Estuvimos pasando unos días en familia y hemos estado súper a gusto. El apartamento está completamente equipado y se encuentra en una bonita zona muy tranquila y muy cercana a la playa del Tirant. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines dans cette appartement! Très Propre, bien équipé et super bien situé pour visiter l’île ou pour aller à la plage toute proche a 10 minutes à pieds! Supermarché tout proche. Je recommande cette appartement! Par contre pas facile à trouver car la numérotation des bâtiments n’est pas dans l’ordre... un accueil sur place aurait été appréciable!

Hemos pasado 5 días geniales... Alojamiento y anfitriona de 10, en un entorno hermoso y tranquilo... Un respiro necesario... En cuanto podamos repetimos!💙

Carolina's house is in the Platya des Fornells estate. It is in an apartment block on c. Alcor on the ground floor - although you do need to go up some steps from the street. The apartment has pretty much everything you need. It is clean and comfortable, nicely decorated with a modern bathroom. Carolina herself was very helpful around the logistics. The wi-fi is fine, tv in spanish!

Siamo stati una settimana in questa casa situata vicino a Fornells, caratteristico villaggio di pescatori, sicuramente la casa è molto bene posizionata tanto se si vuole girare l'isola quanto se si preferisce restare in zona, visto che la spiaggia di Cala Tiranti si trova a solo 5 minuti a piedi. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario e ci si può stare comodamente in quattro.

Ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en Menorca al estar situado en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de todo.

We had a nice time in Carolina’s house. The property is fully equipped, spacious enough for 4 people. In the only occasion we needed something, Carolina assisted us promptly. The neighborhood is quiet, with local supermarket and restaurants at walking distance. The beach is at 15 minutes walk down hill.

La casa estaba limpia, cómoda, bien decorada, camas confortables, cocina equipada. El lugar precioso, seguro, con supermercado y restaurante a la vuelta. Volvería sin dudarlo

El apartamento esta genial, zona super tranquila, ideal para ir a descansar y hacer playa!

La casa di Carolina è molto carina e dotata di ogni comodità. È situata in una zona centrale, che consente di arrivare in tutte le zone dell'isola con una mezz'oretta di macchina. L'urbanizzazione in cui è situata è dotata di bar, ristoranti e supermercati.

Agradable apartamento con terracita, limpio y con TODO lo necesario para estar agusto el tiempo que se quiera. Buena zona, ya que estas a menos de media hora de cualquier punto. Bastante tranquilidad, aunque fuimos en fechas de no mucho turismo. En general muy recomendable para pasar unas semanas en Menorca

Apartamento muy tranquilo y bien situado; mi pareja y yo hemos estado muy bien; amplio y cómodo; al llegar estaba todo muy limpio con servicio de sábanas y toallas; muchos de los utensilios y electrodomésticos los hemos estrenado nosotros; recién pintado con una decoración muy chula. Encantados con el sitio, para repetir.

Después de pasar 3 días en este apartamento, puedo decir que es un sitio perfecto para el relax. Mi pareja y yo hemos estado encantados. Las vistas perfectas, la urbanización tranquila y con todos los servicios cerca, supermercados, restaurantes,....El apartamento esta a todo detalle, con el utillaje de cocina, lavadora, microondas, frigorífico, todo nuevito. Además un detalle que nos hayan dejado toallas y sabanas. Nos ha hecho un tiempo estupendo para poder utilizar la terraza. Las habitaciones confortables y armarios enormes. Seria un lugar para repetir sin ninguna duda.

We stayed at this property in September and on arrival were confronted with a awful, sewagey, smell. It was so bad that we had to spend our own money on drain cleaning materials, but this didn't work either. The property appears to be old, damp and really not fit for letting. The freezer compartment of the fridge hadn't been de-frosted and there was evidence of old frozen food and package labels stuck in the ice. The cooker hob was so old and past it that we didn't dare use it. Most of the cookware was old and/or rusty and the under-sink cupboard was something else. It had it's own unique musty, mildewy smell and it's very own population of cockroaches. Talking of livestock, we returned home one evening to find a large slug crawling across our bedroom floor. We think this was as a result of the dampness which we experienced every night. The bed clothes were nearly always damp and had to be aired most days before we could sleep in them. Gaining access to the property is via the front shutters, the handle of which is broken and we had to pull on a piece of rope which someone had looped through the shutters to get in. One final problem arose with the neighbour above having a small dog which they left out on the balcony directly above the apartment. They then went off to work mid-afternoon not returning until after 2am. During the whole of this time the little dog was left alone and whimpered and howled incessantly. On their return the neighbour then appeared to do their housework, moving furniture around making enough noise to keep us awake. We are not normally moaners but having once owned an apartment in the area we expected a higher standard than is offered at this property. We had paid good money to stay in this apartment for a week and we think that at half the price we pad it would still have been too expensive.

Tutto veramente in ordine,posizione appartamento ottima. Tutto ok!!!

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cet appartement de Playa de Fornells. L'appartement est agréable, propre bien équipé pour 4 adultes, le lieu est très beau et la région de Fornells magnifique. Nous avons eu de la chance pendant notre semaine car nous n'avons pas eu de voisins de location, en effet la terrasse est grande mais elle n'est pas séparée avec l'appartement voisin, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps et avec des voisins directs celà aurait été moins tranquile ! Les plages sont proches et superbes, les commerces sont à proximité. Le point négatif c'est le bruit dans la rue devant la maison surtout le matin tôt...avec l'arrêt terminus des bus, les voitures et les camions qui s'arrêtent au stop sous les fenêtres!!

Ne pas se fier aux photos qui sont désavantageuses.! Logement calme, rangement, terrasse agréable le must: tailler les arbustes qui empêchent assis de bénéficier de la vue sur la mer. Petit bémol:débit d'eau baignoire faible. Deux petits supermarchés dont l'un très prés à pied. Formel à la nuit tombante nous a envouté! Merci à Carolina pour sa gentillesse.

bellissimo appartamento situato all'interno do un bel complesso residenziale..zona molto tranquilla rilassante e piena di verde...la casa è molto carina curata funzionale con un bello spazio esterno attrezzato dove poter mangiare...se tornerò a minorca saprò sicuramente dove soggiornare lo cinsiglio

A few minor niggles like absent lids for cooking pans, tricky to get the gas cannister working due to poor connector, rusted paella dishes and no metal scourer- I guess many guests dont cook! Also would prefer a filter coffee device to an old style percolator. But the balcony just off the kitchen with table and chairs enabling us to eat looking out at mountain and sea views more than made up for these small problems. The beach is 15 minutes walk, quite hilly so unsuitable for disabled. Bus stop adjacent to apartment, so you could manage without a car, no problems parking our hire car. 40 minutes drive to Cuitadella, 25 minutes to Son Bou ( handy to change coasts if wind is wrong), 20 minutes to peak of Mt Toro, great views, 10 minutes to Fornells where Emily did windsurfing-great instructor, calm bay- and we took a great boat trip. I would stay here again.

buon appartamento abbastanza ben fornito e in buona posizione. mancava una cosa banale come lo scolapiatti però nel complesso un soggiorno gradevole. nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto caldo e umido, sarebbe stato utile almeno un ventilatore o aria condizionata, ma pare che il caldo di qui giorni fosse anomalo e solitamente la sera sia abbastanza fresco.
