Villa Dias Felice, Binibeca.
Il s'agit d'une belle villa moderne qui a été entièrement rénovée en 2017. Il est décoré avec une sensation aérée moderne et blanche avec une touche de style plage. La Villa bénéficie d'une belle piscine neuve avec des tuiles irisées.
La Villa a également été recâblée et replongée, dispose de 3 nouvelles salles de bains, d'une nouvelle cuisine et d'appareils électroménagers, et d'une nouvelle climatisation. Il y a deux chambres doubles, l'une bénéficie d'une porte-fenêtre donnant sur le jardin, il y a deux autres chambres lits jumeaux, toutes avec une climatisation neuve dans chaque chambre.
Il y a trois nouvelles salles de douche donc il n'y aura pas de files d'attente pour la salle de bain!
Le salon est grand, clair et aéré, avec deux canapés et une table basse, il y a une salle à manger pour huit. Un grand ventilateur de plafond haute puissance maintient le salon agréable et frais. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est fournie, ainsi qu'une connexion USB et Bluetooth pour la musique. Il y a Freeview Smart TV avec Netflix.
La cuisine est spacieuse et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner des occasions calmes ou grandes. Il y a un jardin d'herbes arrières à l'arrière de la villa pour donner du goût à vos repas
Juste à travers les portes-fenêtres du salon se trouve une grande véranda couverte, juste ici, des sièges pour les cafés ou les boissons au gin. plus loin se trouve une salle à manger Alfresco toujours sous l'abri du grand couvert. véranda. ainsi qu'un grand barbecue. Un peu plus loin sur cette terrasse se trouvent un canapé et des chaises avec un grand parasol couvrant cette zone. La véranda est une superbe vue sur la piscine, ce qui est bon pour garder un œil sur les enfants, le cas échéant.
En bas des marches de la véranda à la terrasse est la piscine de forme triangulaire qui a de magnifiques tuiles irisées scintillantes. (11m x 6. 7m et 1. 8m au plus profond), il y a des marches romaines dans la piscine et il y a plusieurs niveaux de sièges autour de la piscine pour se détendre et se rafraîchir. Ici sur la terrasse est une douche extérieure. La Villa bénéficie d'une grande terrasse solarium privée au bord de la piscine avec huit chaises longues et un grand parasol.

Il y a deux lits, une chaise haute et de la vaisselle et des tasses en plastique adaptées aux enfants ainsi que des couverts. il y a une baignoire pour bébé car cette villa n'a que des douches. Il y a aussi des jouets et des jeux pour tous les âges.
Les magasins et restaurants et bars situés à Cala Torret sont à une courte distance de marche du chemin de coupe. La plage de sable blanc de Binibeca est à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Il a un joli bar de plage, juste sur les rochers, où vous pouvez acheter des collations et des boissons. Un autre bon endroit pour manger est le bar Paupa au bord de l'eau. Un excellent nouveau parc aquatique vient d'être achevé à 10 minutes de route (en voiture) à Punta Prima.
Nous recommandons une voiture, mais ce n'est pas indispensable. Il y a un grand parking disponible à l'extérieur de la maison. Une bonne alternative est le train routier touristique qui relie Binibeca Vell à Punta Prima. Il y a un plus grand choix de magasins et de supermarchés à 15 minutes à St. Lluis et la capitale de Mahon, bénéficiant du deuxième port naturel le plus profond d'Europe (et de grands magasins!), qui est à 20 minutes.

We loved staying at this stylish villa located in Cala Torret. Beautifully designed and practical for our stay with a lovely pool. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms very comfortable and good quality bathrooms with powerful showers.
Bonus features included a cupboard full with toys and games to keep the grandsons busy when they weren't in the pool, beach equipment (parasols, beach bags, buckets and spades) and shopping bags for your supermarket shop.
We strongly recommend this villa for your family holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well equipped villa. The property is in an excellent location being both quiet and private whilst very close to all amenities. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach in a lovely part of the island.

A fantastic villa with all the amenities you could need in a very quiet area! Under a 10 minute walk to the mini-supermarket and bakery and a 15 minute walk to the beach. There are a few restaurants/bars near the mini-supermarket and a nice coastal walk you can do. We also got the land train to Punta Prima and Binibeca Vell which was easy to catch.
The check-in process was a breeze and the hosts are very contactable to reply to any questions/issues that may arise.
The pool is cleaned twice a week and is lovely for a dip in the mid-day heat!
There was plenty of toys including a bucket and spade for our little one, a high chair and the travel cot was perfect which really helped with the stay.
There is air-conditioning in all 4 bedrooms in working condition and an overhead fan in the living room that helps create a breeze.
The only issue we had, is that there are no locks on the bathrooms. However this was only a minor issue and wouldn't deter me from staying again!

The villa was absolutely perfect, clean, tidy and very well equipped with everything you might need. Perfect location for the beach and small amount of restaurants and a supermaket all within a very short walk. The area is very quiet and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were great and very attentive. 10/10!

Great host who is very communicative advising of everything we needed to know before arrival, even suggesting a special restaurant for a birthday meal. We all had a lovely week and would absolutely return. Very easy to get to and from the airport

Great location in nice area; close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Very peaceful, although a bit of aircraft noise at times. Villa was clean and as described. Owner very responsive to queries. There was an issue with the saucepans but new replacements were provided quickly. The internet connection is slow - ok for downloads but a bit marginal for streaming.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was simply immaculate. It was light and airy and beautifully decorated. It was also the most well equipped villa we have ever stayed in. They have thought of everything!! Thank you for having us.

The whole process of renting this villa was very easy.....the villa was superb....very well equipped....it was in a very quiet area....the area was very clean....the property was a 10 minute walk to restaurants and a supermarket .....we would highly recommend this property.

The villa is in a lovely quiet location with just a 10 minute walk down to a bakery and some restaurants. Pool is great. There’s plenty of choice of where to sit outside as there’s sunny and shady bits. A taxi to Punta Prima is no more than 10€ (or the wee road train is 7€ round trip but runs late sometimes) where there is a slightly bigger beach and more choice of restaurants which are a bit cheaper. Adam and Sigrin are quick at replying to any questions.

We stayed as a family. Loved the villa. It’s a great location with a nice view. The hosts are fantastic and incredibly accommodating. The children’s toys and sky tv was a god send bcos I broke my leg on the second day of the holiday. There are lots of levels and steps which are not a problem for anyone who has two legs!! The wifi signal wasn’t great (I’m unsure whether that’s a service issue). Other than that I can’t rate this place more highly. I would definitely stay again.

The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The decor has a charming beach house feel and is spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The garden and pool area are private and quiet and the pool feels bigger when you are in it than it looks in photos..The outdoor dining area and bbq are great when you want a chilled night in under the stars..
We did not hire a car as there are shops and good restaurants a short walk away and taxis are easy to call if going into Mahon or to Binifadet vineyard (always one of our favourites for dinner).It is also just a short walk to the beach and also rocky areas for snorkelling and access to the diving school.
Adam and Sigrin were always very prompt to answer any questions I had before the trip.
I would certainly recommend this villa and its hosts wholeheartedly and we hope to return again .

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. There were 4 adults and 2 children (5 yrs and 18 months). There was plenty of space, excellent facilities, lovely hot showers and effective aircon in bedrooms. There were lots of child friendly additions Inc. High chair, travel cot, toys, pool and beach toys. The steps down to the pool weren't a problem even with a roaming toddler. The pool itself was great for a swim and for playing. We had a hire car which we used to get down to the beach, the walk down was fine for little legs but walking back up in the heat was hard work for them. Cala Toret was a great location for restaurants, bakery, supermarket and the beach. We had a day trip to Mahon & Es Castell (both under 20 mins away), a day at the waterpark (5 mins drive) and got the tourist train to punta prima (be warned we couldn't get it to stop on our way back so got stuck on the train for a whole extra loop).
All in all, a great family holiday villa in a fabulous place.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Dias Felice during the final week of July. a trip that had been pushed back two years due to Covid.
Villa Dias Felice is excellent and has been beautifully finished and presented. It is extremely well equipped and had everything we needed during out stay. The outside area is lovely and our 3 young boys enjoyed hours of fun in the good-sized pool.
A short walk to the sea front where there are some very good restaurants, a small shop, and we enjoyed swimming off the rocks in the calm and clear waters. The beach is a further short walk and whilst busy it was still very enjoyable with shallow, clear waters and the beach was very clean.
One slight issue with regards to gardening taking place during our stay that did cause some disruption on one of the days, however ultimately this was not a major issue and communication was good with the owner. Adam and Sigrin have communicated excellently since our first enquiry to book this holiday and seem like very nice people.
We really liked Binibeca /Cala Torret as a location and the villa was perfect, we'd love to return and would highly recommend.

Relaxing in Cala Torret
An enjoyable relaxing holiday at this spacious villa which gave us everything we wished for. One slight issue with the pool lighting, however this was addressed the same day as reporting with a follow up call from the owner. Superb restaurants very nearby. Love Cala Torret!

Relaxing Stay
The villa was the extra special ingredient to a fantastic stay in Menorca. The villa is conveniently situated for Cala Torret, with the fantastic choice of restaurants. We also cooked some meals and the Bill's facilities are a home away from home.
The organisation, equipment and support from Adam and Sigrin are enhanced by the cleaning and comfort of the villa for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
We highly recommend the villa and Cala Torret.

Absolute fabulous
From start to finish cannot recommend this villa enough. Extremely well equipped, in fact best equipped villa we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Any queries answered promptly. Adam was an extremely helpful host. We are going to book again. Such a great position, 10 minutes walking to small, well stocked supermarket and restaurants. Our favourite was Barracuda, small and intimate, essential to book. Freshest fish I have ever tasted. Tapas great at Salitre and the bakery in the small square is a must for breakfast. Delicious juices and the scrambled eggs and avocado are a must. Cannot wait to return.

8 day break
We stayed at this amazing property for 8 days at the start of October. The hosts contacted us prior to arrival, they were very helpful and answered any queries we had. They even offered us a late checkout as we had an afternoon flight and no one was checking into the villa that day.
We were very impressed with the villa, it has everything you might need. Lovely extra touch of some welcome essentials such as butter, milk, tea, jam, bread and most importantly some wine :p.
We hired a car for convenience and although this is not essential it’s helpful to have if you want to go to a big supermarket or explore the island.
There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance… we would recommend booking as some are quite small and they seem to be quite popular.
I kept meaning to write down the taxi number we used on the notice board but unfortunately I forgot. I will ask the owners if they can do so.
Overall we would definitely recommend this villa and we would like to return again in the future.

Superb family villa
Lovely spacious villa in a beautiful location. It was the perfect size for our family holiday with lots of room to play, dine and relax. The bakery and restaurants of Cala Torret are really close and the beach is a short walk away. We will definitely be back!

Tranquil, restful break
Communication with host throughout the booking process and the whole of our stay was great! The villa is in a very peaceful spot, about a 10 minute walk from the sea and a handful of little restaurants. Binibeca beach is A further five minutes walk.
Great spot for exploring and we took a trip out every day in our hire car.
The villa is modern and very well laid out. We all had a wonderful, comfortable, relaxing holiday.
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and the local area is so pretty.
The only thing I will say is that we had to be super organised and book the local restaurants two days in advance as everywhere was booked up every day so we couldn’t be spontaneous with choosing where we wanted to eat in the evening.

Fabulous villa - 5* in every way!
What an incredible villa! Beautifully presented, great location, very spacious, quiet and has everything you could wish for. Adam and Sigrin were super efficient with all communication and were extremely helpful and great to deal with. Superbly clean on arrival and everything has been thought of for a great stay - even beach umbrellas/ a cool box/ Ice packs already frozen in the freezer and good quality beach towels provided too! The quality of the villa is amazing - the bathrooms were very modern and stylish, the kitchen was modern and had every appliance and utensil you may ever need. The pool area was larger very well kept and in sun all day long, again with stylish modern tiles and a superb pool that was cleaned twice a week by the very friendly Vlad! Good quality pool umbrellas with easy wind up handles (no more struggling to get the umbrella up!), quality patio furniture and sunbeds. We even got a welcome pack on arrival which was a nice surprise!
The villa is located in a quiet residential area with pretty wooden Menorcan gates keeping it nice and private.
Totally recommend this villa! We will definitely return.

This is a great villa, stylish, comfortable and perfect for a family holiday. Second time staying in this wonderful villa and it was equally good as the first. It almost feels like home from home now.
Not much else to say in addition to my original review from 2 years ago, the villa and its location has lost none of its charm since then and would return in a heartbeat.

Great weeks stay, perfect for extended family
Great Villa - We were a party of 8 adults and one 12 week old baby. Villa was well appointed with excellent attention to detail. Nice quiet location, which is close to the pretty beach. Had a car for 5 days to make the shopping easier and see a few more places, but not essential. Highly recommended

Top class!
This is, quite simply, a superb villa. Recently modernised and redeveloped, everything has been thoroughly thought through. The decor and fittings are modern, the outside space is functional and classy and the location is perfect: just close enough to the beach and restaurants for quick easy access, but just far enough away to be quiet and calm if that's what you prefer. The unobstructed view across the barranca adds another dimension to the tranquility of this place.
The images on the website are an accurate depiction of the reality, but don't really do it full justice.
I would unreservedly recommend this villa to my friends.

Great villa, tranquil location and perfect for a family holiday
We have just arrived home from a 7 night stay at the villa and can be quite tough critics on places we have stayed, however as a credit to this villa we are already looking to try and book again for a future holiday. The villa is open and spacious with a fantastic pool and the outside areas are great for sunbathing, bbq' s and drinks in the early evening sun with the many different areas you can sit and relax in. The villa was perfect for our children with the youngest being 6 with the tiles around the pool not being slippy and the really good sized pool having a slow gradient. Booking and checking into the villa was easy and hassle free as was everything else with regards to the villa. We would highly recommend this great villa for families or friends wanting a relaxing week in the sun with only a short walk to the restaurants that have a fantastic sea view

Lovely villa - home from home
We loved staying in this villa & had a really relaxing couple of weeks. It’s really well equipped with a great bbq & kitchen (we love to cook). The interior decor is fresh & comfortable & the outdoor space is really well set up with seating options. The pool was lovely & as other people have said bigger than it looks in the pictures. Easy walk to the beach & shops is a huge bonus too.
We had a few little issues with air con & lighting but it didn’t affect our enjoyment & we got to the bottom of it. The communication with Adam the owner was great.
Would definitely recommend this villa.

Felices Dias
We have been coming to Menorca for many years and every time have to go through the process of finding a suitable villa. This can be a hit or miss affair, so when we first stayed at this property in 2017 we found it to be perfect enough to book again this summer. We were not disappointed. In fact there were several improvements including better lighting and more art on the walls. It is modern and airy. Everywhere was super clean, fresh and inviting, even down to the welcome pack of necessities for anyone new to the island's shops or arriving late. The specifications are to a very high standard and communication with the owners very comprehensive. Ok, so there is no sea view as such, but the location is verdant and very quiet with a short walk to local amenities, a beach, cafes and restaurants. For those who know and love the island the location is perfect and with a car (essential in Menorca) very accessible to nearby St Luis and San Clemente (where there are local shops and supermarkets) Mahon and beyond.
The pool is small but beautifully tiled and with its own shower, and there are three further showers in the villa so there are no fights over who gets one first! We arrived with all four children and though the villa feels intimate there is plenty of space for everyone to find their own corner with indoor and outdoor lounging areas, a built in BBQ and a clean fully equipped kitchen.
The best way of putting this review is simply to say that this villa feels loved by its owners, and we love it too. So much so that we'd be very happy to book it again, for an even longer stay!

Three generations on holiday in Binibequer
Villa Dias Felice is nearest to the Cala Torret part of the Binibequer Nou area. Our group consisted of a 14 month old baby, his parents and three grandparents (of which I am one). We intentionally chose a location which would not require a hire car. Taxi journeys to and from the airport were easy, took around 20 minutes and cost less than 30 euros each way.
The villa itself is in a contemporary style.
There are four bedrooms (all with independent air con cassettes) and three bathrooms.
A nice living room with comfy sofas, smart TV and sound system. Galley style, fully equipped kitchen. The photos don’t do it justice
The triangular shaped swimming pool is unusual but with different step heights in each corner which it made it easy for the baby to get in and out and splash around safely.
There’s a poolside seating area which caught the sun all day plus an upper seating area part of which is covered and in the shade for the most of the day until early evening. Built in BBQ is there.
The villa is situated in a very quiet residential area. Not overlooked and adjacent properties were carefully screened by shrubs and fences.
The nearest bar is the SaCova lounge and grill. A rustic place with nice friendly staff. Played old soul and world music. It's less than a 10 minute walk away.
A little further on is the supermarket and five restaurants, four have sea views. We ate in Silantro, the food was great. El Faro has a 25 euro menu del dia. Also excellent.
Behind the supermarket is the bakery which is great for breakfasts, coffee and fresh juice. The Paupau kayak club has a cafe and wonderful sea views.
Binibequer beach is around a 15 minute walk away. Lovely sand and handy beach bar. Binibequer Vell took us around 30 minutes to walk to.
There's a tourist bus/train (The Ting Ting) that runs from Punta Prima, Cala Torret, Binenebuer Vell which was fun. The 93 bus runs to Mahon which takes 30 minutes and costs less than 2 euros each way.
It's all downhill from the villa. Pushing the buggy easy but obvs its uphill on the way back
Communication with the owners was excellent and they were available via WhatsApp to help with our enquiries. The villa maintenance team were great too with all the towels being changed halfway through the week.
I don't usually write long reviews like this, but we had such a super time and I can recommend Villa Dias Felice without hesitation. We could easily have stayed longer and would be happy to return.

An awesome villa in a heavenly location!
This was simply the best villa we have ever rented in more than 15 years of renting in various locations. It is larger than we anticipated, with lots of space both indoors and outdoors (we were 5 adults); the pool is just lovely (and again larger than the photos suggested) with ample sun and shade all day. The kitchen is large, airy and well stocked; the interior decoration is so well thought out - cool and contemporary, with quirky touches in every single room ( we loved the sharks head in the bathroom, the giant cactus in the lounge and the little shells as drawer handles!). The location we already loved - beach and cove swimming within walking distance, amazing walking trails all around the island and too many delicious restaurants in both Cala Torret and Binebeca to name! An awesome property in a heavenly location....

Excellent location and stunning villa
We had the most wonderful week at this villa. Perfect with 2 small kids. Easy access to Bini and surrounding area and immaculate villa.
