Very well appointed and decorated flat right in the heart of the city, lovely couple who have done a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend it it.

Stairs which we were aware of (but we used them so many times in a day 😀)and a little concerned about the electrics and water close by.

Great location. Easy walking to everything. Recommend Salitre tapas 1minute walk. Spacious apartment. Good to have netflix.

Bar stools didn't work as kitchen island was too high. There was room for a table and chairs.

The apartment has everything we needed and more. The location is perfect.

A beautiful apartment with everything thoughtfully provided. Adjacent to 'old town' area. Bedrooms very quiet. Arrival very easy. Bus ride and short walk from Almeria airport - very easy and only €1,05!!

Just be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor, so some steps to climb. No problem for us, but if you have heavy cases, don't carry them both at once!

Excellent apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Host Raquel is amazing and very helpful and available if any queries. We were also given a few snacks and refreshments when we arrived which was very thoughtful and adds a special touch to the stay. The apartment is just like your own home which has all you need to relax and unwind after a long day out on trips. It is located close to shops and restaurants so everything is just a few mins walk away.

Located within a 5-minute walk to town. Good size apartment with two bedrooms and two showers and toilets. One apartment per floor and only three apartments in the block. Proper security door. Smart TV with the option to watch shows in the original English language. Netflix. Comfortable beds. Complimentary items in the fridge, like water, juice and beer. Coffee machine and complimentary coffee. Kettle and complimentary tea. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery, condiments, etc. The owner has thought of everything and there were plenty of everything from towels, shower products, a beach umbrella, so on and so forth.

1. No dishwasher. We don’t mind hand washing, although it’s not very water efficient, but more importantly, it’s far more hygienic to simply wash everything in a dishwasher, especially for the next guest. We had to wash everything before using it because we found some bowls that had been put away that still had dried food stuck on the inside of the bowl. 2. Had to move the microwave to the central island every time we wanted to use it because there was no power point where it was located. 3. No large serrated bread knife and the only large knife that was there was very blunt. 4. No colander. 5. It got quite hot in the apartment and although it had fans, we wanted to cool the place down quickly, but discovered that the batteries in the handset had corroded and damaged the handset, so we couldn’t turn the air con on. 6. The apartment needed a very good deep clean from top to bottom. Considering guests get charged a cleaning fee of €25, we didn’t think a proper clean was being carried out after each stay. 7. The round carpet in front of the bathroom hand basins was filthy and needs to be replaced.
