"BALBOA BEACH ESCAPE" (10% de réduction hebdomadaire) La plage et la baie sont à seulement un pâté de maisons. Niché entre le Balboa et Newport Beach Piers sur la péninsule de Balboa. Ce bâtiment de 4 unités du milieu du siècle est situé sur West Balboa Blvd. C'est parfait pour des promenades sur la plage à l'emplacement de la jetée avec de nombreux bons restaurants. Il est également à quelques pas du ferry Balboa, de la zone de loisirs et du circuit Catalina. Aux petites heures du matin, quand tout est calme, le surf peut être entendu. Cet appartement "STUDIO" dispose de la climatisation, de comptoirs en granit, d'armoires modernes, d'une cuisine complète, d'une petite salle de bains avec douche, d'un lit confortable avec un grand tiroir, d'une télévision connectée et du Wifi gratuit. Parking de garage pour une voiture sous-compacte. Cette unité située au rez-de-chaussée donne sur le patio du jardin commun. Grill votre propre hamburger, steak ou hot-dog sur notre barbecue à gaz Weber. Chaises de plage et serviettes de plage sont fournis pour votre usage. Une des choses merveilleuses à faire est de se réveiller pour prendre une tasse de café et aller voir le ressac de surf.
Un lave-linge et un sèche-linge communs sont disponibles sur place. Les autres locataires dans le bâtiment sont des résidents à temps plein, donc les heures sont très importantes.

Beware, street traffic very busy and noisy.
Road construction, jackhammers every morning at 7am. If you’re planning of spending an appreciable amount of time in the unit, try a quieter location.

We had a lovely stay at this property! The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and surrounded by many shops and restaurants! The property manager was very helpful when we needed to store our bags before checkin as well as accommodating our need for a late check out! Definitely recommend!

The check in/out process was so easy, well stocked and we loved the location right between the Ocean and Bay, we watched the boat parade right behind the Unit. I would however suggest having a couple blankets stocked in the Closet, it got a bit chilly at night. I would definitely recommend this Unit and come back to stay again.

Great little place. Loved the location. Only things that could be improved would be a bigger bathroom and shower and smaller kitchen. And rug under bed. It also smelled like smoke when AC wasn’t on (when we first got there).

The property is close to the beach, but on a main highway. The garage parking spot is too small for a small SUV and only big enough for a small car so we parked on the street. It wasn't a problem, but could be in the peak of summer.

So glad we decided to come…b/c the weather was going to be bad, we contemplated cancelling - it didn’t work out to cancel & we’re so glad it didn’t! What a beautiful place, the peninsula & so close to the beach & restaurants! Janet’s home was perfect for the two of us as opposed to a hotel that just gives you beds to sleep in & bathrooms! We loved the conveniences of home: the little living room, full kitchen, a little garage & lots of storage! For the most part, it was quiet where we were but could hear the neighbors a few times. As the reviews said, the home was very clean which made it that much more comfortable to stay there. We so appreciate getting to stay in your home, Janet, thank you for letting us stay there & for being so attentive to our questions! We loved staying here!

I stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. This studio, while basic, had everything I needed and is great for one person. It was clean and the owners communicated well. I had no problem finding convenient street parking. I would stay here again.

Great location perfect for a couple's getaway
We had a great visit to one of our favorite places in CA. This unit is perfect for a couple. Well stocked unit including beach chairs and boogie boards. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. We rented a Fiat 500 from Turo that fit perfectly into the garage. We always rent bikes from 20th St Beach and Bikes, great prices and you can easily ride anywhere from Balboa Island to Huntington. They also rent SUPs you can launch just across the street.

This compact studio was very conveniently located to the beach. We had the front unit with windows facing the shared courtyard. The weather was nice for us, so we used the courtyard a lot for our meals. So nice to have the little kitchen. The bed was comfortable. We never had a problem finding parking within a block of the unit.

Nice property right on the main road. Beach was across the street and a couple minute walk. We rented a small compact car and it did not fit in garage. Parking along the street was hit and miss and had to pay during certain hours. Beach chairs and boogy boards were in the garage, but a beach umbrella and a cooler would be nice to add too.

Perfect location
This was such a fun spot. The house was perfect for a little getaway. The only thing that became difficult for us was the parking. The garage was too small for our car, so parking on the street became difficult at times. If the property had a parking pass it would have made it a little easier. Overall, so amazing and will stay here again.

Perfect place to escape and recharge!
This is my third time staying on this property and it never disappoints! Love the kitchen setup and how cozy the space feels. Perfect for a getaway and can't beat the location on the peninsula. The property owners are professional and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
