Moins d'un bloc à l'accès à la plage et Pier de Johnnie Mercer, cette chambre 3, 2 salle de bain maison dispose d'une cuisine, salle à manger / salon qui ouvre sur une grande terrasse avec une légère vue sur l'océan. Il y a aussi 1 chambre à coucher et salle de bain à ce niveau. Cette propriété a subi une rénovation complète à partir de mai 2016, y compris les mises à jour vers les comptoirs, évier, cuisinière, ainsi que la cage d'escalier et le revêtement de sol, un miroir et des accessoires dans la salle de bains principale. La chambre principale a une terrasse privée.

Overall i was pleased with the property. The location was perfect. I really liked the outdoor shower.The kitchen was very tight, only enough space for one person. The bathtubs did not drain well and the fixtures are old and should be replaced. Also, the trash cans were full, and it looked like they had not been put to the curb in quite a while. That being said, i would stay there again.

nothing too fancy, just a basic beach property. there were a few upgrades in kitchen and furniture, but building is old and water heater is small.

This is a great location that allows you to enjoy everything around the island without having to drive! The place was very clean and quite comfortable. We had people stay at the townhouse next door with kids, but never heard them. Would go back again!

The location is perfect

This house was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the weather. There’s a children’s park down the street which was an added bonus. Only qualms: there was the bare minimum of items like soap, towels, etc. and we had to get more for our stay as there were 5 adults and a child. The floors on the first floor were also so dirty (my baby’s feet were black from walking around). This just made me question the cleaning of the place a bit. The property manager building is just outside the unit which was convenient when our heat never turned on the night we got there and set it. They came very quickly in the morning and got that fixed.

Front bedroom sliding door leaked from rain. Bedroom carpet was soaked Ann’s smelled moldy . Room wasn’t t useable

Not worth what I paid. Plus, the next tenant was allowed to check in early and as we were checking out before 10:00, there were two golf carts rented by the new tenant checking in, who left them there blocking our car in the garage. Took us 20 minutes to get the carts moved. Roaches, off and on WIFI, gave us wrong code on check-in, etc. I’ve stayed in Wrightsvile every year for over a decade. I’ll stay home before I rent this unit again.

Nice property with large bedrooms. Kitchen is very small but worked for our group. Plenty of parking.

Good property, faulty check-in
Property is as described in the website. Beautiful, spacious & great access to the beach. There was barely any ocean view from the deck. One would hope for the check-in process to be smooth but I was never sent any information until we arrived there. The door code sent was faulty. So we had to walk to the property management office to get help as no one answered the phone. The staff is friendly & helpful. She walked us to the condo but had to go back for another different door code, as her’s didn’t work either. Check-in was lengthy & painful!

Overall, was a good stay. Home was in a good location, definitely starting updating on somethings - more to go. Clean, but typical bugs. Kitchen is really small. Stocked with glasses, plates, bowls and silverware. Cake pan and cookie sheet need to be thrown out - obviously someone hid then as I had difficulty finding them, then they were unusable (only fault is user who hid there inability to soak and clean something!). Chairs on deck were nice in the evenings, it is a bit loud with road noise and people in another building. Beds were comfortable and liked having sheets and towels as part of rental! Covered parking a plus!! Location is close to the pier and ice cream! 10-15 minute walk to the center where other shops and restaurants are located. Overall pleased with our stay.

Hospitality did a great job and maintenance gentlemen were quick to help. The overhead stove fan didnot work and the dw did not dry thoroughly. All other concerns were handled quickly. All the staff were great!

Fantastic
This rental was a great place for some friends and I to spend a weekend at the beach! It was only steps from the beach and a short walk to most of the restaurants in Wrightsville Beach. The house was spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we would definitely come back!

This rental is in a great location right by pier and ocean block. However it needs a lot of repair. The ceiling is peeling from water damage in the kitchen. The main level bath has what appears to be black mold and water damage in the ductwork in ceiling. Several other areas appear to have water damage. Kitchen is OLD- cabinet doors hang, dishes are mismatched, very few pots/pans. Exhaust and light over range broken. Dated furniture throughout. So much potential in this rental but really has been let go. We were in town for a wedding and were not really cooking so it served the purpose for us.

GREAT LOCATION
Location is great, Had a great time. a bit dated and needs a detail cleaning ie dirt under cocktail table glass, bathroom draws had loose hair and dust and bathroom shower inside liner has mold. management addressed a chair issue upon our request. the above issues would not stop us from renting again, assuming they were cleared up
