Notre chalet Rive-Sud est à quelques pas du lac avec une belle vue depuis une véranda spacieuse. Profitez du charme du lac classique avec des tonnes de mises à jour modernes.
Profitez d'une des meilleures vues de Clear Lake depuis notre véranda spacieuse. Avec un excellent emplacement au large de South Shore Drive, cette cabane dans une rue paisible, mais à proximité des attractions et des activités telles que Clear Lake Boats Marina, avec location de bateaux et de motomarines. PM Park est également à quelques pas, proposant une excellente cuisine et le célèbre Tiki Bar. La cabine est également directement en face d'un grand quai d'accès public.
De nombreux équipements vous attendent dans notre chalet Clear Lake. Avec 3 chambres et maintenant 2 salles de bain complètes, nous avons de la place pour 8 personnes. Deux chambres doubles confortables et une chambre avec lits superposés adaptée aux enfants assureront que votre famille et vos amis se sentent comme chez eux. Notre véranda spacieuse face au lac vous offre une vue imprenable sur le lac, et le salon dispose de confortables canapés / fauteuils inclinables en cuir et d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec lecteur Blu-Ray. Un nouveau patio au bord du lac ainsi qu'une nouvelle terrasse à côté de la cuisine offrent de superbes endroits pour se détendre ou dîner à l'extérieur. La cuisine est entièrement meublée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris une cafetière Keurig. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont également fournis.
Le câble Wi-Fi haut débit est également inclus, un câble numérique haute définition haut de gamme avec service à la demande, une télévision à écran plat dans le salon avec Blu-Ray. Une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse est disponible. Le gril à gaz est également inclus. Pichet Brita fourni de l'eau filtrée.

We had a great experience at this property. It has a nice set up and was clean and spacious. Everything we needed was right there. It's close to the lake and within walking distance to many things. Hosts had excellent communication. Highly recommend!

The place was nice, clean and easy access to pm park. There are stairs but it was still easy access for my 80+ year old parents. They were able to access the main parts of the house by entering on the top side of the property with very few stairs.

We had an amazing week staying here! Such a cute, quaint cottage that worked perfectly for our needs. Would definitely stay here again and our friends who stayed with us were going to look into renting later this summer. Fully stocked with every we needed. The sunroom was by far my favorite spot in the house……great spot for morning coffee, socializing and evening cocktails! Owner checked in shortly after our arrival to make sure all was good. Thank you John and Terri for letting us enjoy your place!

Clear Lake was the perfect spot for my best friend and me to meet halfway for a quiet girls weekend. We spent so much time on the porch and loved the view of the lake. It’s what we both needed! We explored some shopping and bars around the area, and enjoyed Hairball at the Surf Ballroom! This property was clean, quiet and comfortable, and our hosts were amazing. We can’t wait to return!

This was a great property for a girls weekend. There was a kite festival in town which was beautiful, but cold! The property was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The living room room had lots of space to hang out. Would loved to have used the 3 season porch, but the weather was too cold.

Two couples and a dog enjoyed this place for 3 days. Loved that each of the adult bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) had a handy bathroom. We can see how a family would love the kid-friendly bunk room. Spent time outside with our coffee on the sunny south side in the morning. Loved the three-season porch. Well equipped kitchen. Everything nicely arranged for guests. Recommend it highly.

We just returned from a week at this property. It was perfect! The house was clean, the towels were fluffy, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was provided for us, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We were steps away from the marina, where we rented a pontoon boat for two days. John, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Before our vacation, he was always quick to respond to any of my questions, and halfway through our stay, he even called to make sure everything was going okay. We will definately be returning. Thank you John, for opening up your home to us!

Cabin was updated/clean. Thought of everything might need - cooler to go out on boat/picnic - beach towels to shampoo & kitchen supplies. Nice to be able to walk to Tiki Bar/resturant - boat rentals - ice cream. Was nice to find a pet friendly cabin. Will be back.

We did a friends trip and this was the perfect space for us! The sun porch is the perfect spot for hanging out! You can see the lake and also watch the morning walkers! It was steps away from the tiki bar. We had a great time there - but remember the bug spray!! Short drive away from a public beach too!

We appreciated the nice decor and use of space. There’s much more room than you might think. Perfect for all of us! Beautiful sunroom looking out at the lake - perfect spot for morning coffee! Adult kids annoyed the PM Park Tiki bar just a hop/skip away yet so soundproof that we never heard any racket nearby with a lively bar over the July 4th holiday. Great place. We would definitely stay again.
