We celebrated our 29 year anniversary at this cabin after vising some wineries and breweries The peacefulness was amazing, we had tea in the morning on the back porch where a humming bird came to visit and we could hear the squirrels in the tree eating their nuts. So cool. The sky at dusk and night time was amazing - you can see so many stars. One of the best things that I loved was there was no TV. We just enjoyed ourselves with lots of conversation and seeing all of natures beauty (and yes we did play connect 4 - love that game!). Mary was great on connecting with us before we arrived to give us details on the cabin. This is a place where you can have a family stay at or just a couple. Thank you Mary - you have a very lovely cabin.

Lovely little location close to state parks, Keuka lake and a bunch of wineries. Lost count on how many times I’ve stayed here. My girlfriend and I love the place.

This was a nice cottage for our stay, and is a great option for over flow from my parents house in Starkey. Loved how quiet it was and the back porch over looking the back was great. Well worth the price.

The yard was wonderful, perfect for playing games and sitting by the fire. Inside, the kitchen was full of amenities and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. I was a bit disappointed the description said it was a mile from the lake, but it was a 20 minute drive to the closest beach. The hosts were personable and eager to assist if any questions or concerns occured. Overall, a great stay!

This area was very beautiful. It was unfortunate that we were only able to stay for one night. Mary was very accommodating and was fantastic with communicating with me. The home was very clean and the grounds were kept up. We were happy with our choice to stay here instead of at a local hotel.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic. The owners are wonderful and the property is kept spotless. My wife has already booked for an upcoming trip this summer as well. Looking forward to future stays and will recommend to others that are worthy of a stay at this nicely kept property. Communication with the owner was flawless and that is very much appreciated.

Nice little cottage for a weekend getaway. Be prepared it is rustic no tv or wifi just the stars and farm life all around. Very close to both lakes for visiting wineries or breweries. Would recommend this cottage for your stay.

A nice little cabin that is just far enough away from towns that you get little distraction, but are also close enough to allow easy access to attractions such as wineries, breweries and hiking trails. One review mentioned the water being a little sulphury so we brought drinking water, but we did not find anything wrong with the water supply during our stay. The owners are easy to get a hold of if needed. Would stay again if in the area.

Very secluded and quiet, awesome place to wind down from the every day go go go. It wasnt to far from some of the places we wanted to see and go. Overall it was a pretty great experience!

What a wonderful way to experience how simple life used to be in such close proximity to the Finger Lakes! Lovely cabin comfortable, welcoming with everything you need including BBQ and fire. Hope we can return for longer.

Close to wineries and other areas of interest. House met needs for an overnight stay. Unfortunately we could not shower due to strong sulfur smell of the water. Bring bottled water along to drink, brush teeth and wash face.

They have a great spot set up with a fire pit, lovely back porch, nice roomy great room kitchen/living room. We spent the days out hiking and didn’t spend a lot of time there. Great star viewing after dark. Very relaxing location. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the sulphur smell in the water. Beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. 4.5 stars!

The listing is exactly as described. It’s definitely nothing fancy but it met our needs. It’s super quiet and close to both Keuka and Seneca lakes. We went to a lot of wineries and they were all within a 20 minute drive. Most of the wineries close between 5 and 6 so we had to entertain ourselves in the evening. It has a back porch with a decent view and we sat around a fire most nights. Would definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing stay! Everything was clean and exactly as shown in pictures. Property is just up the hill from the lake making it a great location. Mary was awesome! She was very friendly and located very close to the cottage in case we needed anything.
