The home was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We loved the big sunroom for our family gatherings in the evening. We have a boat so were very happy there was a dock nearby for us to use during the day.

We loved the house! Especially the four seasons room with the big table for games and meals! Love all the homey touches too. Clear Lake and our day on the water was so much fun!!

Great location, quick access to the Lake with private dock through the association. Parking was a little tight but accommodated by areas very close to the house. Comfortable for 8 adults and 3 children. Close to all the local beaches and PM Park.

We loved the house, the location of Bell Harbor,walking distance to PM Park with great outdoor and indoor bar and dining. everything really. The only caveat would be the spiral staircase for your 70+ guests. Would definitely stay here again,

Had a wonderful long weekend in this house! The kids got a kick over the spiral staircase up to their room. Had everything we needed for 9 family members from age 5 to 41 to unite and the long table in the 4-season was big enough for us to join around during dinner meal times. For amenities,we really appreciated the amount of house and beach towels on hand so we didn't have to worry about packing so much.

Long weekend with family. We had 9 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the decks and sunroom. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Thanks for sharing your lake house with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a relaxing stay, great view, and the house was just perfect for our group. The host was very helpful directing us to local boat rentals. And the check-in was very easy. We loved our time here!

This location provides a great view of the lake from the front decks and is about 1 block from the park and docks. The public boat ramp is about a mile from the property. The property was very clean and fit our needs well. We had a great time at Clear Lake.

When I booked the house I looked at the availability of beds since we had 11 people (6 adults, 5 kids). Kids are 11,9,6,6,3. When we arrived we found that there were two less beds available than advertised. I contacted the host and she said that she had changed out furniture and had not revised the website. Result was that my wife and I had to make other arrangements and could not stay at the house.

Terrific location close to the lake, beach, boating, and restaurants. The property has three gathering places in the home for relaxing and visiting. All the amenities. Highly recommend it

Our family had a great experience at The Great Escape! There was plenty of room for everyone, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

A group of girlfriends gathered here for the weekend and it was the perfect place! A lovely location, surrounded by lots of charming cottages, and a short walk to the park, Tiki Bar, and Marina. The house was really comfortable with everything you need for the weekend. We also really loved spending time on the multiple deck spaces. Michele was very friendly and responsive. We are already discussing when we can come back next year.

My family had a great time at Clear Lake, and the Great Escape worked perfectly for our group. Although not right on the water, the very short walk to lake access did not bother us at all. It was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very happy with our stay!

This cottage is a perfect place for family to gather. It is spacious and clean. The cottage has a great view of the lake with easy access. The location is perfect. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly. This was our second stay as a family and we hope to return!

Was very nice place for old friends to meet and talk over old times

This is our second year at this property. The grandkids love it as they are teenagers and can find lots to do near by. You are walking distance to the marina where we rent pontoons and jet skis. The neighborhood is so friendly. We all love staying here.

My family of 5 enjoyed the house. And with 3 kids, it was so nice having access to the small beach and playground within walking distance. Michele was very responsive to any and all questions/concerns I had before and during our stay.

The Great Escape was a perfect location to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary with family. As you approach the house, the yellow and blue colors stand out from the rest of the places and make you smile. The light and airiness of the sunrooms on the north and south give a peacefulness to the home. With five adults and three kids, we each could have our own space. Two good sized bedrooms on the lower level were very comfortable. Then there was the red spiral staircase that the kids loved and found many reasons to go upstairs to the two bedrooms, bath and their own private deck. The adults were not fans of the staircase, but found it manageable. There were so many pluses: the beach towels, the lake view from the quiet sunroom, the private beach with a water trampoline just a block away, the location—so close to the state park and great ice cream. We were very impressed with the town of Clear Lake—I suggest contacting the Chamber and being sent a list of what is going on each week. We attended the Thursday night activities, Friday garden activities, yoga in the park, the boat around the lake, city park and we rented a pontoon for a day. Truly, the time flew!! Even on the rainy day we found lots to do thanks to the large selection of games and the many televisions. The Great Escape is the perfect get away for a celebration or just to relax. Very nice neighborhood and private beach was nice for the kids.

The house was very clean, lots of space, and great location! The house is 1 block from a private park, beach and swim area. It was perfect for our young kids. The house also has a very nice view of the lake and 3 docks very close to go fishing or swimming. Michele was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at the house again in the future once my kids are a little bigger. The only down fall for us was the spiral staircase, it was hard carrying the baby up and down the stairs. Thanks Michele for sharing your great house with us!

Spacious with several different rooms and nice-sized bedrooms.Great little lake town. Lake is beautiful for fishing and cruising. Communication with property manager was excellent.
