We chose this rental for its location to our family, but it’s a true gem! The owner clearly pays attention to the details and anticipates the needs of the guests. It’s beautifully decorated with a soothing style and the sun room has an incredible swinging bed. Very relaxing and restful home. We enjoyed lunch outside on the nice deck. The entire home was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it.

We came into town for a wedding with friends and really enjoyed our stay. The location is no nice with the scenery, trails and park. We hiked around the area and spent plenty of time outside enjoying the cool weather. Very beautiful townhome. We would definitely recommend to other and/or return.

This property listing had everything and more to make our experience wonderful! Not only did it offer a quiet place to retreat for our morning coffee, but also offered games and activities for our kids! I love how the community doesn’t only cater to the adults, but offers so many amazing things to entertain the young ones as well. The house is spotless and in a quiet area. Enjoy a park that’s nearby, play a round of 18, or go for a morning stroll down their amazing trails in the cool weather (pleasant escape from the heat at home). I loved this cozy stay! The decor was adorable, and they had all of the "extras" you could ever need. The view from the patio to the golf course was fantastic, and so serene. Thank you so much Kelli, we will for sure be back!

With so much to do in the area we loved our place at the Caddy Shack. It was so welcoming and Kelli has thought of literally everything! Very clean. Great location. Would most definitely stay here again when in the Bentonville area.

The townhouse was absolutely beautiful! The house had everything we needed and even extra touches to make sure we had it all while we were there. The hosts were great to work with and we would definitely recommend this VRBO!!!

This was our first experience using Vrbo and it was a great initial experience! The trip got off to a bonus good start when we were able to access the property 2 hours early which definitely added to the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day and 3 night stay, with the accommodations being top notch. The Caddyshack was extremely clean and well stocked providing us with everything we hoped for and then some. We have already booked our next Vrbo trip and are looking forward to another Getaway, with the Caddyshack experience setting the bar high!

The property was a perfect getaway to explore Northern Arkansas. House was spotless - beautifully decorated - loved the coffee bar and porch swing. Very well equipped with everything we might need. Would have given more than 5 stars if we could.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bella Vista! This location is perfect, close to the bike trails and to Bentonville. The property was super clean, very tastefully decorated for the holidays and was full of personal touches - hot chocolate with marshmallows, chocolate kisses, tons of towels, super soft blankets, comfy beds, mats for bikes, games for kids and even a pumpkin loaf that was super delicious!! We will be back!

This place is a great getaway. The place was decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful. The place is very clean, great beds and just all around beautiful place. Can’t say enough about it. We will keeping coming to this getaway,,,, love it❤️❤️

The area is safe, friendly, and close to everything we needed. The townhome was extremely clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice - the attention to detail was evident throughout. Highly recommend. Will be back!

I’ve been to dozens of private rental locations across the county and the Caddyshack was the best I’ve ever seen. We kept exclaiming how clean it was, how warm and cozy with the decor and the thoughtful touches. Plenty of room If we had traveled with another couple. Breakfast was out on the deck watching the golfers, it’s centrally located with access to attractions and of course golf courses. If we visit the are again, I can even see planning the trip around the availability of renting the Caddyshack.
Kelli is an outstanding host. Incredibly responsive and thoughtful. An amazing experience.

10/10 Stars!! The pictures do not do this property justice! It is fully equipped with everything you need, it is beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location. If you have children there is a park nearby with bike trails. I wish I had known just how close the park was, I would have brought the kids bike with us. We also had delicious cinnamon rolls waiting for us when we checked in. Kelli is very responsive and it was a pleasure to stay in her home. Our next trip to the area we will definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This property was amazing! Kelli’s home is not only beautiful- but she’d thought of all the other things that makes a house a home! I have never stayed at a cleaner place- including 5 star hotels. I was literally blown away with the cleanliness and attention to detail. Can’t wait to stay again and bring my whole family next time!

Golf Trip
Could not have been a better trip. We were there to golf and relax - and that we did. This property sits on a hole on the Brittney course so we could watch golfers coming in when we were chillin or eating breakfast. I highly recommend Caddy Shack! Well appointed!

Wonderful location adorable home
Wonderful location adorable home! We had a wonderful time at this adorable property. Came to ride bikes and the location is super convenient to the trails and all of the mountain bike paths in Bellavista. Unfortunately it rained but we made the best of it and went to Crystal Bridges Museum and had a great time. Really really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back!

The beds are super comfy, and the entire house was very clean. The numerous throws and pillows made us feel comfy and cozy. We didn’t hangout on the back deck much, but it was also quite nice. Thank you for a wonderful place for four friends to decompress and have fun.

We like to ride the Razorback Greenway, plus there is a nice bike trail leaving from the property. Also enjoyed hiking the Tanyard Nature Trail.
