Easy booking from start to finish, good communication. Check in was perfect, due to our flight being delayed 2 hours and our arrival at the house being 11.30pm the key security box was great for us. On arrival we found the house clean and well appointed. The house was ideal for us, lovely little pool to cool off in after a day exploring the island. The house is in a great location, less than 10 minutes into the main town, downhill on the way and the hill back up isn't too deadly, we're both heading towards 60 and managed the walk perfectly fine, never used a taxi once. The Montecastillo commercial centre is a minutes walk away with a well stocked Hyperdino mini market, a handful of bars and restaurants that were handy to have nearby, had a lovely curry at Bollywood Spice and a nice meal on our last night at View Bar (cocktails were very good there). The house was modern and the pictures were a good representation of what you get. We would definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone, thanks to Alan next door for advice and pool maintenance.

67 years old second day had really bad fall from very dangerous pool that had hand rails only on one side and was very very slack and unsafe as that is how i had my fall i have 2 false hips aswell (so you can guess the rest) i paid especially for a pool and was only in once which i wish i had never gone in

Enjoyed our stay here we lacked for nothing everything you may need is in walking distance we did find the beds and sofas quite hard but I guess that’s a personal choice if that suits you. Overall enjoyed the stay

A lovely time spent at this apartment, lots of morning walks and then sun bathing until the sun goes down. The roof terrace makes it very special. Will be back

Simple booking process, excellent and attentive communication with the owner, exactly as described, clean and tidy with all that you need when on holiday, comfy property, great private pool, close to a supermarket, good couple of restaurants nearby with a pleasant 10 min walk to the town centre and beach. Property on a nice street just far enough from the centre to be able to chill out.

Very relaxing 2 bed villa with private pool and terrace plus roof terrace. Well equipped with new kitchen and bathroom. Short walk to local bars/restaurants and local shop, town approx 10 min walk. Communication with Anji is very good.

My eldest daughter and I stayed for a week and this villa was perfect. Anj the owner was so helpful and on hand when we locked ourselves out within 10 mins of arriving 🙈. A big thank you to Alan next door too for always being there to help. The villa was clean, well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable week away. The pool was a welcome bonus on a hot day and the upstairs roof terrace was perfect with amazing views. We had a fantastic holiday and we were sad to leave. Highly recommended. Great location only 10 minutes walk into town. Had a fantastic new bathroom and kitchen . Perfect size for 4. Great communication from owner and great support structure if you have any issues . Would stay again .

The apartment was clean on arrival and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The sun terrace on the roof is great for catching "the Rays" in shelter from the wind(Also gives a great view for a looking out to sea and elsewhere.) Pool looks great but was a bit chilly for me although I would suggest that in the summer months would be a godsend! Excellent WiFi reception and full UK coverage on the TV if you want it! Anji was very helpful with any information we needed and offering advice as necessary. An enjoyable 7 day break.

Fully equipped and very nice decorated home. Roof terrace with ocean Town and mountain views excellent for sunbathing and dining.. Private swimming is a cherry at the top. We felt like at home just after passing the door. Definitely would like come back ASAP.

Apartamento muy comodo, pero sobre todo muy LIMPIO. Recomendable al 100%, situación excelente en mitad de la isla para poder visitar en coche toda ella sin desplazamientos largos, sin duda volveremos.

La propiedad disponia de todo lo necesario.La ubicacion es muy buena.La propietaria fue muy amable en todo momento y contesta muy rapido.

Property was lovely, very nice quality items, bedding, towels, with a well equipped kitchen. Would benefit from a few more tea towels and a dining table in the villa, as we missed this. Area is very close to town which was fantastic, roof terrace was fabulous, but could get a little noisy with bars so close by and also seemed lots of barking from dogs in the area at night which was annoying but didn't spoil our holiday

Really enjoyed our stay , location and property were great ,only thing we would have like to have was a proper bbq and cooking equipment (we are food people that enjoy cooking) stove needs some repairs to controls but definitely a 9 out of 10 over all

Surplus towels and beach towels, felt really spoilt! Saves on your luggage. I thought I might not like a pool in the front, but it is not a busy area, and it was fine. The pool is not large, but big enough to cool off in and splash around.Loved the privacy of the roof top terrace too. Near to several shops and not to far to walk to 'Fado Rock', the best restaurant in Caleta...so a perfect get-away.

It is in a quiet residential area with a supermarket & some bars & restaurants very close by. But also a nice short walk to the beach with a large variety of bars restaurants & shops. I would like to thank Anji our host for being so hospitable & helpful. Especially on our last day when we had a late flight home.

todo ha ido de maravilla, no sabes lo que te ibas a encontrar, no siempre es lo mismo que vemos en internet, pero en ente caso todo lo contrario. La vivienda nueva, limpia y con todas las comodidades., mi familia y yo salimos encantados
