we’ve been coming to Indian pass beach for 15 years. Prices have skyrocketed the last 2 years. still love coming

This place is amazing! We had so much fun & the location is the best due to no big high rise condos, no planes flying over with advertisements, etc. The beach was clean & not crowded at all. We wondered if once we retire in a few years if there is special rates for extended stays? Like during Winter months? Say November to March. Any info would be appreciated.

I can't think of a thing. We did report ants present the last 2 days or so but they seem to be everywhere outside too.

Loved the privacy and the location. Already booked it again.

Only negative thing would be the floors turned our feet black.

The secluded

The floors were filthy upon arrival

The views are spectacular and perfect. You can see the ocean from all 3 levels and the walk to the beach is easy and very close.

The beds were a little too firm for us and could use a topper but the rooms are spacious and roomy.

The house is outfitted well. The rooms are clean and attractive. Bright and light. We had trouble with the upstairs air but a repairman was there in half an hour after I called. All in all a wonderful experience.

We were not there for tv, but the tvs were complicated to use and faded in and out. An instruction book similar to those in a motel would be nice. Also a better signal. We had a bad storm last night and would liked to have seen the weather channel. Also the shower in the lower level bath in the gulf side does not work.
