Couchers de soleil incroyables, avec des activités illimitées à vos pas, BYO stand up paddle, kayak, pêche, canotage, promenade en bateau jusqu'à la magnifique lagune Basin, à 20 minutes à pied de la superbe plage d'Avalon et du village avec ses nombreux restaurants et cafés. 15 minutes en voiture de la magnifique plage de Palm Beach, de la plage de Baleine, de la plage de Bilgola, de Newport et de nombreux autres sites. Surface de plancher interne 100m2 et terrasse de la piscine extérieure env. 80m2. La salle de bain principale comprend une baignoire / douche et une buanderie intégrée avec lave-linge et sèche-linge.

Loved our stay. Me and my partner work hard and decided to go away for a relaxing trip to Avalon. The host Simon was so attentive, responded really fast and made us feel welcome. I loved how quiet the neighbourhood is. Felt safe, content & cosy!

I have fallen in love with the northern beaches and Avalon in particular! Our stay in this wonderful setting and lovely home ticked all the boxes… everything we needed and wanted. Beaches, coffee shops and exceptional hosts in Simon and Sanya … The only thing that would have made it better would have been another week or two there!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The view, pool and spa were incredible. The stay was very comfortable, with a slight exception to the drain smell (which went away when you opened the doors and lit candles). Simon was an attentive host and made the check in process easy. Lots on your doorstep, cafes and restaurants. Would stay again.

Spent 3 nights with the family at this beautiful property. It is perfectly located with sweeping views on a quiet and private street, right by the water. You get exactly what you see in the listing pictures - modern, stylish, clean and exclusive.
A short drive to great cafes and restaurants in Avalon or Palm Beach or just kick back and enjoy a barbie and a splash in the pool with the kids.
We highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Very Relaxing
Super friendly hosts and a mesmerising view. You can sit on the deck for hours, staring into distance, with sailing boats in the foreground and bushland in the distance. The spa is also a treat!

Great location with an amazing view! My husband and I were lucky enough to stay here with our 2 year old for a week and didn’t want to leave! Simon was a great host and the property had everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. Clean, spacious, well equipped, easy check in, and great communication by host. The pool/spa was enjoyed by all! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely 2 bed 2 bath lower house with pool.
Very private and quiet neighborhood but within a short drive to Avalon shops and the beach. Also a nice walking track.

Fabulous Stay
Our family had a fantastic relaxing 3 night stay. The setting and outlook is just magic. Despite the awful weather the pool and spa (heated) were enjoyed and appreciated by the whole family. Hosts went the extra mile to make the stay special with treats and festive decorations. communication with the host was excellent and they have made sure that the accommodation is nicely presented, comfortable and well equipped with thoughtful extras including bandaids!

Birthday getaway
Booked a weekend away for my wife’s birthday. Despite the weather not being great we had a lovely relaxing time. The duplex was set up just as pictured,and the host Simon was happy to help where he could - would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view
We had a wonderful weekend break away in this beautiful apartment. A great spot right across the road from the marina. We loved relaxing in the spa, reading and playing games on the deck and fishing. It really felt like we were a million miles away. The apartment was very clean with every amenity you could wish for including yummy wine, chocolates and snacks.

Bayside Bliss
Celebrated a special birthday with a long weekend at this wonderful property. The infinity pool, spa and outdoor area overlook the stunning bay and is the perfect place to relax and escape from the everyday. Simon was very attentive, great communication. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful and highly recommended
We came here for the views and the pool, and got everything we hoped for. It is beautiful ! 2x teenagers were ecstatic with the pool and 2x parents loved the view and everything about the outlook. Simon was brilliant - communication was clear and very responsive, the house is clean, very ‘hamptons’. The wine, chocolates and nibbles that we found upon arrival didn’t last very long !! Thankyou Simon, we had a beautiful weekend !

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Simon was an excellent host. We loved the complimentary wine, chocolate and snacks. We all loved the spa and pool and just relaxing on the balcony soaking in the amazing view. It was very comfortable and close to many beaches and beautiful walks. We will definitely be back.

Stunning Property and Location
Absolutely magical position, superbly presented house. Nothing to want for, the thoughtfulness in presentation and the small touches makes this a very memorable stay. Simon was incredibly supportive, such a great host, easy easy process. Will be back definitely.

Amazing and relaxing stay
We stayed here for two nights and it was absolutely relaxing and serene. Our kids loved the spa and pool. The pool is not too deep, which is a plus for relaxing.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms as well. The beds had good linen and blankets, and good toiletries were included.
The appliances resembled my own, with a Bosch diswasher and LG washer. The washer and dryer are fast and efficient, which was very handy.
We spent a lot of time outside, and the patio furniture was comfortable and plentiful. We didn’t use the bbq so can’t comment on that. An outdoor heater was great in the evening.
We did order in and eat out. The food was good but expensive, so maybe pack some picnic food with you or take what you need. There is a woolies and other shops close by.
Overall, a fantastic weekend stay and we would love to visit again in the warmer months to take even more advantage of the pool.
