Location is excellent and garage parking was great. Key pick up and drop off was also easy.
Would have been great to have air conditioning, didn't spot in the advert it didn't have it. We had to get acclimatized to some pretty hot weather. Facilities were a little old, bed and decor were looking a little tired. Can't understand the linen arrangements and although linen was provided it was never clear that we had ordered the right things, it did work out though. Linen and bedding was clean.

They say that the photograph tells 1000 stories we thought the unit was on the front not on the side from the photograph and no photographs from inside the unit
There was signs on the kitchen walls describing keeping the premises clean my feet with black within half an hour of taking my shoes off and walking around on the tiles very dusty and minimum standard and comfort and the TV did not work properly do you had to re-tune it every time you turn it on just to watch the news

I feel it’s maybe time to upgrade the main bedroom.
Bed is quite old and for the money I think it should be queen size bed.
Other than that everything was amazing.

Excellent location, well presented and good sized rooms. Walking distance to shops and cafes, directly opposite the waterfront made it easy to move around.
Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Could have been a bit cleaner with a dirty microwave and oven, fridge hadn't been used in a while so had a bit of an odour.

no aircondioning, very hot and main bed mattress and single bed mattress next to door were terrible and need replacing

Water pressure was great
Well got a double bed instead of a queen bed and it was extremely hard to get in and out of the bath to have a shower there were to many stairs and the apartment was filthy floors were sticky the fridge door and bench counter tops as well and for comfort the lounge was terribly uncomfortable and there was no where to put a cuppa no coffee table

We had a great time for our first visit to Bribie, we took our bikes so getting around was easy. Close walking distance to RSL and Bowls Club.
When picking up key from Real Estate they informed me I had to supply my own linen so had to pay an extra $33 for linen box (sheets & towels). Real Estate did send me a confirmation of booking via email which outlined the need to supply own linen but I work with the Booking.com app on my phone so missed the email. My confirmation from Booking.com should have outlined this, better communication was needed.

The unit itself was clean, and the location was beautiful.
The unit itself was clean, however the supplied blankets, mattress protector, bed covers and pillow protectors were dirty and badly needed washing. Also the cushion covers on the living room chairs and dining chairs are also in need of replacement. The spare bedroom smelled of stale cigarette smoke. A bit of attention to these details would make such a difference.
