Clean, tidy, friendly and incredibly reasonable

Good value for money and friendly (and multilingual) staff.

We were originally told that we would be given a private bathroom entry with a key but that never happened and we used the shared facilities.

Parking on thé premises, a cozy little room with a comfortable bed, well heated on a cold night. Beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff.

The WiFi stopped working at 22 h and did not come back even the next morning. Maybe it was just a problem on that day?

The only criticism I had was that there was not enough staff to cater for the people staying there. They were often running between the kitchen and the reception. Sometimes we had to leave the cafeteria because no-one served us.

Very small rooms. Less than 8m2 plus you can't even stand straight due to very low ceiling. No air-conditioning. Birds are on the roof from the early morning producing a lot of noise. Even bathroom is very low.. Staff is not particularly committed. We woke up at 7.30h to go to Valencia and Wanted to have breakfast early. However, we have been told that place work from 09.00h and not much can be done?! Due to that, we couldnt started our trip before 9.30h and had to ride motorcycles on 32c. Not very professional approach.

It’s peaceful and rural location alongside good facilities, including a great swimming pool and bar area.

Bathroom and kitchen were dirt all the time. There is no ventilation in the bathroom which makes it very uncomfortable and smelly, specially during covid. My impression as an architect is that they tried to fit as many rooms they could It the main house, but the results are not good. Bedrooms are small, you cannot even walk properly because you may hit your head in the ceiling. Same problem with the bathroom (besides being dirty). If you are staying with your motor-home it may be better since they have a big property.

The room is small but for one night it’s ok. It’s clean and it has a small window so that’s great. The place it’s super quiet and the air is amazing since there’s no factory around it. The owner and his sister are very friendly and they can also cook amazingly well.

air conditioner stays on overnight, rooms are near roof..they ok..but due that it gets too cold they are turned off @8am..when sun is out, it gets hot, I called reception number no answer ... reception office opens 9sm although they work hard, there are @3 or 4 people working the whole complex, I was upset ,cause I was hot, I did go to office a little too mad, I told one of the ladies it was hot,. she was giving me alot of explainacions ... and I mencioned to her that I did it myself ...that bathroom had not been cleaned ..the night before...again excuses... I did use wrong choice of words .. (it had accumulated..from arrival day and days before...answering phones ..they are so busy ,same staff ,does maintenance,cook,answer phones ,emails run the little grocery store ..do laundry...( and I told them I understand u are short staffed) also they offer shuttle....( they just call a taxi) expect to pay 20-50 euros to go to most places) horse back riding not on site ,scuba diving is very far . .going back to my upset reaction on air conditioner and cleaness I finally said "look I'm gonna tell you like we cubans say " Agan..lo que Les de la ganas) means ..do whatever you want.. I apologized to her and manager) admisistrator ... I came back later to get a medium towel Ruben picked up the towel that was dirty...and have me a look then he started scolding me , for my personal reactions ,after a heated debate, no yelling I apologized to him but along the conversation... he said you threatening to put bad remarks on booking com then he goes your behavior here is bad,he's RUBEN accuses me 3 things 1- talking to office lady 2- that I was playing loud music @ the pool...it was in the afternoon..@ 2-6 pm don't recall the time 1 I played salsa everybody there was Latin its a very small Bluetooth speaker. then I played much lower Julio Iglesias romantic music ( since most are from Spain like Julio Iglesias ...) .

Bed was ok.

One of the staff threatened me on my life. Others from the staff was ok helpful.

The area was remote but near enough to carthage to be just a short drive to center. Staff is super freindly and helpful with good english of needed. There is a small local goods market selling eggs veggies and other foodstuffs. Enough to make a simple meal. They are making improve.ents and expanding but tuere is no obtrusive construction camping pitches looked nice.

It didnt bother me, but if youre a tall peraon the ceilings in the rooms will be low for you.
