Location was great. Did not have the breakfast, though the dinner meal in the restaurant was quite good.

Someone on the fllor ablove making a racket at 3.00am that precluded my sleep.

The weather strip was missing on the door creating a cold draught

I wish there was a microwave in the room for convenience of reheating food.

Loved everything about my stay, very quiet and clean. Check in process was quickly handled. Staff was very happy to help with all questions and requests. Very close to shopping centre.

Drunk and disorderly patrons fighting in the car park. Limited parking options, there was a Ute and trailer parked across 3 car parks that were for motel guest parking.

At check-in, I was advised they had no record of booking even though confirmation was received via booking.com and prior communication regarding specific requests had been received. Management advised they had a change of ownership to Woolworths group. Manager continued to state, we have no record, communication was prior to change over etc etc. It was also noted it had happened before. No accountability taken. Not impressed with being given a list of hotels/motels to call after making the booking 3months in advance and receiving reminders up until 3 days prior.

Parking was very tight. No Hair Dryer available. Cleaning not great.

Clean room and staff were good at check in and for dinner. Beds were ok and bathroom clean with sufficient towels.

TV didn't work and the AC was very noisey but room was ok. The parking was a bit sketchy and I was informed by a staff member who was off shift that there was no allocated parking for guests when we came back and found she had taken you park outside our room. Also everyone congregates and smokes near some of the downstairs rooms at the back of the hotel/ bar meaning the smoke travels into the rooms. I won't be going back.
