I booked this property for a family vacation for Las Vegas on Aug. 4th to Aug. 6th. The home is beautiful, clean and organized. The location of the property is ideal as it is only 15 mins from the Vegas strip and 13 mins to the Harry Reid Airport. Lots of restaurants and shopping locations in the area. The communication with the property owner (Rae) was responsive & timely. Check in/out process was seamless. I would recommend anyone visiting Las Vegas please do not hesitate to book this property rental. 10/10 rating.

Just as advertised! If you want to go to the strip but don’t want to be surrounded by waves of party goers this is the perfect location I think. Huge plus just blocks from great eats and a neighborhood Walmart. We lucked out. We got to attend the GV Knights’ victory / Stanley Cup parade. Thank you for sharing your property!

Great spot for us to stay for my parents anniversary - the beds were comfy, the covered back porch was great in the mornings and evenings, the house was in a great neighborhood where we felt safe, loved having fans and a humidifier and washer/dryer on hand, and after reaching out to the manager, we managed to figure out the thermostat to keep the temp at 72 for some good sleeps (thanks Rae!).

This is my second visit to sole addiction. My son and I drove here from LA to watch an Aerosmith concert. We stayed for 3 nights. This is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. It is about a 15 minute uber ride to the strip. The house is perfect. The most important amenities are all here: clean home, appliances, AC, coffee pot, quality wifi, and a large garage. The neighborhood is quiet, you have assured privacy. There is a touch of traffic noise if you are in the backyard. There appears to be an elaborate entertainment TV/stereo system, we didn't use it. The owner Rae is a nice person who responds to texts instantly. I plan on coming back here in the near future. Outstanding

Great property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Had an issue with a stopped up sink that was addressed immediately. We came back exhausted each day and found the premises an excellent place to just relax and unwind with the comfortable recliners in front of the large screen TV. It would be nice to have some handy klenxes to not have to retrieve toilet paper to blow your nose. Other than that small inconvenience, it was awesome!!

Great property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Had an issue with a stopped up sink that was addressed immediately. We came back exhausted each day and found the premises an excellent place to just relax and unwind with the comfortable recliners in front of the large screen TV. It would be nice to have some handy klenxes to not have to retrieve toilet paper to blow your nose. Other than that small inconvenience, it was awesome!!

We stayed here whilst working locally. It was a great property with plenty of space for us to chill out in the evenings.

I never spoke to the "manager"...I only received a couple of canned emails. We were given the code to the garage and got in with ease. The place was in good shape and clean. The only thing I would say was that the thermostat was pre-set to 75 degrees using the hold function. I dialed it down to my desired temp and a short time later it would go back to the preset 75 degrees and get uncomfortable. Every morning and every time we returned later in the day it would be +75 degrees. I understand cooling is expensive, but we paid for it to be comfortable all the time. It is hard to sleep in a +75 degree house. The Point casino was nearby and a lot of fun.
