooms. Nothing that negatively impacted the experience. The staff was great.

We were extremely pleased with the spaciousness of the unit. We are planning on returning to the resort on a regular basis. The screened in balcony was covered in black dust that we only realized after tracking it through the unit. The parking is very limited later in the evening. The traffic both vehicle, golf carts, and pedestrian does require you allow a little more time.

Overall our experience was really good with the property we would say again The only really hiccup that we had was when we got to our condo it was 78° I sent a text messages like we were asked to do if we had any problems and we were told that maintenance will come right away that was at 5 o’clock well come midnight we were ready for bed nobody had shown up yet so I sent a text message to see if anybody was coming because we had trouble for two days to get there and I got zero response the next morning when we got up our condo was 71 so I thought maybe that they fixed it around 10 o’clock it started to climb to around 80 so I sent another text message and I was told somebody would be there . Nobody arrived and we went shopping later on that day I actually sent another message over and said hey what is the status and I was told about 5 o’clock that they could move us to another location however another girl who was on our gymnastics team and her family had specifically requested if they could be in the same building as I saw girls could be together so we decided to go ahead and just staying in the building and we had some things that we brought with us that we utilize as well as the ceiling fans. Other than that that was our only hiccup I’m assuming by now that it’s probably been corrected at the heat of the day we just got the curtains old if we were not there and I did help out and in the morning it would be around 71 so I think it was trying to work a little bit

The booking was easy, communication was great property is clean and as advertised. Very happy.

Fantastic location.... NEVER had to get on I-4 to get to eith Universal or Disney. Close to everything and a ton of amenities. We had a great family trip!! Will be booking again!

If looking for somewhere next to universal, it is hard to beat. The pools are great and extras. As well as the staff. A few things were a little under explained and the water park looked a little underwhelming, but everything else was pretty good. Recommended.

The check in process was horrible. They couldn't find me in their system. After over an hour, they finally did. Door handles were falling off in the room. Missing several pieces of standard kitchen ware. The whole place seems in need of updating. The lazy river (which is touted online) is not included. You have to pay extra to use that.

I had a quick two night stay. I took my two teenage girls to Disney. The space was perfect for us.

This room is absolutely beautiful. It is a 2/2 with the garden tub seen online. The rooms are really large. The kitchen and separate eating area is also very nice. The view of the lake is gorgeous and relaxing. I was so impressed with this specific condo

I truly enjoyed a weekend getaway with friends. We played cards and watched movies. The weather wasn’t horrible, but not quite good enough for pool and spa. Had a great time.

This property does not have near enough parking for the number of units. If you come back after dinner, the lot is full. There is a parking garage at the front of the resort, but then you are walking in the dark back to your unit anywhere from 1/4 mile to a mile depending on where you are on the resort. Other than the lack of parking, the units were well maintained and very clean, the staff is friendly and the security is good.
