We were there to compete in the Ripcurls Nationals. The location is perfect, right between Tofino and Cox bay, everything is at a 5min drive or 15min walk. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Seas the Day. The location is very close to chesterman, with a trail through the forest just down the road. The place itself is well equipped. The living area is cozy with the gas fireplace and comfy couches. Beds were comfortable. Look forward to coming back!

The owner was verbally abusive to us when we pointed out that he had construction work ongoing but never disclosed that in the listing. When my wife stated that it was hard to enjoy a vacation property when there was noisy work going on, the owner blew up and stated that construction work was a fact of life and that there were plenty of worse things in the world, such as firefighters dying while battling forest fires, wars in the rest of the world, etc.. When my wife remonstrated and said that he should provide notice of his construction work to potential renters, he escalated his blow up by saying that we were not most miserable people he ever met, and he did not want us around. He told us to get out. When I said to him that if he was telling us we were not allowed to stay on the property, he should refund us, he told us that there was no way we would see our money. He then repeated, shouting, "Get out, get out, I don't want you here, just get out" I responded then saying "We want our money back" His response was simply "get out, you're getting nothing". We left. We will never us VRBO again, and we will tell any one who discusses vacation rentals with us never ever use VRBO. In addition, the host provided a contact number that was not in service. As mentioned before, we only were able to contact him because lived in the adjacent half of the duplex.

A wonderful property! Very well located and well equipped! The owner is very kind and available to answer our questions. If you're lucky, you might meet the friendly dog Joey! Definitely recommend!

This was our second time to Tofino, but the first time in this house and we would absolutely stay here again. Our girls found a little rainforest trail that led to the beach (or a paved path is available as well!) and spent hours searching the tide pools while watching eagles and surfers. Bike rentals and coffee are a short walk up the street and downtown Tofino is a short bike ride after that. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and private and supplied us with excellent bedding, towels and kitchen supplies. The gas fireplace was a cozy bonus needed even in June! Overall we are thrilled to have returned to Tofino and to have had such a wonderful home-away-from-home to enjoy it in.

Great property! Five minute walk to the beach. Warm and welcoming. Only downside was the second bedroom is quite small with just a couple of bedside tables with drawers, but nevertheless, manageable for a three night stay. Overall we had a great stay, and would not hesitate to come back. Thanks!

This lovely property is nestled away but somehow very close to many attractions. We never saw our neighbours! Surf rental shop, tacofino’s food truck, wickininish inn all nearby! We loved the gas fireplace after surfing. We enjoyed the short trail walk to the beach and wore our wetsuits down. It was nice not have to find parking. Just a little far to carry our huge beginner boards so we would drive them down and drop them off at the beach, then drive home and walk back down. It really is only a 5 min walk. Beds are very comfortable. Queen and a double. Very large bathroom. My teenage son loved the large jetted bathtub. Well equipped kitchen. Hidden gem. Would definitely recommend.

The place was amazing; clean, quiet and well-stocked. The space was really relaxing and comfortable!

The duplex is well-stocked, short walk to the beach, with a nice sunny deck. It does need a deep cleaning. It would be better to have an unscented laundry detergent (allergies).

We had an amazing time! This was our second visit; our first was in 2016 and we were pleasantly surprised to find the property just as we remembered it with some nice upgrades. Excellent location, great for families, had everything we needed!

The house was perfect for our stay. It is on Howard so a bit of a walk to surf when you are blind without your glasses to walk that far. We managed. Hosts were awesome and friendly.

Location of property was excellent. Hosts were flexible and accommodating. Property could use a deep clean including outside deck etc, but was acceptable. One bedroom is very small the other is nice, bathroom is spacious.

Such a warm and cozy spacious cabin with everything you need! The layout is so inviting and relaxing!! I enjoyed the close proximity to Chesterman’s beach and how quick it was to everything. The host responded to any questions I had promptly. If this rental is ever available again I’ll be back!! 👍🏻❤️

My husband and I spent 4 weeks here and absolutely loved it. It is even better than the photos show. The location is great - easy walk or bike to the beach and to town. The couch was very comfortable and great for lounging, and both of the beds were also comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, the soaker tub was great, and the gas fireplace made everything feel very cozy. The owners were next door and were very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this rental to couples as well as larger groups. Thank you for having us!

This cabin is a very short trail walk to a beautiful beach. Spacious bedrooms, soaker tub and separate shower, necessary kitchen utensils, and tidy. Newer living room sectional than shown in photos. Very comfortable beds. Great location for visiting Tofino and Pacific Rim National Park.

We stayed for 9 nights and we were very comfortable. The location is great because it is on a quiet street a block away from the best beach in Tofino. The way to the beach is through a rain forest trail. My 7 year old daughter cried when we left… We had a great time
