I enjoy staying here I have been here 2x this year already. This is where I would rather stay with my family. They have different things to do on the resort that you don’t need to worry about having a nice vacation or leaving off the resort.

The villa was beautiful, and very spacious. Will definitely stay again if we go back.

This property at the Westgate Lakes Resort in Orlando could be best characterized as “fine”. The master suite was comfortable with a king size bed, massive whirlpool tub, and a large shower. The second bedroom included two full beds and it’s own bathroom with large shower. All beds were clean and comfortable with adequate bedding and extra blankets/sheets if needed. However, the secondary bedroom was not at all as pictured in this listing. The remaining spaces (living room and kitchen) were serviceable but it was evident the appliances, cookware, and couches were original to this property and could use a refresh in the immediate future. I would’ve liked to have had a more robust assortment of kitchen goods (namely a cookie sheet and pizza wheel since we had pizza one evening) and I don’t feel like the dishwasher got a lot of dishes “clean”. My trip centered around multiple days at Universal Studios with family so we didn’t spend a ton of time at the resort in the room. That being the case, I would categorize the property as “fine”. I would advise future guests to read the fine print of the listing and any info from Westgate regarding wi-fi access fees, on-site water park access fees, etc. While those oversights were on my part, it was still an annoyance to discover additional fees and charges for amenities that are typically included with a rental. I enjoyed my trip but I will not be staying at this resort again.

The condo was great. It had plenty of space, a nice balcony, and was just as the pictures show.

Beautiful view, but there was no free internet and no coffee makers w/free coffee in the rooms. Fortunately, I had brought my own. Overall, we had a great stay.

Definitely disliked the sales pressure.

I would go back there again. This is one of the better vrbo that I have used. We were there with 2 other couples, and we were all pleased with the property. No problems whatsoever.

Nice location, nice layout, enjoy the place..I would stay again. But there's maintenance that needs to be done everywhere in the resort. Staff are working everyday.

We had a great family vacation

This was an excellent location for our weekend stay. Very close to Disney World.

Unit was clean, roomy and well stocked with essentials. Check in was easy. Very nice market place area with arcade, bar restaurant, and fire pit area. Would visit again.

According to property, VRBO gave them the wrong dates for registration so the property disconnected our access to our rooms until we were able to prove our reservation dates were as booked. Thankfully, the room was not booked for the night in question or all our belongings would have been removed from the property. Even after we proved our reservation, no one apologized for the error.

We stayed 8 nights. Our two bedroom condo was spacious and very quiet, and resort staff were also very friendly throughout our stay, and quick response to our room when we dialed 0 for support, such as quickly bringing a new toaster and an extra frying pan (no toaster & just 1 pan in the unit when we arrived), which is primary for a 4 star rating. Check in was horrible as I stood in a long line for 45 minutes before getting our room keys. Wifi was bad as well. They only allowed 3 devices which you pay for ($40/week) and I constantly had to go to select to connect to the wifi everytime I used my phone. The resort provided free wifi if you went thru an on-line process and signed up to their loyalty program which I also did, but again only allowed for 3 devices. Given we had Iphones/tablets/laptop we needed 6 devices so had to use both. Also since we stayed 8 days they both stopped working after 7 days....The resort & owner stated they had discounts to area theme parks (excluding Disney) but the only way to get them was to sit thru a timeshare presentation which I had absolutely zero interest in doing! We ended up buying our tickets directly from all the parks on-line for a better cost, and should have done it a couple months in advance for better prices (I should have researched better to know Westgate pushs a ton of timeshare customers via discounted Seaworld/Universal ticket offers - golf carts constantly driving by filled with potential timeshare customers - thankfully they did not push it at all on us while we were there). Thankfully we also had a ground floor unit as we heard elevators were slow.

Close to Job site, convenient to shopping, great communication with Property Manager.

We came to Orlando for the coin show. Check in was efficient and a very pleasant experience. The suite was amazing and well furnished. Perfect location directly adjacent to shops and parking. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Orlando.

We had to move out and find a room on 2nd night after being at Disney all day. Kids and elderly parents were horrified and exhausted. Spent half of vacation trying to catch up on sleep. Only offer was another unit in same place. (Bedbugs and roaches) at 10pm. Awful experience

Came to do the Disney Experience for my 76 th Birthday… This was a great place to stay. Near some real good Vegan restaurants. Every person I interacted had a smile and the correct answers. Oh, the little tiki bar by our pool makes some killer Lemonade Margaritas. Definitely coming back!

Great location

Halls, walls and elevators were really dirty. No luggage cart at elevator locations as promised. The rooms smell like a nursing home. The restaurant is horrible and also had a strange odor . charging $5 for gym access is just wrong.

This is a great property. Very well kept. I will definitely be staying here again and the property manager was very helpful. There was a mixup with the dates and he stopped what he was doing to get us taking care of. I can’t say more than I would highly recommend him.

The kitchen was poorly maintained. The dishwasher did not work, the garbage disposal did not work, the bathroom sink was clogged. The unit did not feel clean.

We were planning to evacuate from Tampa during hurricane Ian. The moment the storm took a turn towards this property & we would be safer in Tampa I reached out to the owner to let them know we were no longer coming & asked for a partial refund. The owner declined & insisted it’s safe. Not only were we traveling with my 96 year old grandmother who has heart conditions, but we did not feel safe at all. Nor did we feel confident no damage would be done to our vehicles. I understand the cancel policy, but this was completely out of our hands & we expected some leniency or even just a partial refund. We booked late the night before so it’s not as if people were likely to occupy if we hadn’t booked.

The property is dated, but the furnishings seem current. An effort has been made to keep the condo up to date. Walls are thin, and I heard other tenants in the parking lot late and the garage truck very early. My co-worker slept in the master bedroom and heard none of this and slept well.

We were a group of 4 guys, worked out perfectly for accommodating us. We went to Universal Studios for Halloween Horror Nights so location was great

Absolutely stunning rooms, spacious and modern. Beautiful grounds with tons of activities for kids or adults. Private hotshot, can’t go wrong.

Everything was perfect

Dealing with Jake was good however, it seemed that once we were checked in, the friendliness of the staff went away. We actually wanted to check this particular resort out as a potential yearly situation but unsure we will return as a result of the staff. Otherwise, the room was pretty accurately described. Could have been a bit cleaner as there was hair on the floor of the bathroom and a q tip found on the floor when we first got there. The resort was very close to everything that we had planned.

First day we had a repairman interrupt our stay 3 different times for a leaky air conditioner. Broken closet door which they fixed right away. Refrigerator that was not working. Had a repair person 2xs before they switched after several hours so had to throw out $100 worth of food! Manager never returned call . Washing machine did not rinse at all . Other than that , the view was good!
