I proprietari ignorano messaggi e chiamate. Inesistente la comunicazione con loro. Stanza sporca, lenzuola strappate, 1 asciugamano medio e 1 piccolo per due ospiti. Ci hanno inviato il codice di accesso per struttura e camera che ha funzionato per il primo giorno. Il giorno seguente abbiamo passato la giornata ad helsinki, torniamo la sera a mezzanotte e mezza e il codice non funzionava più. Abbiamo chiamato il numero indicato sulla prenotazione per un'ora piena finché non abbiamo deciso di andare dalla polizia. Siamo stati fino alle 3 di notte buttati per terra fuori la porta della stanza perché dei ragazzi che stavano facendo una festa li nella struttura ci hanno avvisato che sarebbe andato qualcuno per chiudere quella stanza e grazie a dio è arrivata una signora (che parlava solo russo, dio benedica google translate) che , chiamando un altro numero che aveva , ha aperto la porta della nostrano stanza CON UN CODICE COMPLETAMENTE DIVERSO DA QUELLO CHE CI AVEVANO FORNITO IL GIORNO PRECEDENTE. Siamo solo stati fortunati che c'erano quei ragazzi a fare una festa sennò avremmo dovuto aspettare le 12 del giorno dopo qualcuno che veniva a pulire per farci apriew e riuscire a recuperare le NOSTRE COSE. Una cosa del genere è inaccettabile. LE VALUTAZIONI QUI SU BOOKING NON SONO VERITIERE, LA STRUTTURA MERITA 0 STELLE.. EVITATELO.

Overall look was good, kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed.
The air conditioner worked quite well.
Little problems with the TV.
The bed was very soft and squeky when moving on it. And the matress had seen some better days (stains and scratches)
The curtains were not the darkening ones and let a lot of morning sunshine to the room.

Was clean and comfortable.
There is no staff. If needed some help with getting access to accommodation or parking. Phone number provided not working and on text's in app need to wait long time for answering. Also some noise in room,like conditions but bit lauder. We cant switch of as we don't know from where noise coming. The noise is annoying and can't sleep well.

In conclusion I payed for the accommodation, but I did not got the chance to stay there, because the owner was unreachable and didn’t answer the phone to give me information about getting in. I waited 3h outside with no contact with owner and then I cancelled, because I don’t have time to waste. It looks like I’m not only one who is unsatisfied, because all the comments on the feedback section are similar to my experience.

The room was clean and functional with lots of light and high ceilings. The location enables easy access to the centre by public transport.
Upon arrival, getting into the apartment was very complicated. The given code for entering the building was not the correct code. Therefore, a call to the host was inevitable in order to get into the building and access the apartment. In addition, the sofa that the guest had to fix into a bed themselves was severely broken, which made sleeping only possible on one side of the bed.

Air-conditioning, big shower, big fridge and freezer.
We arrived 30 minutes after check-in had started. We had not received the door code beforehand so I had to call the reception. They said the room had not yet been cleaned but we did get the code to the room so we could leave our things. It turns out it was not the room I had booked (it had a sofa bed instead of a double bed). I called again. They said there is a problem with the room I had booked (no explanation, no apology). They offered a room with two single beds instead. It sounded reasonable so I accepted. Of course this room had not been cleaned either. When we went to bed we noticed that the mattresses were in terrible shape. It was truly the worst bed I have ever slept in. Also there was no private parking, only parking on the street (subject to availability). The bed sheets and the dishes were dirty. The ventilation was very loud during the night.

Nothing. Unbelieveable bad
The worst service ever. THERE WAS A MOUSE in the first room, second room was incredibly dirty and did not have a bed! I was promised a new room the day after because they did not want to refund. But I did not hear anything the next day and they stopped picking up the phone. In the afternoon I found another hotel and they promised to refund only one night because I LEFT THE ROOM SO LATE NO ONE ELSE GOT THE TIME TO BOOK IT(!!!) even though both I and Booking.com had called several times. I still have not received the refund even though it has been a month and they are ignoring mails and calls.
